The property was big and spacious it fit all of us and also provided everything you needed from kitchen laundry seating beds linens etc. cleanliness was okay but most linens were very dusty and there was an insect problem almost everywhere around the house. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and squeaky you can barely move, so we could not get a proper rest for 2 weeks. Cleaning fees were too expensive Location is actually good but it was not near any bus stops that actually can take you to the downtown centers, it was on a large main street and walking takes atleast 55 minutes to reach the center, so taxis were unfortunately needed most of the time. Multiple issues with the payment, firstly the amount shown on the website was less than the amount that was charged from my account and there was no explanation as to where that percentage of money went other than "maybe the bank tax". I payed 5 % extra and nobody knows how or why because the property only charged the amount on the website but my account shows more money has been taken. Second, the same money issue happened after they returned my deposit. It was not a full 1000€ it was deducted by almost 300€ and the property managers never replied to my emails as to why this money has been taken. It is not clear if it was due to tax , banking, or maybe property damage. Overall the lack of care from the managers when it came to payments and issues was extremely horrible. Even the insect issue was not resolved.

Zona tranquila Lamentablemente los vecinos utilizan el parque junto a la casa de pipi-can, esto genera malos olores en alguna ocasión. Pero ya sería función del ayuntamiento corregirlo.
