Ayres Hotel Rialto Fontana

The staff here was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. There are very nice common areas, and the hot tub is larger than normal. Located in walking distance of dining, this is a very comfortable stay.

The atmosphere was very relaxing , the young lady at the front desk was very helpful.The pool and gym was very clean Breakfast was really good. Wish the bathroom In my room was cleaner

They overcholinated the hot tub, and it destoyed my friend snd my swimsuits. They gave us 1/2 off. Pretty lame apology and reaolution.

Place was great, location perfect we had movie theater restaurants lots of shopping stores. TV stations not so good. We had above neighbor stomping all night Saturday night but overall it was good three restful nights. Breakfast was good. The elevator was down (one elevator) took me. Along time to go up. I used stairs coming down but carrying things up the stairs would not worked for me. Jaja

Ayres Hotel truly has the guest experience in mind. Great customer service at the front desk, clean and comfortable rooms, hot breakfast included, EV chargers (for a fee), and 12pm check out made for a very relaxing stay. Affordable to top it off.

Loved our stay here while we were up for the world vet class motocross races. The king suite is gorgeous. Not sure why there isn’t a fan in the bathroom though. The bed/pillows were very comfortable (I found Ayres more comfortable than the Hyatt regency by the airport), the style of the hotel is very chic with modern decor.The pool and hot tub were clean and decent size along with the sitting area beside it being a nice place to have a get together on a warmer day. We visited late Oct and would definitely love to stay again!

We came to stay here because our power was shut off. We were charged extra money. Which I’m not sure what it was for. After a week still waiting for deposit return. The other part that was less than satisfactory was the elevator got stuck with people in it for about 20 minutes. The person at the front desk, who I’m sure was doing her best and I really don’t blame her, but the key to open it to let them out was difficult to find. It seemed like she was the only one working. We were hesitant to go in the free elevator but walked around for 10 minutes trying to find the stairs as there were no signs to find them. I also didn’t want to bother the employee as I could see they were desperate to help get the people out who were stuck. It was just disappointing that no one else was there to help the front desk and make it more streamlined as helping get guests upstairs or anything. I also didn’t like there was no signs leading to the stairs near the elevators. Now those things are a fluke and not a reason to not stay here. The pool was great and breakfast was satisfactory. Room was clean. Loved the curtains. I just hope they take action to make situations like that get better. Also it need to be clear you will be charged extra fees when you check in.

Great stay for a last minute solo work trip. Nice fitness center, good water pressure in the shower, and one of the better continental breakfasts I’ve had on the road.

The hotel is relatively new. It’s clean, has a bar, great free breakfast, feels resort ish. Definitely one of my favorites.

The best hotel in town . From the moment i arrived to the time i checked out everything was perfect. Room was clean parking was everywhere. Staff Was friendly and helpful

Love this place but I had some hiccups with the room. The shower had hair in it and the toilet wasn’t completely cleaned. Just took care of it my self. Took a shower, left for a bit then came back to blow dry my hair, and all of a sudden the outlet started sparking up and the blowdryer it self was shooting out sparks and crackling and smoke was coming out. Immediately tried to shut it off and pulled the plug and got shocked by the outlet. I called the front to alarm them that the room was kind of smoky and that it smelt really burnt in the room and that if I could move to a different room. Additionally prior to that incident I went to warm up food but the microwave was not plugged in and I couldn’t plug it in myself where it was at so I had to move it to another location to plug it in. I love the Ayres Hotel here in Rialto/Fontana. Moving and having to change rooms at night was a tad inconvenient and didn’t expect to get shocked by an electrical outlet, but the staff was super courteous in helping me out.

We really do look for places that are clean when traveling. We were very happy with how not only how clean the room was but the eating area, hallways, outside, and even the elevators were! Housekeeping does an amazing job. We have already recommended Ayer’s to many friends and family.

Great size room. I like that it felt modern and possibly recently remodeled. It was cleaned. Turns out theres free breakfast which was good. The only down is that the ac gives off an old smell when you turn on the fan

Everything was excellent except the tub was unexpectedly clogged. I was only able to take one shower bc it was a “jacuzzi” after that… w/ the water not going down.

The bed was very comfortable

No smart tvs ☹️ I literally just wanted the weekend to relax and watch Netflix and I couldn’t.

The Hotel in general was extremely nice, clean, well taken care of. The room is very nice and cozy, however my complaint is the lighting, the main lighting makes the whole room very bright, if you shut that switch off, then you have to use the little lamps around the bed

Booked this hotel on very short notice. We needed a quick place to stay in an emergency. We’d previously stayed at an Ayers in another city and really loved it. This one did not disappoint! It was a beautiful, clean hotel with a spacious room. My family of 4 stayed in the 2 Queen room and we felt comfortable. The shower pressure was the best I’ve had in a hotel. Beating pricier places! The breakfast was fresh and delicious! My only con about this stay was the traffic noise. It was a little loud and made it hard to fall asleep quickly. I guess that’s the price you pay for a convenient location.

Frig was very noisy I couldn’t sleep. Curtains are not long enough for the side of the building facing east. Building lights during the night and sun rise is not blocked. All I got was a sorry and no accommodations and no sleep. Money not well spent

Great place to stay! I was a little skeptical with it having 3 stars but they have exceeded my expectation. Very clean, free breakfast, and a comfortable bed was what I loved about the place. Only negative side to the room was that you can literally hear the people in the next room talking turning the connecting room doors. So I guess hope you have quiet guests lol

Clean new facility. Spacious room. Bathroom shower head was the only negative part of the stay.

Overall, it was a great stay. The only area I found lacking was at check-in. The staff member on duty was not very friendly (no greeting or smile), but the other hotel staff more than made up for it.

Too busy for that. Pool edicate. Non supervisd children using the controls to lower chair for disabled inand out of jacuzzi and pool. Using life raft as a fun kicking tool. Parents, where were they? Would i visit again. Not in my life.

The staff wouldn't even give me a room, even though I paid Expedia for room. Because I lost my debit card. I offered to give them 300 dollars in cash as security. But they said no, I have to have card, but I lost my card Expedia took my $175 dollars for this room, and this stupid hotel wouldn't even let me stay. And since I no longer have that card, and I tried and tried to contact Expedia to find some way to get my money refunded. There seems to be no way to contact Expedia

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and well kept. The parking lot is well lit. I lost my air pod. 3 days after checking out i spoke with Megan. She was extremely friendly and checked the lost and found as well as with the house keeping but did not locate my ear piece. She had the room i stayed in checked and located my ear piece. The stay was great! The staff is great! Megan went above and beyond!!!!!

Overall, I would stay here again. The outside is nice, the inside is nice, & the room is nice. I LOVE that the vanity is outside the bathroom. Makes it so much more convenient getting ready. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean, and the room smelled nice and clean. A couple cons: I had requested late check out 1 day before check in & then again at check in. I was told they put it in the notes and if it’s available, I will get it but I couldn’t find out until the morning of check out today. I went to the desk at 9:30am and there was another lady I hadn’t dealt with and she said she gave the late check out away already. I asked if I could have one too since I requested it days prior and she said until 12:30 (30 mins after normal check out) and I asked until 3, which was what I was told the day prior. She said she would give it to me after all and wrote it down on a clipboard. We went on with our day & when we went back to the room at 1:30, the key wouldn’t work. I went back down to the lobby and the same girl was there and I told her the key isn’t working and she just said “oh…… I forgot….” No apologizes or anything. It was just very odd and possibly more training needed. Another con was there was a homeless person peeing on the ground by the pool & women’s restroom had no toilet paper at only 11am, so it wasn’t like it had been opened all day. But the room itself was very nice. Low noise level.

Hotel was nice, fair location, nearby to places to eat and hangout. However, at checking, staff was unwelcoming; making eye contact but no greeting. It felt as though my family and I were not welcome.

It's kind of an industrial area, but it's right next to a big shopping center so it's easy to find what you need. The hotel itself is excellent.

Nice hotel sort of on the edge of nowhere in Rialto. A few mid scale restaurants (I think I saw an Olive Garden and a few other restaurants of that sort very close). Also a movie theater within walking distance. Very clean hotel with a very personable staff. Probably the best hotel in Rialto.

This place was great. I travel quite a bit and I loved this place. 1. Shout out to Mark the bartender. Awesome!! 2. Cleanrooms clean everything 3. Good breakfast. Could have used real meat but was still a good breakfast. 4. Cross the street and shop at multiple multiple places. Or see a movie 5. All the staff was really friendly and the cleaning gals always made sure the papers were artsy. 6. Great price!!!! 7.Lastly the shower was the best water pressure Ive ever had at a hotel. Hope this helps. And please if you get a chance have a cocktail with Mark. He is the best

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Well appointed and also very clean. Breakfast has a wide variety of choices and they are delicious! My only issue at all was that the in-hotel bar wasn't open on a Saturday night! It's nice to relax with a cocktail and not worry about having to drive back. Other than that it is one of my top choices for out of town travel.

The room was clean when we arrived, and the bed was comfortable. We had an issue with the shower knob not turning off, which caused the water to keep running. They told us we had to wait for another room. It was a bit frustrating because it was getting late, and we really wanted to sleep. By the time maintenance came, they told us it was a common issue where the knob locks itself, and it was a simple fix. The receptionists also tried to turn it off, but couldn't. The room was ready by then, we had already packed our things, so there was no point in staying in our original room. After moving, our room was never cleaned, and we had to ask for towels at the reception area because the ones in the room were dirty. We were gone for hours each day, so I was confused as to why housekeeping never came. Breakfast was good, though it was mostly the same items every day. I didn’t try the pool, but I went to the bar one evening, and it was closed the next day. Overall, the hotel was alright but not amazing.

It was wonderful the pool was perfect and so was the hot tub they were the perfect temperature. The breakfast was not continental as they said!!! It was a full breakfast. I will be back.
