Çalışanlar oldukça güleryüzlü. Hotel çok geniş havuz, aquapark, çocuk su parkı ve animasyonlara sahip. Yemek menüsü harika, çocuklar için menü seçenekleri ve alçaltılmış yemek masaları mevcut. Çocuğunuzla gideceğiniz bir tatil için tereddütsüz tercih etmemizi tavsiye ederim. Şehire oldukça yakın konumda.

Super hôtel familial. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel beaucoup d’animation avec de formidables animateurs. Lors de notre séjour l’hôtel était plein mais grâce à sa grande piscine et ses grands espaces nous ne sommes pas les uns sur les autres il y a largement de place et des transats pour tout le monde. L’hôtel est situé à 15min en voiture de kusadasi vous en avez pour 20€ aller-retour en taxi et n’hésitez pas à demander à la réception qu’elle vous appel un taxi en 5min il est là. Seul bémol pour la part j’ai eu une chambre à côté des ascenseurs de ce fait beaucoup de bruits et de passage la nuit. Sinon nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances nous reviendrons c’est sur!!!!

Bayram döneminde giriş yaptığımız için otel yönetimi yoğunluğu yeterince öngörememiş olacak ki, ilk gün personel sayısı yetersizdi ve hizmet kalitesi beklentimizin altında kaldı. Ancak bayramın sona ermesiyle birlikte otel sakinleşti ve genel deneyimimiz olumlu yönde değişti. Toplamda 3 gece konakladığımız otelin, ilk gecesi maalesef olumsuz geçti, ancak sonraki 2 gece oldukça keyifliydi. Temizlik açısından otel, bugüne kadar konakladıklarım arasında en iyi durumda olanlardan biriydi. Odalar her gün özenle temizlendi. Yemeklerin kalitesi oldukça iyiydi; lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Çocuklar için sunulan miniclub hizmeti de onların güzel vakit geçirmesini sağladı. Genel olarak, ilk gün yaşanan aksaklığı dışarıda bırakırsak otelden memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim. The staff was terrific and accessible at all times during our stay. I want to point out that the animation team was the best experience we had with their performances and personalities, making us feel at home away from home. They worked throughout the day to make sure all guests were entertained during their stay. Tony, Tito, Mario, Max, and the others in the animation team deserve a raise for the great work they did while we were there. In addition, the food was great and the rooms were clean. Had a great experience. Thank you animation team and hope to see you guys in the near future!!

Çocukla gidilebilecek iyi otellerden biri. Bizim 2. Kalışımız. Herşey dahil olduğu için gece yarısına kadar sürekli hizmet var. Personel rezervasyondan hizmet kısmına kadar hepsi mükemmel istediğiniz şeyler hemen yapılıyor. Temizlik 10 üzerinden 10.büyükler için kaydıraklar, küçükler için su Parkı var. Sahili kum deniz sığ ama sürekli dalga var. Bizim gibi dalga seviyorsanız çok eğlenirsiniz. Düşünmeden gidebileceğiniz bir otel.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, ruhig gelegen, gut erreichbar per Transfer von Izmir. Sehr freundliches Personal, Essen war top und man hatte rundum die Uhr Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Wellness Bereich ebenfalls sehr schön inkl. Indoor Pool. Großzügiger Pool und Strandbereich. Lediglich die Pools waren gefühlt nicht beheizt und das Wasser war ziemlich kalt. Ansonsten tolles Animationsprogramm, auch für Kinder inkl. Minidisco.

4 gün aile olarak konakladık. İlk girdiğimiz andan son ana kadar tüm personel yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Oda ve otelin diğer tüm alanları yeterli ve temizdi. Otel kalabalık olmasına rağmen dinlenebileceğiniz sizi yormayan ve isterseniz de etkinliklere katılıp eğlenebileceğiniz bir atmosferde. Gece etkinlikleri eğlenceli, özellikle beach parti ve ateş gösterisi harikaydı. Pool barda Gizem hanımın, Snack barda Su hanımın kokteylleri harikaydı. Günümüzün çoğunu geçirdiğimiz aquparktaki tüm arkadaşlara da teşekkür ederiz.. Herkes işini en iyi şekilde yapıyordu.

The Korumar was exquisite! Lovely, well maintained pools and beach, delicious food and spacious rooms. The service was exemplary and we found all the amenities to be quite good. Even the shower had great water pressure (I have thick hair and often find it hard to wash in hotel showers).

This was my second time staying at this hotel in Kuşadası, having also visited around the same time last year. Overall, I had another good experience, though there were a few differences worth mentioning. Compared to last year, the hotel was noticeably more crowded this time. It seemed to attract more domestic guests this year, while last year had a more mixed international crowd. The increased number of guests made certain areas, especially the dining area, feel a bit too busy and less relaxing than before. That said, the quality of the hotel remains strong. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, the food is fantastic with plenty of variety, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Service was good despite the crowd. If you’re looking for a lively atmosphere with great food and reliable service, this hotel delivers. However, if you prefer a more peaceful and less crowded environment, you might want to avoid peak times. Overall, still a solid choice in Kuşadası.

Otele girişte çok güler yüzlü ve saygılı personellerle karşılaştım .Odamız çok temiz ve Konforluydu.çalışanların güler yüzlü olması ilgisi alakası çok değerliydi benim için. Yemeklerde güzeldi biraz çeşitlilik artabilir fakat havuzları aktiviteleri ve deniz çok güzeldi.

The Korumar was exquisite! Lovely, well maintained pools and beach, delicious food and spacious rooms. The service was exemplary and we found all the amenities to be quite good. Even the shower had great water pressure (I have thick hair and often find it hard to wash in hotel showers).

Super hôtel familial. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel beaucoup d’animation avec de formidables animateurs. Lors de notre séjour l’hôtel était plein mais grâce à sa grande piscine et ses grands espaces nous ne sommes pas les uns sur les autres il y a largement de place et des transats pour tout le monde. L’hôtel est situé à 15min en voiture de kusadasi vous en avez pour 20€ aller-retour en taxi et n’hésitez pas à demander à la réception qu’elle vous appel un taxi en 5min il est là. Seul bémol pour la part j’ai eu une chambre à côté des ascenseurs de ce fait beaucoup de bruits et de passage la nuit. Sinon nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances nous reviendrons c’est sur!!!!

The staff was terrific and accessible at all times during our stay. I want to point out that the animation team was the best experience we had with their performances and personalities, making us feel at home away from home. They worked throughout the day to make sure all guests were entertained during their stay. Tony, Tito, Mario, Max, and the others in the animation team deserve a raise for the great work they did while we were there. In addition, the food was great and the rooms were clean. Had a great experience. Thank you animation team and hope to see you guys in the near future!!

This was my second time staying at this hotel in Kuşadası, having also visited around the same time last year. Overall, I had another good experience, though there were a few differences worth mentioning. Compared to last year, the hotel was noticeably more crowded this time. Otele girişte çok güler yüzlü ve saygılı personellerle karşılaştım .Odamız çok temiz ve Konforluydu.çalışanların güler yüzlü olması ilgisi alakası çok değerliydi benim için. Yemeklerde güzeldi biraz çeşitlilik artabilir fakat havuzları aktiviteleri ve deniz çok güzeldi.

Giriş esnasında yaşadığımız problem, bir gün sonra Misafir İlişkileri Müdürü Ebru Hanım’ın nazik ilgisi ve desteğiyle çözüldü. Bayram döneminde giriş yaptığımız için otel yönetimi yoğunluğu yeterince öngörememiş olacak ki, ilk gün personel sayısı yetersizdi ve hizmet kalitesi beklentimizin altında kaldı. Ancak bayramın sona ermesiyle birlikte otel sakinleşti ve genel deneyimimiz olumlu yönde değişti. Toplamda 3 gece konakladığımız otelin, ilk gecesi maalesef olumsuz geçti, ancak sonraki 2 gece oldukça keyifliydi. Temizlik açısından otel, bugüne kadar konakladıklarım arasında en iyi durumda olanlardan biriydi. Odalar her gün özenle temizlendi. Yemeklerin kalitesi oldukça iyiydi; lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Çocuklar için sunulan miniclub hizmeti de onların güzel vakit geçirmesini sağladı. Genel olarak, ilk gün yaşanan aksaklığı dışarıda bırakırsak otelden memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim. Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, ruhig gelegen, gut erreichbar per Transfer von Izmir. Sehr freundliches Personal, Essen war top und man hatte rundum die Uhr Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Wellness Bereich ebenfalls sehr schön inkl. Indoor Pool. Großzügiger Pool und Strandbereich. Lediglich die Pools waren gefühlt nicht beheizt und das Wasser war ziemlich kalt. Ansonsten tolles Animationsprogramm, auch für Kinder inkl. Minidisco.

Çocukla gidilebilecek iyi otellerden biri. Bizim 2. Kalışımız. Herşey dahil olduğu için gece yarısına kadar sürekli hizmet var. Personel rezervasyondan hizmet kısmına kadar hepsi mükemmel istediğiniz şeyler hemen yapılıyor. Temizlik 10 üzerinden 10.büyükler için kaydıraklar, küçükler için su Parkı var. Sahili kum deniz sığ ama sürekli dalga var. Bizim gibi dalga seviyorsanız çok eğlenirsiniz. Düşünmeden gidebileceğiniz bir otel.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, ruhig gelegen, gut erreichbar per Transfer von Izmir. Sehr freundliches Personal, Essen war top und man hatte rundum die Uhr Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Wellness Bereich ebenfalls sehr schön inkl. Indoor Pool. Großzügiger Pool und Strandbereich. Lediglich die Pools waren gefühlt nicht beheizt und das Wasser war ziemlich kalt. Ansonsten tolles Animationsprogramm, auch für Kinder inkl. Minidisco.

The Korumar was exquisite! Lovely, well maintained pools and beach, delicious food and spacious rooms. The service was exemplary and we found all the amenities to be quite good. Even the shower had great water pressure (I have thick hair and often find it hard to wash in hotel showers).

Toplamda 3 gece konakladığımız otelin, ilk gecesi maalesef olumsuz geçti, ancak sonraki 2 gece oldukça keyifliydi. The staff was terrific and accessible at all times during our stay. I want to point out that the animation team was the best experience we had with their performances and personalities, making us feel at home away from home. They worked throughout the day to make sure all guests were entertained during their stay. Tony, Tito, Mario, Max, and the others in the animation team deserve a raise for the great work they did while we were there. In addition, the food was great and the rooms were clean. Had a great experience. Thank you animation team and hope to see you guys in the near future!!

Korumar Ephesus has everything—beautiful beachfront location, spacious modern rooms, great food, and fantastic pools. The staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. Perfect for both families and couples. Highly recommend!

This was my second time staying at this hotel in Kuşadası, having also visited around the same time last year.
