The room was small. Lacked extra pillows. No A/C. Says a/c but didn’t work much. They DID give us a fan, though. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet and there was ample parking. The restaurant dinner was ok but their breakfast buffet was superb!! So there are highs and lows, thus the 3 stars. Would do 3.5 stars if possible.

Room was dusty and didn’t feel especially clean (dead bugs in the room) AC did not do the job during the heatwave- so hot in the room we couldn’t sleep! The room itself looked really trendy and well decorated. bathroom small but did the job. Breakfast was too expensive for a continental only.

AC didn't work and unhelpful staff! We booked this place for the AC during a 40-degree heatwave, but the room stayed hot. The staff claimed the AC couldn't handle four people, even though we booked for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). The covered pool area was unbearably hot and humid too. Do not book this place if you need a cool room. We did not experience the staff as helpful at all.

It was nice. From the photos it starts with I thought it was closer to ST. Michele. So that was disappointing. You have to make reservations for the dinner area and they were kind enough to let us dine without a reservation.

First stay was ok however staff seem too busy and are not attentive.Attend to you when they can. Ask to change second stay date and they refused. Too busy for the effort.
