An unexpected surprise. Large entry to Reception with a display of race and Classic Cars in the foyer. One staff who was very efficient with check-in. All accommodation on first floor with access by stairs, which suits me, or lift. Large spacious room with big windows and large bathroom. Dining on first floor was by pre-booked times. Good food but the noise levels are loud due to open space.A very comfortable nights sleep. Glad we made the Pit Stop.

Last minute booking on a road trip from Melbourne area over to Adelaide. Just got tired and wanted to stop. Very cool place, great surprise! It you are a race fan, car buff or just like cool cars you would enjoy the lobby ! Just a bummer it was a Monday, so the restaurant was not open... headed over to the local pub 7 minutes for good old fashioned pub grub.

it was a great place to go to unwind. nice a quiet to think and relax. the only thing is the channels on the tv. some frozen and I had to turn off and back on again for it to work and some channels are not on them. but I enjoyed my stay and will do it again. thank you to all the staff and the cleaning lady on Sunday the 30th of June for her help with something when I turned up

Rooms are quite small but the bed is so comfortable and the bathroom/shower nice and roomy. Loved the cars on display in the foyer creating a feeling excitement and awe. Staff were lovely !

Aircon didnt work but the beautiful receptionist moved us. Ordered room service which came in a Paper bag with wooden cutlery. I ordered from your restaurant NOT UberEATS. A tray and dinner plate and proper cutlery would have been expected at $180 a night???? Chips were from a frozen bag 1/2 cooked. Very disappointed, and received a very poor email back from The Rydges Pit Lane.

The hotel staff were great and the room was fine. The only problem was that there was a water pipe behind the wall in our room and every time someone in one of the rooms above or nearby flushed the toilet or took a shower there was a rush of water and other noises. The noise made it difficult to sleep. Luckily they provide complimentary ear plugs in the bathroom (probably intended for racing noise). I have stayed there before in other rooms without this problem. This was in room 139.

Just wonderful all round. Great service, great room, and I mean great!! Staff were wonderful, we got upgraded! We could see the track and watch cars going around! Our bed was so warm and comfortable. Very clean. Music was great and the guy singing chose great songs. I could go on but the bottom line is that it is a wonderful place to stay and reasonable, and yes we would stay there again for sure 😊🙏

Rooms were fine, ideal for an overnight stopover if travelling to Adelaide. Restaurant was closed on the night I was there but they did call to warn me and there are options nearby. I bottle of complimentary water would be a nice touch. A must-stay if you are a car enthusiast - you don't often get a McLaren P1's or Aston's parked in the foyer of hotels.

Stop over for the night. An interesting place to stay with it's museum of racing cars. Comfy bed. Only negative comment, dinner, expensive, undercooked and cold roast spuds. Partners meal avg. for the cost. A glass of retail 30$ for $16.00. C'mon. Coffee in the morning, very good

Now I know it was a quiet Tuesday night, but the offering of meals was very ordinary. I went with the scotch fillet which I didn't realise for $42 only came with chips (no offer of salad or vegetables) I ordered medium rare it was medium well at best and the steak had a very strange taste to it almost like it had been washed in the dishwasher, the chips were your average cheap yellow generic chips the kind you expect at the local fish and chip shop (not a nice bar/restaurant) and the pepper sauce was straight from a packet and tasteless. I accompanied the meal with a glass of Cab Sav, the glass was dirty and the kind you expect at the local bowling club. Very underwhelming considering the elite foyer area and beautiful rooms. Unfortunately the food is a mile behind where it should be. Sorry guys very disappointed.
