B&B HOTEL Berlin-Alexanderplatz

Veldig greit hotell midt i byen. Ved siden av brannstasjon og togskinnene men overraskende lite støy. Ikke noe parkering og gateparkeringen var veldig vanskelig å forstå så det var bedre å parkere inne på APCOA parkering i Alexa senteret. Max 20 € i parkering med lademuligheter.

Waren für ein Kurztrip in Berlin. Waren neben dem Alex, da gibt es ein Riesen Kaufhaus mit Tiefgarage, wo wir auch geparkt haben, Tagessatz allerdings 25€. Aber ist ok, bevor ich ganz Berlin umfahre wg. billiger Parken. Hotel war sauber, was uns wichtig war, frühstücken war ok, pancake für die Kinder wären toll gewesen wenn es die noch geben würde. Also B&B jederzeit wieder.

Range of drinks and snacks to be wider e.g. tea with milk....

No me gustó que por guardarnos las maletas en una habitación durante unas horas nos cobrasen por casa maleta 2 €. Estuve 4 noches y si no protestó el 3 día no me hacen la habitación

Hotel localizado á 5 min da estação Alexandre Platz, em frente ao Shopping Alexa, com muitas lojas e opções de alimentação. O hotel possui self check in e check out. O quarto possui TV LCD, wi-fi, secador de cabelo e shampoo e sabonete líquido. Não tem frigobar e nem cofre.A cama e a ducha são é boas e o endredom bem quente. Nas proximidades muitas opções de lojas, transporte e alimentação. Fica bem em frente a linha do trem, porem as janelas são antirruído A cortina black-out é muito boa. O quarto acessivel é bem equipado. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, com recepção e máquinas de bebidas e alimentação. O atendimento foi atencioso e gentil.

The staff was fantastic and helpful. There is no fridge, no coffee making facility. ( there are coffee and snack machines in the foyer ) room very small. Very close to Alexander Platz which is full of restaurants and shops. Two nights was enough as it is just that a bed and breakfast. Mind there is breakfast available there.

3人房小間,行李只能打開1個 櫃台接待服務沒啥熱情 行李寄放1個收1歐元,很多飯店都不收錢 走路5分鐘到Alexa商場,很讚!

Pro: Früherer Check-In möglich. Gemütliches Bett. Gute Schallisolierung der Fenster. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Con: Schimmel im Bad an der Decke (und zwar kein kleiner Fleck). Dichtungen im Bad defekt, verkalkt und verschimmelt.

La habitacion esta bien, lo que falla es la calefaccion (capada a 25 grados, y en berlin en noviembre hace mucho frio. Al llegar tenia las ventanas abiertas y hemos tebidi durante los 3 dias seguidos la calefaccion puesta de forma casi ininterrumpida y aun asi seguía haciendo un poco de frio. Y luego la atencion, resulta que no hacen lahabitacion ni cambian las toallas ni nada si no lo solicitas en un QR, y el chico de recepcion no me lo dijo hasta que pregunte el ultimo dia. Me lo dijo el viernes por la tarde segun saliamos del hotel, y cuando volvimos a la habitacion ya era tarde (2am) , y no me dejaba solocitarlo para el sabado, aso que hemos estado toda la estancia sin toallas y sin que nos hicieran la habitación

Gutes Mittelklassehotel für einen Kurztrip. Zimmer war recht klein, aber sauber. In der Dusche leider Schimmel an den Silikonfugen, was das Personal aber nicht sonderlich interessiert hat. Personal an der Rezeption könnte dem Gast zugewandter und interessierter gegenüber sein. Leider kein Raum zur Aufbewahrung des Gepäcks (vor Check Inn bzw. nach dem Checkot). Kein Safe im Zimmer, aber Klimaanlage. Lage sehr gut, direkt Nähe Alexanderplatz, Einkaufszentrum Alexa, S-Bahn, Sights...aber direkt an den Bahnschienen gelegen - schlafen bei offenem Fenster daher nicht möglich.

Viele Basics waren beim Frühstück nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber bei genauem Hinsehen sieht man, es wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt und im Bad war dies besonders leicht zu erkennen.

selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster meint man, dass der Zug durchs Zimmer fährt… Dusche schimmelig… kein Wunder, wenn der Lüfter keinen Nachlauf hat… Am nächsten Morgen hat es im Bad nach Frkalien gerochen - ekelig!

My only complaint is not enough plugs by the beds. Only 1 bedside had plugs. The train tracks were right outside our window which worried me at first, but it was not an issue. The room was not noisy at all.

I find the room was too small for 3 people. There was very little room to move around. The room also provided the very minimum storage options. The cleanliness was exemplary. The room didn't have a minibar and the hotel refused our request to store some food items in the hotel fridge so we had to throw them away, but they did give us cutlery. Though the hotel is next to the railway, this didn't affect our sleep.

Das Zimmer war kalt und konnte nicht geheizt werden. Das Bad war sehr gebraucht und wies starke Benutzungsspuren auf.

Preis Leistung ist wirklich super . Einziges Problem , bei offenen Fenster kann man einfach nicht schlafen da die Bahn genau nebenan ist. Ist das Fenster zu hört man fast nichts.

Hotel bom. De fato o barulho do trem incomoda se abrir as janelas, como fui no inverno, mantive fechada e não tive problemas. Acho que no verão seria um problema pois o ar condicionado só funciona como aquecedor. De resto, não há o que reclamar.

O hotel é muito bem localizado , no estilo Ibis . O quarto possui ar-condicionado e janelas corta barulho . Isto é importante porque o hotel fica ao lado da linha do trem . Recomendo .

Exactly what I expected. Easy check in basic family friendly room. Clean and excellent customer care by Tommy I can’t rave enough about him he is really the best super helpful and courteous.

Leider liess die Hygiene sehr zu wünschen übrig. Zudem hiess es, die Rezeption sei 24h besetzt, ausser beim Einchecken, war aber nie jemand dort.

Konum çok iyiydi. Toplu taşıma çok yakındı. Sadece resepsiyondaki kızlar gerçekten suratsızdı ve hem çekin yaparken hem de bir konuda yardım istersen küçümseyerek davrandı ve sanki zorla yardımcı oldu.

We arrived late on Thursday evening. Self check in wasn't working so we had to wait for receptionist, unfortunately nobody appeared for around 30 mins so we were left sat in the reception for all of this time. Once he arrived he explained that his system was down so he could not check us in properly and did not know which rooms were ours. He proceeded to take us to what thought were empty rooms only to find they were already occupied by other guests, he attempted to enter 3 different rooms which were already occupied, disturbing other guests at 1am in the morning! At this point he was clearly feeling pretty stressed so asked us to wait back in the lobby as he carried on checking for empty rooms. We waited another 30 mins in the lobby before he eventually found 3 empty rooms for us. We had booked 3 twin rooms but were actually given one family room with double bed and bunk beds which meant one of our group had to sleep in bunk beds for 3 days. In total we waited well over an hour to be given rooms which weren't what we had booked, not what you need when arriving late at night. We weren't even given entry codes for our room and had to check in the following morning. There wasn't much in the way of an apology for the inconvenience caused. On the positive side, the Hotel was well priced and a great location for exploring Berlin, close to transport links and rooms were adequate, didn't try breakfast. If not for the check in issue, i would score the hotel higher.

Hotellet var sådan fint nok, vi fik bare ikke vores familie værelse som vi havde bestilt og endte med at få 2 2 personer værelser.

This hotel is located 5-7min away from 2 U-Bahn. Very easy to go around. The surrounding area is also walkable. If you need food, there's a food court 2 min walk from the hotel, and plenty of small shop, including a small Asian food shop 1 min away. The wall in the room is thick so we did not hear any traffic or neighbors apart from when their naughty little kids playing prank by knocking on our doors. The breakfast menu is very reasonably priced and worth it, served timely from 06:00. Roy, the manager, was very friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. If you want a laundromat, there's a new one just 12 min walk. PERFECT place to stay in Berlin.

Nice clean rooms and bathroom. In a very convenient location, right next to the Alexa shopping mall and within 5 mins walk to Alexandra Platz station and Berlin TV tower. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy to get there by train from the airport. 40 mins train ride and 5 mins walk from the station to the property.

Zentral gelegen. Kurze Wege zur Bahn und zum Alex. Einkaufszentrum direkt um die Ecke. Man kann schnell und unkompliziert zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten kommen.

Nice rooms, clean but very small and not much on offer besides a bed and shower. Surrounding area was very run down and filthy with lots of homeless people and dangerous sections.

Ich möchte hier eine grosse Lanze für das Hotel brechen. Unser Zimmer (Familienzimmer) war im neunten Stock, hatte keinen Schimmel, man hat auch die Bahn und andere Bewohner nicht wirklich gehört. Unser Zimmer (erreichbar mit einem Zahlencode) war super sauber, die Betten mega bequem und wir hatten direkte Sicht auf den Fernsehturm. Das Reinigungspersonal verdient von uns an dieser Stelle ein grosses Dankeschön für Ihren Job, welchen sie tagtäglich machen. Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen deshalb hier nicht unterzeichnen. Wir waren vor 15 Uhr dort und durften unser Gepäck lagern bis wir dann am Abend eincheckten. Kostenlos. Was ich auch sagen kann; Die Lage ist Top. Es ist gleich neben dem Einkaufszentrum Alexa, wo ein Edeka drin ist und Zara, H&M und all die anderen grossen Ketten inkl. Fitnesszenter, Frisör und Bowlingbahn. Nebem dem Alexa zirka zwei Minuten vom Hotel hat es ein süsses Kaffee (Grandaire), welches ab acht Uhr Bagels (6.50€), Müesli (4.5€)und wirlich super leckeren Kaffee (so um 3$) serviert. Es ist immer sehr gut besucht, was die Qualität unterstreicht. Das Hotel liegt zirka fünf Minuten Gehdistanz vom Alexplatz entfernt, mit all den tollen Ausgeh-Essensmöglichkeiten (TK Maxx, DM, Kamps, Curry 61, Primemarkt, Kaufland, C&A, Five Guys, Starbucks, Footlookers, Tschibo, Interio und ein grosses Kino, wo man dienstags immer für 50% hin gehen kann). Nur eine Haltestelle mit der S-Bahn entfernt liegt das Dungeon und direkt beim Alex das Ikono.

O quarto é confortável, porém, ainda estando no 8° andar dava para ouvir os trens passando principalmente a noite. A rua do hotel é pouco iluminada e tem moradores de rua perto.

The hotel was fabulous. Unfortunately it is on a street occupied by sleeping street people who we literally had to walk around going to and from the hotel. It didn’t feel safe and we felt uncomfortable walking in “their space”.

Das Hotel ist gut mit ÖPNV erreichbar und obwohl die S-Bahn fast direkt daran vorbeifährt, hört man kaum etwas. Das Buffet ist leider doch nicht sehr üppig für den Preis. Gestört hat mich, dass es immer noch sehr viel wenig umweltfreundlich Verpacktes gibt.

Great location and near the U & S Bahn. Central to everywhere. Excellent hotel that is clean and comfortable. Good breakfast available for €10 to start the day. Great value.

Selve hotellet var meget fint bortset fra at det ligger lige op af en byggeplads, men det kan de jo ikke gøre for. Dog er der absolut intet godt at sige om deres morgenmad Hotel

Praktiskt och löste alla problem smidigt till bra pris. Enkel standard - skippa frukosten kändes som gamla tiders motell.

Nah am Zentrum, Ausstattung ausreichend, sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Frühstück besser beim Bäcker irgendwo um die Ecke.
