Was a lovely hotel with lovely staff but I think the facilities let it down. The pool has a lot of chlorine in it makes it hard to swim in the pool for a long time. The rooftop is next level btw great view and sun all day. Just if you want to swim a lot for long time I found it hard. But rooms lovely and comfortable and good area loads of cheap food and on your doorstep.

Hotel is in a great less touristy location surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. It is a busy area but rooms are quite and comfortable. Pool area is lovely but fills up quickly. Breakfast buffet has lots of selection and hotel staff is very friendly! Would recommend.

Let us be serious from the beginning. For the rate you pay it is very hard to find a simular hotel in this area offering utilities and possibilities like this. You are nearby Silom and Sukhumvit. There is a nice swimming pool with a rather stunning view . Even on the highest balcony rooms you can see a part of that view. If you don't get tired to move your head to the left and to the right. The rooms are really spacious enough, the breakfast is much more complete and diverse than other hotels in the same price category , there is good fitness room, friendly staff and a fine 'street food' restaurant with carefully prepared quality food 30 meters away. I think that it works together with the hotel. And the finishing touch is the thoughtful style of the hotel and the rooms. You want more, pay (more) thenà

We only stayed for two nights on arrival in Bangkok after an 11 hour flight from the UK. We liked he location, peaceful and quiet, 7-11 just outside and a great spa for good professional massage. Grab taxi is cheap to go anywhere from 300 bhat. The hotel itself is very nice with a rooftop pool with some pretty decent views and a gym (I didn’t visit the gym). The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Was a fantastic stay, would definitely come back. Room was great, clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet was delicious, roof pool was enjoyable to cool off in and the location of the hotel was great walking distance to many places and shopping that we did.

La prestation est décevante, méritant plutôt trois étoiles que quatre. La chambre souffre d'une isolation insuffisante, permettant d'entendre chaque mot prononcé dans la chambre voisine, et son espace est limité, avec un plafond bas donnant une sensation d'oppression. De plus, le service de ménage laisse à désirer, car les produits tels que le gel douche et le shampoing ne sont pas régulièrement remplacés.

I have stayed here so many times over the years. This stay was an improvement on my last, two months ago. Great specials on now considering it's low season in Thailand. Nice room. Late check-out. Friendly staff. A bit more attention to cleaning and fixtures (the curtain tie hooks hanging on the wall) would see my rating improve. Great location - lots of shopping, 7:11, local market etc.

I've stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. This time it was different. While the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful the room let my stay down. The bathroom was not particularly clean - mould around the bathtub/shower and the wall above the sink had not been properly cleaned. Added to this was my discovery, upon my arrival, that I had two single beds. Not particularly comfortable, and I feared that I would roll off the edge at night. This still remains a very good hotel and is value for money. I'm taking this as a one off oversight.

Goed hotel ligt op Loop afstand van hoop dingen . Bed was wel erg hard .maar naar even bellen kregen we extra top matras. En dat was stuk beter. Zou er wel weer heen gaan als ik weer in bkk was .

Detta hotellet är absolut inte 5-stjärnigt. Max 3. Slitet, lyhört, dåligt planerade rum och med en toalett du knappt kan komma in och ut ur för dörren är i vägen. Att kalla det balkong är pinsamt, det är en liten yta utomhus utan möbler och med en helt obefintlig utsikt rakt in i andra sidan av byggnaden. På rummet måste du ha gardinerna fördragna annars ser man rakt in ifrån hotellkorridorerna eller från rummen mittemot. Dåligt städat och pinsamt låg standard. Smutsiga kaffekoppar både på rummet och i frukostmatsalen. Lyhört och man ser belysningen från korridoren in runtom ytterdörren. Frukosten var medioker, som på ett 3 stjärnigt hotell. Man kunde inte ens välja tillbehör till omeletten. Croissanter som var stenhårda och snustorra och det övriga ”söta” var inte heller bra. Juice som var helt odrickbar och endast två sorters frukt. Vi har alltid varit otroligt nöjda på alla hotell i Bangkok så detta var så oerhörd tråkig avslutning på vår semester. Aldrig mer!!!

I have stayed here many times before. The level of front desk service has improved considerably. The rooms are tastefully furnished, but the attention to detail with the cleaning needs to step up a notch. I’m not particularly tall but the shower head was very low and not adjustable. The only other issue is the comings and going’s early in the morning I.e 2.30 -3.00am with the slamming of doors which woke me. The pool and pool deck is one of the nicest in the area.

I have stayed here so many times that it makes it difficult to be subjective. For the price it is good. It is a luxury hotel on a budget. Great location. Great breakfast buffet. I was upgraded this trip, but some of the room features still need updating - it's showing its age. Unfortunately, no time for the pool.

Everything besides check in was very good. The terminal was not working and receptionist refused to take cash payment. He ended up letting us go up with a cash deposit and paying in the morning. Staff was friendly and suggested good spots to eat and do our laundry.

It is always a lovely place to stay. I was lucky enough to get an early check-in. The room is clean and well- appoin ted. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely on a hot day (it was 36 degrees).

Good stay, friendly staff and nice area with lots of places to eat and get a massage. Lovely place called Jyak&Lym just up the road. The pool area is nice. Didn’t have breakfast but it looked like a good range of food.

Having stayed here numerous times, it was a quick and easy check in. Interesting that they keep upgrading me to the same room. Great location in Silom close to restaurants, bars and shops and the main shopping area of Silom. Huge breakfast offering included with the room.

The distance to the skytrain was too long. The location was too crowded. Pool area was good. The balcony had no chair, so it was useless. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast could have had more selection , no croissants, no cheese.
