Pick up time from legoland is 5pm even though park is open till 6pm. We went on a long weekend, and found it impossible to find a Grab car from Legoland. Luckily we caught the CM7 bus that takes you till the hotel.

Entering the Room, was hit by whiff of moldy musky smell. Once.Air conditioning was on it wad confirmed it came from there. Seems like the Fancoils wefe not periodically maintained. Room Service was mediocre too, food arrived not quite warm enough.

Cups and spoons were not changed, tables were not wiped, bathroom floor was mopped, new towels were not provided unless I requested. Room was spacious and cozy. To be honest, there were a lot of bad reviews from other sites. However, to my surprise, it wasn’t that bad. The room was big and I liked it. There was daily house keeping and it was clean enough for me. The breakfast spread was good with both local and international cuisine. Called to asked for some extra towel and they delivered to my room quite fast. I drive, so the location although is a bit out of the way from other places, didn’t bother me. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our 3 nights stay there. I would stay again.
