Outsta ding in every way except 1. The hotel needs to invest in new pool chairs. Eack one is so worn out that it hurts to sit or lay on them as they sink to the frames. We tried to pile towels on them and the problem still hurt your bones. It is time to get new ones. I think they have gotten their moneys worth. Now it is time for stronger canvas with padding on beach ch a irs. Thanks for an e cellent stay.

Marvelous wee hotel - excellent staff & excellent facilities with gym being very good for its size. Rooms spacious enough with nice balcony. Rooms on left side of pool get the sun throughout the day while rooms on the left do not. Depends on what you want! Only had breakfast which was continental in style but very acceptable. Enjoyed my stsy

We loved the layout around the bar & swimming pool. Good breakfast included. Parking provided opposite (albeit at a €15 per day charge). Staff very helpful. There are a few restaurants and bars nearby but little else in the immediate vicinity.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Great location close to a small beach, but still close to the big towns of the Costa del Sol. Such a great friendly welcome from all the staff we encountered throughout our stay. Breakfast included and it was a good spread. Downside - onsite parking was expensive. Great to see EV charging, but it was super slow so needed more the 12 hours to charge the car. I will definitely consider staying here again in future.

Was a little difficult to find but in a nice quiet area close to the beach. Not much around, but a few nice restaurants and walkable to Puerto Banus. The hotel was lovely, felt like a charming boutique hotel and not a chain. Nice communal areas and a nice pool and relaxation areas around. Could do with more shade though. Rooms were clean and basic. Lots of choice for breakfast and very tasty.

It was a super nice and beautiful hotel. Close to the beach. They rented bikes and we did that for 2 days )15 euros for the whole day and 10 euros for half a day. There is a cycle path all the way to Marbella along the beach. Really beautiful. There is so much to do in the area. The swimming pool was lovely! There is a gym. The staff at reception, breakfast, the cleaners, by the pool were all super friendly. We would love to come back! Gracias!

Nice staff, very good breakfast, nice clean rooms, nice pool. Bike rentals were also great as there are many bike tracks alongside the beach. The only comment for me were the sundeck chairs. They can really use a 'mattrass-cover'. It was now not comfortable to lay on for a couple of hours as the fabric is a bit stretched. But, we would definitely come back!

The bathroom fittings had been updated but very cheaply, so the tiles hadn’t been changed and things such as the corking was shoddy like an odd job man had done it, not a high grade refit. Towels were very worn. Breakfast was acceptable but not great. We didn’t try it as a restaurant or really use the pool but the communal areas full of weird sofa was worn and old and I wouldn’t have sat there. I would say the room was clean but looked dirty as it was so old and it was dusty. The man on reception was abrupt and less than friendly. It’s a good base in a great location so as long as your not expecting a luxury boutique hotel then all good.

I have stayed here before and I have never been disappointed, the staff are all very friendly, the hotel in general is spotless, the cleaner's do a great job. The beds are really comfortable and it is pretty quiet, so i always sleep pretty well, I'm always mede to feel welcome.

The room was very clean, the hostess at the front was very helpful and we took advantage of the Laundry services which were completed in 2 hours so during that time we took the bikes for a ride down the beach. Would highly suggest this hotel.

Nice property walking distance to a promenade with wide variety of dining options. Good breakfasts and welcoming pool. Room is basic good bath and water pressure. A/C smells horrible and there was some garbage on the drawers of nightstands (probably from previous guests).

We had to move rooms for our second night, currently next to the hotel is a building site that was very noisy in the morning, also not a nice view. The second room facing inside the hotel was much nicer and more peaceful.

Best part of the hotel is the pool area. Very quiet, beautiful balconies surrounding. Wifi worked in all areas of the hotel. Poolside service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was AC took a little while to kick in. We asked for additional key to keep in the electricity slot to let it run while we were out and that helped. Rooms are basic/outdated/nothing special. But gets the job done

A wonderful little gem in Puerto Banús. The lovely courtyard was just as pictured here and the staff/restaurant/bar/breakfast were all excellent. The rooms are small and simple, but everything we needed.

The flashing light from the box on the WiFi kept us awake. Lots of flashing lights in the room. The room was hot, the a/c didn't switch on. And it was scary to open the window because it opened towards the handle of the door. You could easily put your hand in the window and open the door. So we had to close it when we were sleeping. Maybe if you change the windows to open in the other direction it could be left open. Other than this everything looked very nice. Well equipped.

We only stayed for 1 night as part of a longer stay. We arrived early and was able to store our luggage and use the pool and other amenities. We was able to gain access to our room 2 hours earlier which was a bonus. We had a ground floor room 20 which had everything we needed and the shower was nice and hot and powerful. The bed was comfortable as was the pillows and the aircon was fab! A good selection in the mini bar and reasonable prices as was the drinks at the pool side bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A 5 min walk to the beach and there a selections of beach bars/restaurants. If we was in the are we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We had a great stay here for 5 days! Angel on reception was very helpful. We would stay here again. Staff are helpful. The food in the restaurant is great too!

Fabulous place to stay within walking distance to beach and town. Breakfast was fabulous. Only comment to make was (room 009) shower tray had a life of its own and tile broken. Would stay again.

Un posto molto tranquillo, però lontano dai trasporti e dal centro di Marbella. Per muoversi sono necessari il tax o uber, quindi lo consiglierei soltanto a chi vuole relax e vuole visitare poco la zona. La colazione è nella media, la qualità dei prodotti è sufficiente. La colazione dolce non è varia e sarebbe da migliorare. Le stanze sono molto piccole e la pulizia degli interni, a differenza delle zone comuni, è appena sufficiente. Rispecchia un tre stelle e non offre grandi intrattenimento per gli ospiti. Bella la piscina con il bar, ma la sera alle 22.30 già chiudeva tutto. Lo staff gentile, peró, contrariamente ad altre strutture, non ci hanno fornito molte informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e sulle spiagge della zona. Insomma un hotel discreto, ma da migliorare sotto vari punti di vista.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Great location close to a small beach, but still close to the big towns of the Costa del Sol. Such a great friendly welcome from all the staff we encountered throughout our stay. Breakfast included and it was a good spread. Downside - onsite parking was expensive. Great to see EV charging, but it was super slow so needed more the 12 hours to charge the car. I will definitely consider staying here again in future.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet up market residential area. Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast included with a good selection of hot and cold food. Hotel is built around a courtyard with pool, large out door seating/table area with a bar. All very comfortable. Food menu during day was good and in the evening was a small plate selection which was really nice. We had a superior plus room as an upgrade. This room was on the third level, with a lovely private terrace. The hotel is mainly on 2 levels, with each corner going to 3 levels. Puerto Banus marina is about a 40 minute walk along the coast boardwalk. Marbella and Estepona an easy bus ride on the L29 bus on the main road A7 a short walk from the hotel. San Pedro is also an easy walk. We loved our week here and would happily go back, and we are picky about where we stay.

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely, clean and comfortable room overlooking the pool. A great hotel which was well positioned to access either the beach (500m), Puerto Banus or San Pedro de Alcantara. Or, by bus or taxi to Marbella or Estepona.

A wonderful little gem in Puerto Banús. The lovely courtyard was just as pictured here and the staff/restaurant/bar/breakfast were all excellent. The rooms are small and simple, but everything we needed.

Leider keine gute Erfahrung gemacht und überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert! Das Gebäude von außen und der Bereich mit dem Pool/der Innenhof sind sehr schön, aber dann hört es auch auf. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist sehr alt, wir hatten auch Ameisen auf dem Boden entdeckt, die Handtücher hatten Flecken...Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig: es gibt zwei Kaffeemaschinen und beide sind nur mit Milchpulver, also zum Frühstück gibt es keinen leckeren Kaffee, keine Milchalternativen, keine gesunderen Essensalternativen außer Obst...Einen leckeren Kaffee aus der Siebträgermaschine bekommt man nach dem Frühstück aber im Innenhof, dafür muss man aber bezahlen. Die Lautstärke von der Musik, die im Innenhof abgespielt wird, ist viel zu laut, wenn man sich erholen will oder früher schlafen gehen will, geht es leider nicht bis mindestens 23Uhr. Also das einzige Gute ist, dass das Hotel ein paar Minuten vom Strand ist, aber trotzdem können wir es nicht empfehlen!

Fantastic boutique hotel. Swift check in with the most friendliest reception team. Bar menu and staff top notch. Highly recommend the bar team to make a negroni for you. Tapas menu is impressive. Recommend bike hire from the hotel and cycle across to Marbella old and new harbours.

Very unhelpful staff. Was calling about late checkout weeks ahead. They said they would solve it but was totally impossible in this matter. They told me i could have a late checkout for the same amount as staying one extra night. Rude and not helpful at all.
