No food, just a food machine that doesn’t accept contactless and the reception had no coins. Resuming, first night sleeping hungry. Two night later someone smoked at 3am all the whole building fire alarm triggered for 10 minutes in the middle of the night and no one came to explain what was happening…. Extremely far from city center.

The covered garage is a plus for someone who rented a car to drive to POIs. It was sort of deceiving in the website stating it’s less than 20min drive to Paris. Although it did say roughly 10 miles, it does take a good 40 to 50 min to get to city center. No grocery or restaurants either nearby so you have to grab food before heading back after a long day of exploration. Would still recommend if you’re not just going to Paris when in France. It’s a reasonable base. But I DONT recommend staying here if you don’t have a car. I don’t think the breakfast was worth the price. I would have taken my $ to some better cafe.

Le séjour s'est bien déroulé. Le nôtre accueil jusqu'à notre départ. Seul GROS BÉMOL : nous avions réservé 2 chambres et avions 2 véhicules ; nous avons dû nous acquitter de 9 euros de parking pour chaque véhicule. Et cela n'a pas été précisé au préalable . Pas cool....

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, tout y était. Du calme, de la propreté, une équipe souriante, des distributeurs, de quoi se restaurer, des transports jours et nuit et même de quoi faire du sport! Le personnel est au top du top, souriants, agréables, gentils, arrangeants, que se soit le personnel de nuit, de jour, de ménage, du petit dej et du vigile. Grand merci à Catherine et au veilleur de nuit!

Room smelled of cigarettes Window lock broken off Shower was at stomach height for a man of 5”9 Fire alarm went off at 4 am, used emergency exits and waited out front at the muster point at no point did the person on shift come outside to explain or help. The building was a little hard to differentiate from the other hotel in the same parking lot. Taxi and delivery drivers were confused a few times. The wifi had a lot of issues but the hotel next door was accessible for us thankfully. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. More food was available but not put out until we had eaten the few things available. Our room was very clean and the floor was quiet despite being almost completely full.

Very clean, comfy beds, staff are very helpful and polite/ friendly, rooms get cleaned and tidied every day with towel and bed changes when you ask. 10-15 minute walk to a RER station with a 45-1hr ride into tho centre of Paris. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for somewhere outside the centre.

Matelas très très sale , lavabo bouché même en l’ayant informé personne a fait le nécessaire. Climatisation qui ne fonctionne. Accueil de la personne de nuit laisse à désirer . Aucune politesse , nous voit arriver nous regarde sans dire bonjour et continue à baisser sa tête dans sa lecture . Je comprend bien que ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles mais il y a un minimum . Sans compter le matelas très très sale mais la chambre globalement était propre .

Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Zustand des Zimmers leider runtergekommen und dreckig. Die Toilettenbrille hatte braune Spuren die mit Seife und Wasser weggeputzt wurden von mir. Dreck in allen Ecken, kleine Krabbeltiere im Bad, Spinnweben und Staub. Eingetretener Kaugummi im Teppich und sonstige Flecken. Am ersten Tag hatten wir noch zwei Klopapierrollen, am zweiten hat man uns eine weggenommen, so dass wir am Mittwoch aktiv nach Klopapier fragen mussten. Es gab auch nur zwei sehr dünne und verwaschene Handtücher, kein Fön. Frühstück ist wie erwartet klein aber ok gewesen. Ich würde weder das Hotel noch die Gegend empfehlen.

Service de nettoyage médiocre. Il y avait des déchets de la veille au coin après le passage de la femme de ménage. On nous mettait juste 2 serviettes à chaque fois pourtant c’était une chambre triple. Les tapis dans le couloir sont extrêmement sale et n’ont jamais été nettoyé durant notre séjour. Présence des traces de moisissures dans certaines toilettes du au mauvais nettoyage, ce qui accumule les taches au fil des années.

Après avoir pris une chambre sur internet surprise arriver sur place on me fait mètre une cotions de 100€ sous prétexte que sa se passe comme sa alors moi je fait ma réservation en ligne je paie rien de tous sa n’est marquer… accueil plus que froide avec se monsieur à lunette! mais c’est pas le pire je paie 100€ de cotions pour dormir dans un lit avec des poiles de cul!!! Quel honte franchement c’est inadmissible! Plus jamais là-bas

Günstiges Angebot mit Bett und Dusche. Wenn man nicht mehr braucht ist es perfekt. Allerdings hat man nicht einmal eine Handseife und muss auf das in der Dusche fest angebrachte Duschgel zurückgreifen. Leider hat das Gebäude keine Schallschutzfenster obwohl direkt an einer Bahnlinie und vielbefahrenen Straße gelegen. Also nichts für Jemanden mit empfindlicher Schlafumgebung. Ansonsten sauber und freundlich. Lage etwas außerhalb und man braucht schon ca. 45 Min. in das Zentrum von Paris.

Bon séjour J’ai l’habitude de séjourner dans les hôtels ibis budget et une fois par an à Gennevilliers Très surprise lors de l’enregistrement, que l’on me réclame une caution de 100€ je n’ai pas eu connaissance du changement ou même une notification , dommage.

Had a good 3 night stay here, we found staff all helpful and spoke good English. Shout out to Catherine who was very friendly and welcoming. €50 deposit is required upon arrival for the room so bring debit/credit card, it was reverted back on the day of leaving so all is fine. Breakfast is extra costing around €9 for a petit dejeuner of pastries cake (very nice always running out though) drinks breads cheese ham cereal yoghurt etc. Room always cleaned well and shower was powerful and warm. Bed firm yet comfortable. Drawback for us was location as further out of Paris and we used the public transport (use the RER C train which the train station was a simple 15 minutes walk away. Not too many restaurants in the area although there was a nice one we found, not the Mercure one. All in all very good, if you have a car they have a car park but as we don't drive we have no experience with that. Rooms get a 6 digit code rather than a key or key card.

The covered garage is a plus for someone who rented a car to drive to POIs. It was sort of deceiving in the website stating it’s less than 20min drive to Paris. Although it did say roughly 10 miles, it does take a good 40 to 50 min to get to city center. No grocery or restaurants either nearby so you have to grab food before heading back after a long day of exploration. Would still recommend if you’re not just going to Paris when in France. It’s a reasonable base. But I DONT recommend staying here if you don’t have a car. I don’t think the breakfast was worth the price. I would have taken my $ to some better cafe.

Stayed 3 nights at IBIS Gennevilliers. Staff greeted us with a smile on our arrival and made us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay. They were helpful with all of my queries and available 24/7 whenever I needed them. This is what I was most impressed with. I would like to give a special thanks to the chap with the long hair at reception who was very down to earth and honest. He even organised me a Taxi into central Paris when I was struggling to get hold of one through the app on my phone, which was very helpful indeed considering I had my wife and 6 month old baby with me. So a special thanks to him. The area itself however is very remote (industrial area/train lines) and is at least 30/40 mins drive from central Paris through normal traffic. At rush hour this can take a lot longer. There is a McDonald’s on the avenue around the corner from the hotel and a couple of other small eateries on the same road but nothing more so if you wish to explore, I wouldn’t recommend stopping here and would suggest staying closer to central Paris where there are more options. Otherwise, if you are not fussy and only looking for a cheap place to stay for a few days, then this is not a bad shout. Overall rating out of 10 : *6*

Chambre propre, nous avons rencontré des problèmes par rapport à la clim qui ne semblait pas très bien fonctionner. Le point noir, est le petit déjeuner : manque de vaisselle, le réapprovisionnement des viennoiseries ne suit pas, personnel débordé.. Plateau renversé accidentellement, assiette tardivement, sol qui reste collant durant tout la durée du petit déjeuner.

Det fanns kryper i sängen så vi fick byta rummet och sen var det belysning som var trasig så vi fick byta rummet en gång till ( det var så rörigt ) Personalen kunde knappt prata engelska så de fick skriva på translate och det tyckte vi var väldigt konstigt. Frukosten var dåligt väldigt lite lite och välja på.

La chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle et surtout avec literie de qualité. Un énorme carton rouge en revanche pour le petit déjeuner. Aucun choix et quantité insuffisance. Nous un restant de pain et ceux après nous rien a part café et une mini viennoiserie. Même plus de jus de fruits

The building was a little hard to differentiate from the other hotel in the same parking lot. Taxi and delivery drivers were confused a few times. The wifi had a lot of issues but the hotel next door was accessible for us thankfully. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. More food was available but not put out until we had eaten the few things available. Our room was very clean and the floor was quiet despite being almost completely full.

Falsche Zimmer bekommen als wie bei der Buchung von Expedia. Bei unseren Zimmern war die Beleuchtung Defekt, beim anderen der Lichtschalter Def. Licht ging nicht aus.. Frühstück vom Essen her war eine Vollkatastrophe nur Croissants. Wirklich nur CROISSANTS mit Nutella !! Nichts anderes!

Stayed 3 nights at Ibis Hotel in Paris and honestly had a really good experience. The place was unexpectedly very clean, the room was spacious, and housekeeping came every day with fresh clean towels. The staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel felt very secure, quiet, and peaceful with no noise at all. One of my favourite things was the view from the window — I could even see the Eiffel Tower from my room, even though it was a bit distant. The room also had a TV and air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the heatwave in Paris.
