전반적인 호텔 상태는 좋았습니다. 18층의 호텔 수영장 야경뷰는 환상적이긴 하지만 상당히 작았습니다. 흡연구역이 1층밖에 없어 조금 불편했으며 흡연구역내 모기가 극성을 부립니다. 흡연시 주의 하십시요. 3박 조식과 디너뷔페를 이용했는데 기대가 큰 탓인지 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 아이콘 시암과 가깝고 BTS타면 센트럴몰과도 2정거장밖에는 안됩니다. 바로앞 제래시장 구경과 간식도 좋았습니다.

Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse is definitely an old hotel that desperately needs a full renovation, especially in the rooms and by the pool. Its glory days are long gone, and calling it a 5-star hotel is a real joke. Let’s start from the beginning – the room is completely uninsulated; you can hear doors slamming in other rooms, the elevator, and even noises from neighboring rooms! The room itself looks terrible – peeling paint on the walls in a so-called 5-star hotel? At the pool, if you swim to the edge, you can see dirt floating in the water and broken pieces of lighting. The gym is dirty and poorly maintained. And the best part – breakfast. I was served coffee in a mug with a broken handle. A slight moment of inattention, and I could have burned myself! As for the "amazing" view from the top floor – there are plenty of other places in Bangkok with similar views. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Marriott surawongsee. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. The infinity swimmingpool was a highlight, and we really enjoyd the good gym!

Great hotel. Fantastic rooftop on 32nd floor, amazing sunsets there. Superb pool on 18th floor. Good location in central Bangkok. Rooms very good. Stayed in a corner room at 22nd floor. Great viees of the Bangkok skyline.

the first room we were given smelt of sewerage so we went down to complain about the smell and the man at reception asked if it was cigarettes or sewerage, so he knew exactly what we were complaining about. They moved us and the second room was the same, they had just sprayed some room freshner in it to try to hide the odour. The third room smelt fine and was a smaller room. They are also doing maintenance on the pool so its not a nice spot to sit while they build around you, wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We visit annually and wont be going back there!

アクセスが少し不便ですが、ホテルからは駅までのシャトルバスがあります。駅からホテルまでのシャトルバスがあればより良かったです。プールとルーフトップオブバーからの景色は最高です。設備も築浅なので綺麗で満足でした。フロントでサービスのお願いを3回したのですが、1回は忘れられていたようで残念でした。

Well-maintained rooms. Amazing pool. Fantastic breakfast. Area is a bit outside city center so keep that in mind - you'll likely end up using GRAB and public transport, but they also offer shuttle from hotel to nearest BTS station. Overall, great experience.

Enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. Rooftop, pool and breakfast was amazing. We also enjoyed our room which was spacious and comfortable. Location is not the best in Bangkok if you are staying for longer and want to be within walking distance of nice areas and main attractions. For us this wasn’t important as we were only staying overnight.

Big room and bathroom. Very good beds and pillows. Rooms service messed our orders more than once. Reception people Ok with the exception of the person who checked us in who was amazing. All in all not a bad property but not deserving a 5* or $240/night.

This was an amazing first experience in Thailand, the hotel was beautiful and not far from the pier or the markets for easy walking. The only negative was I paid for a room that had breakfast Buffett included, however at check in and at check out they charged me even though I showed proof. It was fixed but a bit disappointed I had to prove this twice and had to have my driver wait for me for my airport transfers in order to get this situation fixed, that should’ve been settled the first time
