Fint sted men meget larm fra sporvogne hele natten

Nemt, fint og tæt på motor vej. Vi skulle bare overnatte, så det var perfekt at det var muligt at ankomme, når man ville.

Mycket enkelt boende men det mesta man behöver fanns där. Funkar några nätter.

Terrible experience i will never come back to this place again. The checkin was not smooth at all, all e-mails sent in German language, at the property information was displayed in the same language. No guidance for people who are not speaking the language. More than that, they are requesting me to pay an extra tax of €3.89 as apparently I didn’t complete the check in at the machine and i used some emergency type of check in which was not explained to me.This was not explained for the beginning, nor on Expedia. Lack of transparency, poor customer service and clearly not professional. I will also submit a formal complaint i think customers should not experience something like this.

I only have positive things to say about the room itself: spacious, clean, fresh sheets, comfortable beds, and a kitchenette with the basics you might need. The bathroom is large as well. The train station is just 100 meters away — you can feel some vibrations and hear it a bit, but it’s not very disturbing. What happened to me was that I booked through Hotels.com and paid with Klarna. When I checked in at the hotel, the exact same amount was charged again, plus the tourist tax. At check-out, I couldn’t check out myself using the screen, so I called the hotel. The man on the phone was super friendly, spoke English, and explained that I would get a refund a bit later. I haven’t received it yet, but I trust that it will come.
