Villa Miramar, Luxury Villa Rental - Javea

The Villa was everything and more than showed in the pictures very comfortable for up to eight people. Kitchen is very well supplied. The pool and outdoor area are extremely well kept, and the views are second to none.

Very nice villa with lots of privacy

Overall, we loved our stay at the villa. The location means you are around 10/15 minutes out from Xabiá in a car. The villa is in excellent condition and well-maintained. The pool was lovely, and the communication with the villa manager was accessible. If I were to say something, maybe cut the hedge down a little by the pool so that you can have a lovely view of the ocean. There is a bit of an odd smell from the downstairs washroom, and the hot water pressure in the kitchen needs looking at, but these are very minor things. You will love your stay here; the kids want to go again.

Exactly as advertised. Lovely property. Upstairs bedrooms have gorgeous sea views, great outdoor area, bbq, air con in bedrooms was much appreciated and a large electric fan was sufficient to keep the downstairs lounge area cool. Comfy beds, and property very clean and well-maintained. We had a fabulous time. Definitely need a car here, which we knew from knowing the area. Lovely quiet spot. Booking process all straightforward and great communication with Louise throughout.
