I stayed for a week. Started out great but later in the week when families joined it got noisy from the pool. Still a great place, but maybe not for me. The pot holes in the car park were large and I was concerned about damage to the hire car. Great service, very clean and good facilities and location.

Central indoor pool is great apart from potential kid noise, nice food, friendly staff. No room service but can get takeaway from restaurant so handy enough. Didn't spend long enough there to take advantage of tennis courts, but has all you need in a good location

Good location, short walk to cafes and town centre. Plenty of free parking. Room facilities basic but very clean and hotel reasonably priced. Nice pool area for families with children to enjoy. Small bar area open limited hours. Breakfast only available on weekends, but plenty of cafes nearby. Not sure if food available any other time. Reception staff friendly and helpful, but we were out most of the time. Would stay there again.

A great value stay! The staff went above and beyond for us and our booking. They accommodated with no extra charge when we had to suddenly include another child in our booking. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We love the indoor pool here, and it’s very clean and well maintained.

Average old property that’s great for the kids! Our daughter had a ball in the pool area, great Location and easy to walk everywhere with kids. Such a shame the bar area is only open 4-9pm, while the pool was full of kids at 8.30 and parents eagerly ready to buy coffees 😂 yet signs about how strict they are for no BYO food- so open the bar then especially over busy Christmas/summer season.

Hotel is dated. Room had many maintenance issues and was unclean in areas. Black mold in bathroom. King bed was 2 singles. Shower was damaged with bad pressure, water was nice n hot though. Chair missing screws. Light switch falling out. Balcony sliding door wouldn't close properly when locked. Staff informed informed me they would follow up, no contact to date ( a week later).

The Atrium looks very tired, needs renovations, especially carpets around the hotel. One of our rooms wasn’t ready until 4 due to a smell, which ended up in us changing our room. One of our rooms in the shower had mould. Very basic rooms considering the amount of money we paid.

The shower had mould through it, a shower curtain which had evident grime along the bottom. Overall cleanliness was poor. A lot of surrounding noises and can hear through the walls of other rooms. Very expensive, would never stay again

For $207 a night it is very average the room wasn’t clean stained carpets blood on mattress mould in bathroom in need of desperate remodeling and should have complimentary breakfast $35 day extra for breakfast is ridiculous.

It was like stepping back into the 80s. The rooms need a serious makeover. The bed was terrible!! 2 single beds pushed together however 1bed sort of firm the other sagging and uncomfortable.

OK for a one night stay. Generous sized room, but a bit sparse and could do with being updated and a bit more decoration. Large and comfortable bed. Didn’t like that all lights switched off near the front door, as there was no switch near the bed. Needed to have bedside lamps installed. Strange not to have an iron in the room.

Good location, and good parking. The room is a decent size, but the building is showing signs of age. The aircon was noisy. The WiFi wasn't working. Breakfast is expensive, but luckily there better options within walking distance.

We booked a deluxe king room, this is not what we got. We got a bed which was 2 king singles pushed together, one of the mattresses is probably about 10 years past being due for changing it was that flat when lying down. We could hear the TV in the room next door all night & noise from the bar & pool was so loud in the room. With a hotel layout like this, rooms should have soundproof doors installed to minimise noise. The aircon unit was very old & loud. The extension cord provided was broken & only 2 outlets could be used. The hand towel holder was hanging off the wall when we arrived. Noise from the balcony door in the room above was also very loud. The hotel in general is in need of a major revamp. We definitely won't be back and won't recommend this hotel.

Not sure coz I didn't eat or drink there but a few staff members put down there bags after they had knocked off on Friday afternoon, voluntarily to help us move rooms for my son to access the room with his wheel chair. They carried things, pulled beds apart, literally bending over backwards with their lovely spirits n smiles. They are priceless. God Bless you all. Kind Regards, Kelly.

Was ignored by the reception staff at check-in while they carried on doing other work. Not even a ''Hi - we'll be right with you", just completely ignored. Felt invisible to them. So rude.

We were accused of stealing room cards , their system had failed them . But we were Followed to our room for proof of I’d , no apology, lifts failed , no water to toilet middle of the night ,furniture is so old , beds so old , this hotel needs a complete re do , no wi fi , will never return

Didnt have 2 bed side cupboard only one and didnt have a iron or ironing board. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Resturant was not open on Sunday or for breakfast, but was able to walk to a choice of nice resturants and cafes for dinner and breakfast. All in all not too bad.

The nature of the building makes it very noisy in the rooms especially when people are in the pool. Dining options were limited as restaurant not always open. The rooms were very dated and our bedroom smelt of cigarettes despite it being a non smoking hotel.

Good location, the dinner and breakfast was good, staff were nice. However the room its self was very outdated, the split system was behind the tv which is not a great place, you couldn’t feel the heater enough. The chairs were outside type chairs so hard to sit on, not comfy at all, completely open. The cot base was extremely hard no padding. Also there was no blinds in the living room so we had light coming in all day and night, not ideal for privacy or if you want darkness. The car park needs upgrading there is pot holes everywhere.

The room was clean but very basic. The Hotel is ageing and it shows. The reception staff were very helpful and found a phone charger for me and fixed the TV which was for some reason was only showing channel 7. Room service would’ve been nice. The restaurant food was of a good quality. Breakfast at $35 a head was a bit steep.
