This property is great for families or couples. However, there’s a lot of dust because the street is all ground. The main restaurant takes too long to serve, and the staff forgets to bring what we request. Overall, they take too much time. Gym needs an upgrade super small and Some of the machines don’t work well. I’m very disappointed with the Gym and the top restaurant service for taking to long.

Beautiful resort! Very clean and relaxing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dining options are limited, especially for the kids. We stayed in a master suite with a kitchen, but the kitchen is not fully stocked (no pots or pans), and therefore we were unable to cook. Pool seating is limited. We tried to go to the pool on 3 separate ocasions, but no seating was avaialble.

We stayed one night for a birthday celebration. Rooms were clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. The customer service was excellent! Glass of wine and lavender washcloths upon arrival were a nice touch. Enjoyed both the winery and the restaurant on site. The pool was nice with ample umbrellas and towels. The gym was okay; plenty of equipment and free weights but no fan or a/c in the building which made the workout a bit uncomfortable but they did have towels and water available.

Property was beautiful well maintain, rooms were clean, spacious and great amenities. The staff was friendly ans helpful. They offer free shuttle to restaurant and wine tour. We were there's for 3 days and we can't wait to go back. My wife was very impressed.

The staff and facilities are great. I unfortunately did not get to enjoy the food. The roads on the property are dirt so expect some dust and try to avoid open toe shoes. Such a relaxing and comfortable stay.

They need to expand the pool deck area with many more lounge chairs. Only 4 lounge chairs available for the entire resort. Add more concrete and extend the pool deck all the way to the main road. The food and service were fantastic. Very safe and a beautiful centrally located resort for wine tasting and all the wonderful restaurants.

La limpieza muy deficiente: había una uña en el piso y tuvimos que hablar en dos ocasiones para que limpiaran adecuadamente; dejaron un pad Desmaquillante que por error dejamos fuera del bote de basura, fue evidente que no limpiaban bien. No hay business center. Alejandra de recepción muy amable, educada y servicial, muy agradable hacer check in y check out con ella.

First off, if you want to be woken up early in the morning with tons of noise and loud workers, be my guest and stay here! Also, if you like to look at the ceiling in the middle of the night and worry about spiders crawling on your face, this is your place!

First time at El Cielo, and we were so glad we decided to stay there. The service we received was top level. We have visited Valley de Guadalupe several times, but this is the first time we experience this level of excellence. The room is nicely decorated, well kept, and very clean. I definitely recommend this resort, and we look forward to staying there again.

Not Luxury at All – Total Waste of Money I booked this hotel through Expedia expecting a luxury experience, but it was anything but. The room was part of new construction, but the quality was shockingly poor — sloppy finishes, grout residue everywhere, and a generally unfinished feel. It looked like no one bothered to do a final clean after construction. The cleanliness was unacceptable. I found makeup residue on the vanity from a previous guest, dirty windows, and linens that didn’t seem fresh. Several surfaces were clearly not cleaned properly — definitely not the standard you'd expect from a “luxury” hotel. Service was just as disappointing. Despite visiting in low season with the hotel nearly empty, the management refused to accommodate a late checkout or room change. They blamed an “event,” but a staff member later admitted there was no such event happening. It felt dishonest and unprofessional. This hotel is all about appearances and false advertising. Definitely not worth the high price. I would not stay here again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

Realmente nos fue bien porque se disfruta mucho las instalaciones perooooo, revisen el olor a drenaje del baño porque esto es muy desagradable y aparte se llena de agua donde nos bañamos, todo es muy padre y agradable como para tener estos desagradables detalles, el resto fue excelente

Deberían de tener las habitaciones más limpias, mucho polvo en general, lámpara de comedor con telarañas, suitchs de encendidos de luces sucios, me toco limpiarlos; alfombras se veían sucias. Algunas partes del tapiz de la recámara no estoy segura si eran hongos pero se requiere cambio de papel tapiz o poner atención a los detalles. Siendo una Máster Suite, esperaba mejor atención en los detalles de limpieza y espacios limpios.

The property is beautifully well kept, if you’re looking for something more than just a place to stay this is it. The rooms are modern & very clean, with all the amenities you need. Outside they have pool or if a casual walk is your thing, you can walk around the property. They have two restaurants on the property, Latitude has nice views of mountains and vineyards if siting outside, unfortunately we didn’t have time to visit the other one. Their staff is very friendly and professional, upon check in they greet you with a glass of wine which is a nice touch. We order room service, both the chilaquiles and French toast was very good and fresh. I would definitely be coming back.

Very disappointing stay at Cielo. Booked a junior suite and called before we arrived at 7:30pm to inquire about the pool and hot tub. Receptionist said pool closed at 8pm so we asked about the hot tub. Receptioinst said we had to upgrade for a private hot tub. Turned out the hot tub was a bathtub with jets. Doesn't make sense for a $280 price increase. What are they thinking. Too tired to argue so we let it go. Sofa bed was thin and incredibly uncomfortable. Not what you would expect from a luxury resort. Ended up removing the thin mattress and putting it on the floor. Luxury resort? Room was dirty with stains on the furniture, dusty floors and a hair tie left on the shower window sill. How well were the rooms cleaned? Service was mediocre at best. Receptioinst should have been transparent about the bathtub with jets and not having hot tub on the premises. Front desk clerk barely made eye contact during check out. Not the type of service one would expect from a luxury resort.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, las almohadas en la habitación no eran cómodas, demasiado blandas y se hacían bolas. Desayunamos en dos ocasiones en el restaurante y la comida se sirvió fría. El segundo día además, los frijoles estaban bastante malos lo q le hicimos saber al mesero.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, las almohadas en la habitación no eran cómodas, demasiado blandas y se hacían bolas. Desayunamos en dos ocasiones en el restaurante y la comida se sirvió fría. El segundo día además, los frijoles estaban bastante malos lo q le hicimos saber al mesero.

The matresses weren't confortable, being too soft. The doors tend to vibrate everytime someone else in the other rooms opens o closes their doors. We actually thought somebody was entering our room in a pair of ocations.also it seems that the personal doesn't communicate with each other, I receive a call offering to clean my room when it was already cleaned. Some of the people in my group received cookies at the entrance, others had an upgrade in room category and my room didn't receive cookies nor water the first day...it was a little bit incoherent. The service in the restaurant and the transportation was great.

Not Luxury at All – Total Waste of Money I booked this hotel through Expedia expecting a luxury experience, but it was anything but. The room was part of new construction, but the quality was shockingly poor — sloppy finishes, grout residue everywhere, and a generally unfinished feel. It looked like no one bothered to do a final clean after construction. The cleanliness was unacceptable. I found makeup residue on the vanity from a previous guest, dirty windows, and linens that didn’t seem fresh. Several surfaces were clearly not cleaned properly — definitely not the standard you'd expect from a “luxury” hotel. Service was just as disappointing. Despite visiting in low season with the hotel nearly empty, the management refused to accommodate a late checkout or room change. They blamed an “event,” but a staff member later admitted there was no such event happening. It felt dishonest and unprofessional. This hotel is all about appearances and false advertising. Definitely not worth the high price. I would not stay here again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

Property was great! Service unfortunately lacks organization. Transportation representative lacks professionalism, was rude and didn't take responsibility when he overcharged us, and in fact still owes a refund. We were also overcharged at the restaurant, therefore lack of communication within hotel. Highly recommend staff be trained on how NOT to be rude to guests. We traveled very far to be treated disrespectful.

Property was beautiful well maintain, rooms were clean, spacious and great amenities. The staff was friendly ans helpful. They offer free shuttle to restaurant and wine tour. We were there's for 3 days and we can't wait to go back. My wife was very impressed.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! The hotel mistakenly charged to my credit card the rooms of two other couples that where in my same party. Since march, I have been trying to get the refund of usd 1,600 to my credit card and they just don't do it. I wouldn't recommend the hotel. Staff is under qualified.

This property is great for families or couples. However, there’s a lot of dust because the street is all ground. The main restaurant takes too long to serve, and the staff forgets to bring what we request. Overall, they take too much time. Gym needs an upgrade super small and Some of the machines don’t work well. I’m very disappointed with the Gym and the top restaurant service for taking to long.

Excellent service and beautiful place, the restaurant staff was an absolute gem also. Too great care of us. The wines at the taste rooms were delicious. If I ever had the desire to come back to Valle I would stay here no doubt but I have no desire to return with the messed up roads leading to this beautiful hotel.

My stay was disappointing due to the service at the front desk. I did not feel welcomed, as the receptionist seemed stressed and preoccupied. It was an exceptionally hot day, yet no refreshments were offered upon arrival. While waiting for my sister’s reservation to be processed, I casually mentioned wanting some wine; the receptionist asked a colleague to pour some, but the service felt indifferent and lacked any hospitality. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find that there was no decaf coffee, herbal tea, or any caffeine-free beverage options available for guests. The next morning there was no coffee in capsules to make, instead there was a pot of coffee and it was cold and there were no options of cream. I'm lactose intolerant. The sofa bed was not put together when we requested it before we went out for the day. It's an expense hotel and need to put more attention to details. Latitude 32 service was super slow and had cold coffee. Room service at the pool it took 1hr for nachos. there were only two parties at the pool.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. If you don’t speak Spanish, most if not all the staff speak English or has a person available to answer all your questions. The property is a vineyard so it provide a beautiful view and landscape to wake up too. Also, the restaurant is delicious and the drinks are great, which a driver will come to pick up and drop off, room to table, per request. A beautiful experience!!!
