Anständig klimatisiert. Leider Baustelle nebenan oben auf dem Pool, deshalb dort zumindest (zu) laut. Ist aber ja temporär. Kann das Waldorf jedenfalls empfehlen. Preis / Leistung passt.

we had such an amazing and relaxing time at Waldorf Astoria during our Bangkok trip. The location is super convenient near BTS station and shopping malls where we spent most of our time given it was really hot during the day. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming and overall hotel felt so quiet with not much noise issue. There was a bit concern about construction noise for park view rooms but it was pretty negligible. Breakfast was very nice and pool was good size to use with nice view of looking over city center and park. Loft bar on the 55th floor was amazing where we watched the sunset. Only one disappointing factor for me was in-room dining where the food was a bit average despite the expensive price vs. local price. Phad Thai was very dry and didn't meet my expectation. Other than that, the hotel itself is highly recommendable and would like to visit again!

현재 월도프 양 옆 쪽 큰 건물이 철거 및 공사 중 입니다. 일부 객실과 수영장에서 공사장 뷰 및 공사 소음이 엄청 심한 편이에요, 투숙 전에 공사 사실을 먼저 안내 해 줬으면 예약 변경을 고려했을 듯 합니다. 아무런 안내 없이 그 동안 후기에서 봤던 멋진 뷰를 기대했다가 실망이 컸습니다. 수영장은 소음과 더불어 물이 너무 미지근하고 부유물이 떠다니고 등 수질이 좋지 않아 수영도 하지 못했습니다. 방콕에서 손꼽히는 고급호텔인데 여러모로 아쉬움이 많았어요. 저희도 마지막날 일정을 가장 비싼 호텔로 잡았는데 이 정도라면 좀 더 저렴한 훨씬 좋은 호텔이 많이 있어서 더 아쉬움이 큽니다. 뷰나 소음문제를 제외하곤 청결상태나 가구, 인테리어 등 객실 컨디션은 좋았습니다.

This was an incredible experience. From the hotel’s luxury to the amazing staff and don’t forget about one of the best steakhouses in bangkok “bull & bear” located on the 55th floor. This really was one of the best hotel experiences ever.

This hotel is just beautiful, the room, pool, spa, and dining are all absolute luxury. The staff here are so attentive, and will even negotiate with the cab driver for you. I don’t want to leave, it has made for such a wonderful vacation.

Sawadeeka!! The Staff here go above and beyond to ensure a 5 star experience. The only negative would have to be the view from the pool is obstructed due got anew building being built next to it. However you still get a good view.

The hotel staff is very meticulous and attentive. When we were having drinks at the rooftop bar, we noticed that the window seats were fully occupied. However, when some guests left, the staff immediately arranged a window seat for us, which was very heartwarming. Additionally, the service and food at their Western restaurant on the 55th floor are top-notch; I believe this is one of the best places for steak in Bangkok. The room is elegantly decorated and spacious, featuring exquisite decor that makes it very comfortable. The sound insulation of the room is excellent, and it is equipped with a smart home control system, enhancing the convenience and comfort of our stay.

ホテルの方たちはどの方も皆さん笑顔でとても親切でした。バンコクの活気を感じることができる中心地の駅近ですがホテルの中に入ると落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくりと穏やかに過ごすことができました。 チェックインは部屋で行われたりと朝食のブュッフェ以外であまり他の宿泊客と会うことがなくプライベート感がありました。 朝食はいただいたものはどれもとても美味しく、細かなことにも気がついてくださったりスタッフの方々の心配りも素晴らしかったです。 お夕飯で訪れたホテル内のタイ料理レストランもとても美味しかったです。またホテル外のレストランにも行きたいところに行きやすい立地でいろいろと楽しめました。 室内は設備も新しくとても清潔感があり嫌な気持ちになることはありませんでした。 部屋からはセントラルワールドやBTSの二つの路線がちょうど交わる景色が見えました。 最寄駅へのアクセスもよく充実した旅行になりました。バンコクに行く時にはまた宿泊したいです。

Nicest hotel I've ever stayed at and I've traveled all over the world. What you'd expect from a 5 star luxury hotel. Amazing service and food. Great location walkable everywhere near 2 malls. One regular and one higher end. Clean, safe, amazing experience. Roof top pool wonderful views of city at night. If I go back definitely staying here again.

My stay at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. Every detail from the beautifully designed rooms to the immaculate cleanliness ,reflected true five star accommodation . Dining was another highlight each meal was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. I also appreciated the seamless check-in/out process and the overall atmosphere of comfort and elegance. Definitely will come back to this fantastic Hotel .

It’s my third time to stay in this hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. however, a big construction site just screws up the view badly. Noise from this site will bother us from 8am to 6pm. The room gets a little dilapidated which is not as shiny as i stayed before. location is best as it is near central point, siam and chitlom.

Check in at the upper level. The incidental fee for a 3 night check in is 18000 baht which would be released 7-14 working days upon check out. This came as a shock as previously stayed at Okura Prestige and Sofitel and the incidental fee were never this excessive. I stayed in room 620 which was a deluxe king but honestly, the “city view” was a view of the multi storey carpark. I wasn’t impressed. This trip was a milestone anniversary which was fore mentioned upon booking and honestly, the half hearted gesture only came to fruition after I did my initial review with Expedia. They did come through with a Happy anniversary balloon and mango sticky rice but really, the surprise element moment was gone on day 1. Two complimentary coconuts for the duration of stay. The bathroom was huge with Aesop products for all your toiletries needs. Housekeeping was slow. Asked for sanitary bags and they came with garbage bags. Turndown service offered. Change of fruits. The buffet at the Brasserie was spread out but selection was average. Eggs and drinks were ordered on request. The latest check out request without incurring fees was at 2pm. The hotel staff is very meticulous and attentive. When we were having drinks at the rooftop bar, we noticed that the window seats were fully occupied. However, when some guests left, the staff immediately arranged a window seat for us, which was very heartwarming. Additionally, the service and food at their Western restaurant on the 55th floor are top-notch; I believe this is one of the best places for steak in Bangkok. The room is elegantly decorated and spacious, featuring exquisite decor that makes it very comfortable. The sound insulation of the room is excellent, and it is equipped with a smart home control system, enhancing the convenience and comfort of our stay.

My stay at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. Every detail from the beautifully designed rooms to the immaculate cleanliness ,reflected true five star accommodation . Dining was another highlight each meal was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. I also appreciated the seamless check-in/out process and the overall atmosphere of comfort and elegance. Definitely will come back to this fantastic Hotel .

I booked a 4-night stay in a Deluxe Suite under single occupancy, as my partner was unable to join me at the time of booking. At the last minute my partner could join 3 of the 4 nights. I attempted to notify the property, but it repeatedly led to an error page. As a result, I informed the front desk in person upon check-in. At check-in, I clearly explained that an additional guest would be staying for the latter three nights. I was told that there would be an extra charge for breakfast, which I fully understood and immediately agreed to pay. The staff member confirmed this arrangement, an instructed me to return when my partner arrived for passport registration. We followed these instructions on day 2. However, the staff member on duty at that time took was rather unfriendly and rigid in manner. After explaining that I was willing to pay the extra breakfast charges, he then checked the system and insisted it was not the only additional cost, and he was willing to let this time "slide". This conversation was very bad taste. I was fully willing to pay any legitimate additional charges; however, these were not mentioned or explained clearly on the first day, despite my proactively informing the front desk and agreeing to the charges that were communicated at that time. Furthermore, the comment that the matter would be allowed to “slide” was inappropriate and unnecessary. I was not attempting to avoid payment and was found accused of it. Overall ruined the trip and holiday

we had such an amazing and relaxing time at Waldorf Astoria during our Bangkok trip. The location is super convenient near BTS station and shopping malls where we spent most of our time given it was really hot during the day. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming and overall hotel felt so quiet with not much noise issue. There was a bit concern about construction noise for park view rooms but it was pretty negligible. Breakfast was very nice and pool was good size to use with nice view of looking over city center and park. Loft bar on the 55th floor was amazing where we watched the sunset. Only one disappointing factor for me was in-room dining where the food was a bit average despite the expensive price vs. local price. Phad Thai was very dry and didn't meet my expectation. Other than that, the hotel itself is highly recommendable and would like to visit again!

Nicest hotel I've ever stayed at and I've traveled all over the world. What you'd expect from a 5 star luxury hotel. Amazing service and food. Great location walkable everywhere near 2 malls. One regular and one higher end. Clean, safe, amazing experience. Roof top pool wonderful views of city at night. If I go back definitely staying here again.

Where to start, the hotel was in a great location walkable to all the shopping centres, the room was lovely and comfortable, the breakfast delicious with a great choice and such a nice way to start the day, but best of all we’re all the staff. Everyone we came into contact with were friendly, professional, kind and so lovely - I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Bangkok!

Check in at the upper level. The incidental fee for a 3 night check in is 18000 baht which would be released 7-14 working days upon check out. This came as a shock as previously stayed at Okura Prestige and Sofitel and the incidental fee were never this excessive. I stayed in room 620 which was a deluxe king but honestly, the “city view” was a view of the multi storey carpark. I wasn’t impressed. This trip was a milestone anniversary which was fore mentioned upon booking and honestly, the half hearted gesture only came to fruition after I did my initial review with Expedia. They did come through with a Happy anniversary balloon and mango sticky rice but really, the surprise element moment was gone on day 1. Two complimentary coconuts for the duration of stay. The bathroom was huge with Aesop products for all your toiletries needs. Housekeeping was slow. Asked for sanitary bags and they came with garbage bags. Turndown service offered. Change of fruits. My stay at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. Every detail from the beautifully designed rooms to the immaculate cleanliness ,reflected true five star accommodation . Dining was another highlight each meal was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. I also appreciated the seamless check-in/out process and the overall atmosphere of comfort and elegance. Definitely will come back to this fantastic Hotel .

The hotel was top notch! Service was great! Had fruits, cookies and chocolates in the room. At the pool we had ice cold water as well as fruits. They even set up sun lounge with towel for you! The Brasserie had very nice view and serve one of the best breakfast in town.

The hotel staff is very meticulous and attentive. When we were having drinks at the rooftop bar, we noticed that the window seats were fully occupied. However, when some guests left, the staff immediately arranged a window seat for us, which was very heartwarming. Additionally, the service and food at their Western restaurant on the 55th floor are top-notch; I believe this is one of the best places for steak in Bangkok. The room is elegantly decorated and spacious, featuring exquisite decor that makes it very comfortable. The sound insulation of the room is excellent, and it is equipped with a smart home control system, enhancing the convenience and comfort of our stay.
