ドムアン空港までとても近く無料送迎があったので選びました。ホテルの部屋にはちっちゃいボディソープ、シャンプーだけで他石鹸、歯ブラシはなかったです。タオルはありました。お水も置いてありました。ケトルやコーヒーセットはなかったです。カが二匹ぐらい部屋に入って来てしまったので、日本からお部屋のカトリ的なもの持って行けば良かったと思いました。スタッフの方は親切でチェックインの時、送迎のことも気にかけてくれました。送迎時間は朝4時5時6時7時と8時半、9時半出発があり空港まで10分から15分です。セブンイレブンが建物の裏側にあり、ぐるっと歩いて行く感じ出した。地元マーケットも夜やっていました。夕飯は近くの小さい地元レストランで食べました。とても安くて美味しかったです。このあたりはローカル感があって私はこういう感じな方が好きです。

It’s an ok place, close to the airport. Their shuttle only runs till 9:30 AM so not helpful for afternoon flights. It’s an old place but looked clean enough. OK if you need to spend one night close to the airport. Grab driver had hard time finding it. Surrounding area definitely feels third world.

The rooms themselves were spacious and seemed in good condition, but what made this hotel suck was the bugs. When we first went into our room, there was an enormous cockroach that scuttled across the room. The staff killed it with Raid and a towel, but not before it left a dirty pile of droppings on our bedsheets. This might have been fine, but there were also mosquitoes in our room. I killed 6 mosquitoes and got at least 3 bites while sleeping there. Very hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Stayed here one night because we had a flight to Chiang Mai the next morning. Loved that our room was separate 2 Bed/2 Baths, since we were staying with friends. Everything was clean. Customer service was great. The beds were not comfortable. Overall, not a bad stay!

Aldeles umuligt at sove i sengen. 5 cm. madras lige ned på hård overflade som mærkes igennem i den grad. Vågnede efter 1 times søvn med rygsmerter. Ingen sengelamper / mulighed for at slukke lys ved seng. Ok indrettet badeværelse. Men fint med lufthavnstransport.

낯선 곳에서 호텔 직원들이 보여준 태도나 친절은 큰 힘이 되었습니다. 자정 넘어 도착했는데 직원이 지체 없이 가방을 날라주고 숙소를 안내해주는 것도 맘에 들었고, 아침 식사 때도 제 입맛에 맞는 빵과 숩이 준비되어 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 공항에 올 때 폰을 차에 두고 내려 황당했습니다. 다행히 인포메이션에 젊은 직원의 도움으로 호텔에 연락이 되었는데 호텔에서 바로 공항으로 와주었습니다. 저에게 폰을 돌려주면서 엄지를 척 해주는데 얼마나 고마웠는지 모릅니다. 사례를 좀 하려고 돈을 준비했는데 입구가 워낙 복잡하고 경찰들이 통제를 하는 바람에 사례를 하지 못해 미안했습니다. 그래서 직원 분에게 I will be your client라고 말해주었습니다. 태국에 종종 오가게 될 텐데 이 호텔을 다시 꼭 이용하고 싶습니다.

Expedia owes us an explanation: As Gold members we chose this property based on the ranking and star rating as well as the location. It was ranked a 3 star by Expedia and given an 8.6 rating. Even the pictures looked nice for something close to the airport. Reality was very different. It was understaffed and run down. The non smoking room reeked of smoke and I would give it only one star. With a price difference of only $20 Can per night under a beachfront Koh Chang resort I am questioning my use and trust in Expedia on this one.

The Prima Residence is adequate for short stay travel. We needed a hotel close to the airport for one night and it did just that. You can find food in the area but it’s street food if you dare eat it. We did and it was tasty and cheap.

空港に近く、私の選んだ部屋にら冷蔵庫、レンジが付いています。コンビニで買ったものも多く入る冷蔵庫(自宅で使うような)だっだので、夕食は部屋でゆっくり食べました。洗った衣類も乾かす小さなベランダが付いている事も良かったです。無料の朝ごはんもパンだけだと思っていたら、ヌードル的なものも提供して下さって、有り難かったです。何よりスタッフさんが優しいです。

The staff was friendly, the room was ok, but the bathroom was not up to par. Once you start showering, the water sprays all over the toilet paper. And you'd have to be skinny to scrub abd turn around to do your thing in that small shower. Just bad design.. Breakfast was very Thai and was good. A 2-star and not more.
