The Park Nine Hotel Suvarnabhumi - Free Bangkok Airport Shuttle

Wonderful boutique hotel just 5 mins from BKK airport , with free airport shuttle. Aircon worked great in the room, bed was comfortable. Delicious restaurant on the ground floor. Highly recommend

Staff were so nice. Excellent hotel with sauna and steam and pool. Perfect before boarding a 14 hr flight.

We only stayed one night at The Park Nine before catching an early flight, but it was incredible from start to finish. The airport pickup was seamless (just check the shuttle schedule), and every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed delicious cocktails in the lounge bar while waiting for our room, which was elegant, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The hotel itself is stunning — modern yet authentically Thai in its design — with beautiful grounds along the river. I loved the saltwater pool and the men’s sauna near the pool area. Dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. This place feels like a hidden gem in Bangkok — peaceful, stylish, and welcoming. We’ll absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean, comfortable, great pool, bar, and restaurant. Across the street from a mall, and there are restaurants close by. We had a pleasant stay!

All in all great area to stop before a flight with plenty to do shopping restaurants etc nice neighbourhood. Hotel is what I expected a 4 star hotel that’s clean & functional also has a lovely pool area with sauna & gym. Nice touch having an hourly complimentary airport shuttle. Negative room smelt rather damp & also bed was a little to firm for my liking.

A beautiful, spacious room, with excellent facilities. Reception in lobby was outstanding - efficient, courteous, helpful and friendly. Airport shuttle was excellent! Outdoor pool and courtyard provide a comfortable oasis after a long day of travel. Breakfast buffet excellent, with great coffee. Gym facilities are also excellent. Highly recommend!

Spotless remains important

Overall it was ok but we found cockroaches in 2 of the bedrooms. Also I have never been asked to pay for my stay before even checking into my room.

We had a 14 hour layover at Bangkok, great hotel situated very close to the main airport, we arrived at 1am but the night receptionist was very quick and feiendly to ensure we got to our room asap. Room felt brand new and was spotlessly clean

Rooms are simple but fine for an airport hotel. Room Amenities are very basic. Bar was great and feature good cocktails and good service. Be aware to reserve shuttle in advance or you can hear it’s fully booked.

Excellent hotel if needing a stopover near the airport. Large, quiet room, good breakfast and good pool and leisure facilities. My only negative would be that the bed is pretty hard and the pillows were bulky and uncomfortable. However, ovetall I would definitely recommend it.

Room was spotless, minibar in room(not complimentary). Nice pool area and bar. Frequent banging noise coming from floor above during the night, it stopped when 8 banged on the ceiling. Overall good hotel. 10mins from airport but 30mins with traffic.

Basic rooms are small so always try to upgrade if possible. Enjoy my trips here when I can obtain a bigger room . Will not return if small lowest priced rooms are only available.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern, however the noise from the very hectic road out front was a real downer - it's virtually a motorbike racetrack until around midnight. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the complimentary shuttle service. Thankfully this was just an overnight stay, not a very restful night either. We certainly wont be recommending it, and we won't stay again.

I wanted to like this hotel. The room was quiet and clean, the bed was super firm but comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. They only left me a half a roll of toilet paper so I did run out. But my experience checking out soured the entire stay. During check-in, the staff member failed to do her due diligence by explaining any potential minibar charges. This lack of communication could have easily prevented a misunderstanding. I consumed only bottled water and snacks—no alcohol—and was surprised to be charged 492 baht at check-out. Where I come from, a “bar” usually means alcohol. If I had known there were extra charges for snacks or water, I would not have touched them. The staff member checking me out was not friendly, didn’t ask how my stay was, and immediately questioned me about the minibar. I had to wait while they sent someone to inspect my room. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the issue, just a charge. I left feeling like my business didn’t matter. There are too many better options in the area at lower prices. For example, consider At Residence Hotel less than a mile away: they offer free water every day of your stay, free & snacks including noodles, have outstanding service, 24/7 laundry, pool, and a far better restaurant. They too have excellent reviews but haven’t lowered their standards and still working hard to regain your business. All the other hotels I stayed out mentioned what was complimentary to avoid misunderstandings.

After a frustrating, long day of travel we arrived at the park nine hotel. We were greeted with a smile from the door man as he helped unload our luggage’s. As soon as we got to the front desk, the smiles stopped. We were greeted by a rude front desk staff and seemingly a manager like staff had no smiles either. Her name was Jah, she was not friendly or helpful. We asked if we could reserve seats for the airport shuttle for the next day and she simply responded that they were full without any options or alternative suggestions. We also asked if they would store our luggage for a couple of days and again we were shut down without any apology or effort help. First impressions are important and this one left me feeling let down. I expected a higher level of service from a hotel rated at 5 stars.

The hotel checkin/out personnel were efficient. The room met all the requirements for a transit hotel. I usually stay at the airport Hyatt hotel, but wanted to try an alternative because I felt I was being taken advantage of. Park Nine was excellent, except for its shuttle service. The shuttle van failed in all respects. Aside from it being a scramble to get the shuttle at the airport, the person who was supervising was rude and abrasive demanding to see my reservation. Where did he think I was going with a large suitcase? There are only 8-9 seats available, so it is likely that in peak season, you may not have a seat. Be prepared. Watching the panic of some guests as they tried to leave for the airport and could not get on the shuttle was enough to have me cancel my plans to stay again on my upcoming transit. Airport hotels that target transit passengers should have a proper shuttle service. If the hotel ever organizes its shuttle service I will consider staying again. Until then, I do not need the stress of the shuttle.

Close to the airport and the shuttle service is very convenient. The hotel is lovely, very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and professional. I had to take the 6am shuttle so I missed breakfast but was provided a take away breakfast which was not expected. Thank you!!! I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is ok, but the people working there need to get more service minded. I am gold member at hotels.com and should have gotten an upgrade on the room, but they refused. First saying there were no rooms to upgrade to, and when I pointed out that they had available rooms in the website, they suddendly changed to that they do not upgrade based on your hotels.com status.

Always treated with respect from staff

Apart from being really convenient for the airport which is why I chose this hotel it has the freshest feel and the nicest atmosphere. The staff are outstanding and the lady Tan who is based at the airport was so helpful in finding me and getting me onto the hotel shuttle bus. Definitely highly recommended !!!

Airport pickup worked really well. Great staff. The room was very quiet with comfortable beds. The restaurant was first-rate. We had a 4 course set menu. Excellent quality and excellent value. If you prefer local food there are plenty of options in walking distance from the hotel. The pool is very inviting as well. All in all a great choise close to the airport. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean property. The pool, gym, breakfast all very good. The only minor downside we found was the noise from the road, which could be common in Thailand.

Great hotel but located far away fro tourist destinations and MRT/BTS stations. If you want to take a day trip to some of the popular tourist destinations, you will need to take a taxi or grab to these destinations.

Great stay for airport overnight stay, but also to discover parts of Bangkok. The two shopping centers opposite are in walkable distance

Het perfect gelegen bij de luchthaven, we hebben hier bewust 1 nacht geslapen. Het is zeer comfortabel, met een zeer ruime kamer. Heel zakelijk ingericht. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk rn behulpzaam personeel. Er was een shuttlebusje naar de luchthaven, dat vertrok alleen ieder heel uur. Dat sloot niet aan op ons reisschema, we hebben dus zelf een grab geboekt.

Great breakfast buffet, room was far more stylish than typical airport hotel and had everything we needed. Pool looked nice too.

Badezimmer hat unangenehm gerochen, evtl. vom Ablauf oder Wasser im WC? Sonst schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Praktischer Airport-Shuttle. Restaurant Eat Drink Love ist hervorragend.

Great breakfast, great airport shuttle

The hotel is nice and so is the gym/pool area. The rooms are a bit worn down with floors and walls scratched. The reception and restaurant personnel don’t speak very well English and communication was choppy during my stay. I’m would recommend staying there nonetheless. Pool area is splendid. Restaurant very expensive for Thailand with ok food.
