The “”””executive”””” studio is located outside, once you put the code in the main rntrance you have to walk through the kitchen and then the laundry room that was a complete mess full of health hazards. The door of the laundry room ( that has no keys and stays open all night) takes you outside, where there suppose to be a garden full of rubbish and with no maintenance. The studio is nothing like the pictures, is dirty, there was no heating on, it was cold, the shower head doesn’t stay up, the carpet in front of it I guess was never washed or changed, the fridge door is broken and before you realise the door fall on yr foot cos opens like a dishwasher, no sign to make you aware of that. I didnt feel safe at all overnight, the door doesn’t close properly. It was a nightmare! Not even to mentioned I had to leave 300£ deposit that I got back 2 days later. I would like to be contacted cos I have evidence of what I am saying and I would like a compensation and a refund!

Room was really dirty. Stains on carpet, stains on furniture, stains on ceiling blinds etc Check in details were sent with unclickable links which made checking in process tortured and very painful. I wasn't able to copy across the links either using the Hotels.com mobile app, so I had to use a laptop instead. Wifi information provided via app was also not correct - managed to find correct information on back of door. Room very cold - heating solution was very basic and ineffective

The location of this room was very close to all means of transportation, bus and metro station. Restaurants were nearby along with a grocery store. Access to staff requires calling them so getting international access is a must.

The room was clean and tidy- using the lock system was super easy and user friendly.
