Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett , auch bei spontanen verspäteten Check in. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und im allgemeinen ist das Haus mit allem gut ausgestattet . Die oberen zwei Zimmer sind sehr geräumig . Und das WLAN war sehr gut. Auch draußen.
Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett , auch bei spontanen verspäteten Check in. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und im allgemeinen ist das Haus mit allem gut ausgestattet . Die oberen zwei Zimmer sind sehr geräumig . Und das WLAN war sehr gut. Auch draußen.

Hemos pasado unos días fantástico en este alojamiento!! la piscina es un sueño,en cuánto la limpieza un 10!! el día que llegamos la propietaria no recibió personalmente, nos lo dio la bienvenida con una botella de vino, frutas y unos chorizos buenísimos, la casa muy moderna y bellísima,en todas la habitaciónes y en el salón cuenta con aires acondicionados,los baños muy amplios, bien equipado,en la segunda planta tiene una vista maravillosa,lo recomiendo al 100% de nuestra parte gracias totales!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Sineu. Das Ferienhaus war bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight und sorgte bei der sommerlichen Hitze für angenehme Abkühlung. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

A wonderful house with a pool and everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Clean, comfortable and with a wonderful view from the second floor. Very kind and responsive hosts. Thank you very much for the kind welcome with a bottle of wine, ham and cheese. The location of the house is in the center of the island, which makes it possible to visit the incredible beaches and villages with a drive of about 1 hour. I would be happy to come to this house again. We liked everything.

All in all a very positive stay. Very close to Sineu which is a nice town. Well equipped villa with everything that you need to cook etc. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We were staying with a 1.5 year old and a 2.5 year old and I wouldn't say the villa is child proof for children of these ages. The lack of a fence all the way round the pool wasn't ideal but again this is only an issue if you have small kids. Electricity seemed expensive at 54 euros for 8 nights, we did not use the air con as it wasn't hot when we stayed so this might get pricey in warmer months. An improvement that could be made is to give more than one key to the guests,install a key safe. The lack of this meant we often had to arrive back at the villa all at once if doing separate things during the day.

Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der tollen Finca! Wir hatten mit unserer Gruppe aus sechs Freunden eine sehr gute Zeit. Die Besitzer Joana und Gabriel sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend - empfangen wurden wir von Wein, Schinken, Käse und einer Ananas, aber auch sehr guten Restauranttipps für Sineu. Am Pool kann man gut entspannen und das Haus ist super ausgerüstet (u. a. mit Insektengittern an den Fenstern). Auch in der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir für die Woche gebraucht haben. Ab Sineu erreicht man viele schöne Ecken der Insel innerhalb einer halben Stunde mit dem Mietwagen und als Plus ist die gemütliche Stadt nicht vollends von Deutschen überlaufen. Wir werden die Unterkunft und Sineu auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. :)

Für Kinder sind neben dem Pool ausreichend Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten (Schaukel, Rutsche, Spiele) vorhanden. Die Finca liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum Sineu entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

Im Juli 2023 durften wir hier unseren Sommerurlaub verbringen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und ein kleiner Rundgang von der Besitzerin durchgeführt. Ich war mehr als positiv beeindruckt über die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung der FeWo und die Ordentlichkeit im Haus. Die Aufteilung für 2 Familien ist einfach toll. Die riesige Terrasse ein Traum. Man konnte zusammen was machen oder sich aus dem Weg gehen. An alles wurde gedacht und die Kommunikation war tadellos. Die Ruhe, aber dennoch Zentrale Lage haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Pool war ein Traum, vorne für die kleinen und hinten für die großen zum toben. Wir haben eine so tolle Erinnerung an 2023. Vielen Dank dafür…. Wir kommen gerne wider.

Our family stayed at Villa Victoria in Sineu. Everything was perfect. The area is beautiful and a good array of shops and restaurants are 15-20 minutes walk away. There is also a train station nearby where you can travel to Palma for 3 Euros. The villa was very large. It's very clean and comfortable. We used the pool every day and the BBQ twice. On arrival we were met by Joana who we saw a few times on our holiday- always smiling and happy to see us. She explained about the extra fees for electricity and Tourist Tax. In the fridge we found a free bottle of wine. We were contacted a few times together us know the water was being topped up,if the pool needed maintenance. Any questions we asked were answered almost immediately. This is a perfect home for a small groupfamily. We felt well looked after by Joana and her husband and would not hesitate to go backrecommend this villa to friends and family. Thank you!!

Vi boede 6 dage i huset og det var på alle måder helt fantastisk. Rent, lækkert, privat, smukke omgivelser og tæt på en fin lille by. Kommunikation med værterne var problemfrit og de var meget hjælpsomme. Vi vil anbefale en ferie her meget højt!

Das Haus und die Umgebung war sehr schön. Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos, Vermieter-Familie waren super nett. Wir haben eine Wurst- und Käseplatte mit Baguette und Wein als Willkommensgeschenk bekommen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sauber und das Haus hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht in der Ausstattung. Alles super!

La ubicación céntrica para hacer excursiones por la isla es fenomenal. El sitio es tranquilo y tiene de todo. Todo limpio y en perfecto estado. El pueblo de Sineu es muy bonito y tiene todos los servicios. Recomendable la visita.

Buitenterras is ruim en voorzien van een eettafel en een lekkere zithoek. Gehele woning is goed onderhouden, keurig ingericht en alle ramen en deuren zijn voorzien van horren.

Très bonne semaine en famille ! Dans une maison tout équipée ou l’on s’y sent bien. Une magnifique piscine, de très belles chambres. Un très bon accueil des propriétaires. La maison est très bien situé dans un village très convivial. Au centre de Majorque, cela permet de visiter chaque jours un endroit différent du pays. On a déjà envie de revenir.

Villa muy cuidada y con muchos detalles por parte de los anfitriones, mejoraría el internet y los colchones de las camas , por lo demás todo estupendo, pueblo muy cerca con todo lo necesario para abastecerse y situación muy buena . Zona tranquila y muy bien ubicada . Muy recomendable y anfitriones muy atentos.

Eine echt schöne Finca, die Küche war auch so super ausgestattet. Es wurde sogar noch ein weiterer Hochstuhk besorgt, da wir ein Kind mehr waren. Wir haben uns super schnell zu Hause gefühlt.

Our family stayed at Villa Victoria in Sineu. Everything was perfect. The area is beautiful and a good array of shops and restaurants are 15-20 minutes walk away. There is also a train station nearby where you can travel to Palma for 3 Euros. The villa was very large. It's very clean and comfortable. We used the pool every day and the BBQ twice. On arrival we were met by Joana who we saw a few times on our holiday- always smiling and happy to see us. She explained about the extra fees for electricity and Tourist Tax. In the fridge we found a free bottle of wine. We were contacted a few times together us know the water was being topped up,if the pool needed maintenance. Any questions we asked were answered almost immediately. This is a perfect home for a small groupfamily. We felt well looked after by Joana and her husband and would not hesitate to go backrecommend this villa to friends and family. Thank you!!

Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett , auch bei spontanen verspäteten Check in. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und im allgemeinen ist das Haus mit allem gut ausgestattet . Die oberen zwei Zimmer sind sehr geräumig . Und das WLAN war sehr gut. Auch draußen.

All in all a very positive stay. Very close to Sineu which is a nice town. Well equipped villa with everything that you need to cook etc. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We were staying with a 1.5 year old and a 2.5 year old and I wouldn't say the villa is child proof for children of these ages. The lack of a fence all the way round the pool wasn't ideal but again this is only an issue if you have small kids. Electricity seemed expensive at 54 euros for 8 nights, we did not use the air con as it wasn't hot when we stayed so this might get pricey in warmer months. An improvement that could be made is to give more than one key to the guests,install a key safe. The lack of this meant we often had to arrive back at the villa all at once if doing separate things during the day.

Deux semaines au top à Sineu, son emplacement central nous a permis d'explorer l'île dans sa globalité. La maison est 100% conforme à la description, nous recommandons fortement. Les propriétaires Gabriel et Joana ont été adorables, et de très bons conseils, toujours disponibles et nous ont réservé un super accueil. Merci à eux! Nous avons.l eu un coup de cœur pour cette île et Sineu. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Im Juli 2023 durften wir hier unseren Sommerurlaub verbringen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und ein kleiner Rundgang von der Besitzerin durchgeführt. Ich war mehr als positiv beeindruckt über die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung der FeWo und die Ordentlichkeit im Haus. Die Aufteilung für 2 Familien ist einfach toll. Die riesige Terrasse ein Traum. Man konnte zusammen was machen oder sich aus dem Weg gehen. An alles wurde gedacht und die Kommunikation war tadellos. Die Ruhe, aber dennoch Zentrale Lage haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Pool war ein Traum, vorne für die kleinen und hinten für die großen zum toben. Wir haben eine so tolle Erinnerung an 2023. Vielen Dank dafür…. Wir kommen gerne wider.

The facilities, pool, location, owner, everything! Perfect for a groupfamily, loved this place and perfectly located (if you have a car). Not a touristy area but close to beautiful Sineu and only about 20-30mins to lots of beaches and other sights.

Hemos pasado unos días fantástico en este alojamiento!! la piscina es un sueño,en cuánto la limpieza un 10!! el día que llegamos la propietaria no recibió personalmente, nos lo dio la bienvenida con una botella de vino, frutas y unos chorizos buenísimos, la casa muy moderna y bellísima,en todas la habitaciónes y en el salón cuenta con aires acondicionados,los baños muy amplios, bien equipado,en la segunda planta tiene una vista maravillosa,lo recomiendo al 100% de nuestra parte gracias totales!!

Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der tollen Finca! Wir hatten mit unserer Gruppe aus sechs Freunden eine sehr gute Zeit. Die Besitzer Joana und Gabriel sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend - empfangen wurden wir von Wein, Schinken, Käse und einer Ananas, aber auch sehr guten Restauranttipps für Sineu. Am Pool kann man gut entspannen und das Haus ist super ausgerüstet (u. a. mit Insektengittern an den Fenstern). Auch in der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir für die Woche gebraucht haben. Ab Sineu erreicht man viele schöne Ecken der Insel innerhalb einer halben Stunde mit dem Mietwagen und als Plus ist die gemütliche Stadt nicht vollends von Deutschen überlaufen. Wir werden die Unterkunft und Sineu auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. :)

Das Haus und die Umgebung war sehr schön. Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos, Vermieter-Familie waren super nett. Wir haben eine Wurst- und Käseplatte mit Baguette und Wein als Willkommensgeschenk bekommen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sauber und das Haus hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht in der Ausstattung. Alles super!

La ubicación céntrica para hacer excursiones por la isla es fenomenal. El sitio es tranquilo y tiene de todo. Todo limpio y en perfecto estado. El pueblo de Sineu es muy bonito y tiene todos los servicios. Recomendable la visita.

Our family stayed at Villa Victoria in Sineu. Everything was perfect. The area is beautiful and a good array of shops and restaurants are 15-20 minutes walk away. There is also a train station nearby where you can travel to Palma for 3 Euros. The villa was very large. It's very clean and comfortable. We used the pool every day and the BBQ twice. On arrival we were met by Joana who we saw a few times on our holiday- always smiling and happy to see us. She explained about the extra fees for electricity and Tourist Tax. In the fridge we found a free bottle of wine. We were contacted a few times together us know the water was being topped up,if the pool needed maintenance. Any questions we asked were answered almost immediately. This is a perfect home for a small groupfamily. We felt well looked after by Joana and her husband and would not hesitate to go backrecommend this villa to friends and family. Thank you!!

Very nice and cozy place. The hosts were super friendly and gave us a few restaurant tips straight away. And the location was really great (we were there for a road bike vacation).

The villa was lovely and as described. Outside area particularly good. However, think it would be easier if electricity included and then would save hassle of reading meter with host. Also thought the bed linen/pillows really let the place down. Very sub-standard compared to general standard of villa.

A wonderful house with a pool and everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Clean, comfortable and with a wonderful view from the second floor. Very kind and responsive hosts. Thank you very much for the kind welcome with a bottle of wine, ham and cheese. The location of the house is in the center of the island, which makes it possible to visit the incredible beaches and villages with a drive of about 1 hour. I would be happy to come to this house again. We liked everything.
