Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous. The room was beautiful, bathroom was spotlessly clean. The bar was comfortable, quiet and a perfect place to relax after a day in the city’s streets. Breakfast was amazing, again the staff were so helpful and pleasant. Excellent location, steps from St Mark’s Square and easily walkable to the other sights. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, we wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect!

The hotel was new and very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast at the hotel during our short stay and it was delicious. The restaurant itself was pristine and uniquely decorated even for Venice. It was modern with a touch of antiquity. It's one of the highest structures in Venice which gave exceptional views of San Marco. We found the bar to be cozy and beautifully presented. Looking forward to our next stay at Nokinski.

Lovely hotel with a fantastic location, my room 303 was extremely noisy from both sides, the street and the lobby side. Bar can be extremely loud at days with loud music and partying. Conceirge was average and extremely pushy by tailoring programs that are commission based including transportation to and from points and venues.

The rooms are clean, luxurious and the penthouse plunge pool was a welcome retreat. We had a room on the first floor initially but requested to be moved since the path to the penthouse pool required walking through the hotel bar. Irena at the evening reception was wonderful in facilitating the move to the 5th floor. The 1st floor room was quite dark while the 5th floor suite was much brighter with higher ceilings. I recommend booking a suite to get the higher floors on the better wing of the hotel. Booking a water taxi to the airport was easy thanks to the concierge and the bell staff helped walk our bags to the nearby dock where the taxi was waiting. The only non-positive to mention was some sizing up by 2 staff members during check-in, which felt awkward. Overall, it was a great luxury property in a great location in Venice.

The hotel is centrally located, but be aware is not by a canal , so you would have to carry your luggage from the water transportation . we after learned that if you call the hotel to arrange the water taxi in your behalf , they will wait for you at the pier and carry the luggage with is very helpful. The breakfast is really delicious, but they take long to prepare egg dishes. Our room was sadly in the annex building and we have to pass every time thru the bar that have very small space to pass by, specially during night time when everybody was lively drinking and the corredor was filled by chair with patrons that we politely asked for their permission to be able to cross to the elevator to be able to arrive safely to our rooms. Service was correct, I specially enjoyed having a Dyson menu to be able to style my hair, turn out service come with a surprisely good Nolinski signature chocolate, was very appreciated. The hotel provide you with refillable water bottle that is a great idea but I would appreciate water fountain of filtered water to be able to refill than as I am not sure Venice tap water is good to drink , also they don’t have plastic in the hotel , that is a very good sustainable option.

A brand new hotel located within walking distance to St Marks Square and in amongst the luxury shopping area. All the staff were courteous and professional. The rooms are brand new and very well styled. Must have a cocktail in the amazing bar.

This hotel is new in Venice. They opened in June 2023. We were there end of September to early October for 4 days. Everything about the Nolinski Venezia was lovely. Great service, beautifully appointed room. If you like little design details you are in luck, the boutique style hotel has beautiful Venetian style all through with stylish bars and lobby. The room had an incredible brand new bathroom, luxurious linens and smelled so good. The location is in the heart of Venice. You step outside to restaurants, shopping and less than 5 minute walk to San Marco Square and the Basilica. A special shout out to their concierge Gabriel who made our stay more enjoyable with excellent recommendations. Also their bellman Alivez who arranged transportation for us. All in all a wonderful trip, made more memorable by our stay in this hotel. The only con would be that the lobby is not easily connected to all rooms, a lot of going up and down stairs to get in and out of the hotel. But this will not deter us in coming back again someday.

Location, Location, Location! This is a year old hotel in the heart of Venice. Great shopping near it, St. Marks square is a stroll away and resturaunts near the hotel. Service was amazing and hotel was spotless. The only thing that was missing was a coffee machine in the room, but they do offer coffee in the lobby bar area. A property!

Excellent location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Our stay at this outstanding property was exceptional. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and clean. The entire staff were courteous and helpful, especially the concierge who arranged transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station. We cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Nolinski.

J’ai séjourné à Venise au Nolinski à l’occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage. Nous avons passé un très beau moment : le personnel a été extrêmement aimable, et l’hôtel, avec son ambiance cosy et élégante, offre un cadre vraiment agréable pour une escapade en couple. Il y a seulement deux petits points d’amélioration que je souhaite signaler : • dans la salle de bain, l’espace de rangement autour du lavabo est assez limité, ce qui peut rendre l’utilisation moins pratique ; • dans la chambre, il manque une petite table ou un bureau pour écrire ou poser quelques affaires. À part ces détails, notre séjour a été excellent. C’est un hôtel élégant, confortable et très bien tenu, que nous recommandons volontiers.

The hotel was new and very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast at the hotel during our short stay and it was delicious. The restaurant itself was pristine and uniquely decorated even for Venice. It was modern with a touch of antiquity. It's one of the highest structures in Venice which gave exceptional views of San Marco. We found the bar to be cozy and beautifully presented. Looking forward to our next stay at Nokinski.

Location, Location, Location! This is a year old hotel in the heart of Venice. Great shopping near it, St. Marks square is a stroll away and resturaunts near the hotel. Service was amazing and hotel was spotless. The only thing that was missing was a coffee machine in the room, but they do offer coffee in the lobby bar area. A property!

The rooms are clean, luxurious and the penthouse plunge pool was a welcome retreat. We had a room on the first floor initially but requested to be moved since the path to the penthouse pool required walking through the hotel bar. I mean just WOW! We had the best stay ever at this property. From the top notch hospitality start with the bellman, to the front desk associate and the concierge. When you are looking for excellence this place goes above that. I have worked for luxury hotels and this place highly impressed me. It was my wife’s birthday and first trip back to Italy in 20 plus years. With availability they upgraded our room from the extreme comfort of the bed, amazing view of the town, bar stocked with beverages. This place sets the expectation and I’m not sure anywhere else can compete. We will definitely come back and share this with our friends and family.

Lovely hotel with a fantastic location, my room 303 was extremely noisy from both sides, the street and the lobby side. Bar can be extremely loud at days with loud music and partying. Conceirge was average and extremely pushy by tailoring programs that are commission based including transportation to and from points and venues.

Our stay at this outstanding property was exceptional. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and clean. The entire staff were courteous and helpful, especially the concierge who arranged transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station. We cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Nolinski.

I have never written a review before, but my daughter and I fell in love with this hotel. Its location is fantastic, but it was the outstanding staff and level of service which stood out. Anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with a wonderful ambience within easy walking distance of all Venice’s sights doesn’t need to look any further! Great music playing too.

The hotel is centrally located, but be aware is not by a canal , so you would have to carry your luggage from the water transportation . we after learned that if you call the hotel to arrange the water taxi in your behalf , they will wait for you at the pier and carry the luggage with is very helpful. The breakfast is really delicious, but they take long to prepare egg dishes. Our room was sadly in the annex building and we have to pass every time thru the bar that have very small space to pass by, specially during night time when everybody was lively drinking and the corredor was filled by chair with patrons that we politely asked for their permission to be able to cross to the elevator to be able to arrive safely to our rooms. Service was correct, I specially enjoyed having a Dyson menu to be able to style my hair, turn out service come with a surprisely good Nolinski signature chocolate, was very appreciated. The hotel provide you with refillable water bottle that is a great idea but I would appreciate water fountain of filtered water to be able to refill than as I am not sure Venice tap water is good to drink , also they don’t have plastic in the hotel , that is a very good sustainable option.

This hotel is new in Venice. They opened in June 2023. We were there end of September to early October for 4 days. Everything about the Nolinski Venezia was lovely. Great service, beautifully appointed room. If you like little design details you are in luck, the boutique style hotel has beautiful Venetian style all through with stylish bars and lobby. The room had an incredible brand new bathroom, luxurious linens and smelled so good. The location is in the heart of Venice. You step outside to restaurants, shopping and less than 5 minute walk to San Marco Square and the Basilica. A special shout out to their concierge Gabriel who made our stay more enjoyable with excellent recommendations. Also their bellman Alivez who arranged transportation for us. All in all a wonderful trip, made more memorable by our stay in this hotel. The only con would be that the lobby is not easily connected to all rooms, a lot of going up and down stairs to get in and out of the hotel. But this will not deter us in coming back again someday.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous. The room was beautiful, bathroom was spotlessly clean. The bar was comfortable, quiet and a perfect place to relax after a day in the city’s streets. Breakfast was amazing, again the staff were so helpful and pleasant. Excellent location, steps from St Mark’s Square and easily walkable to the other sights. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, we wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect!

The entire staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The service was excellent. Perfect location and the food was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. They made us feel so special.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Venice, with accommodating and helpful staff and excellent concierge service. Breakfast and hotel restaurant are also very good.

Excellent location. Great staff. Our room (no. 102) was just too dark (painted the ceiling in a light tone would make it much nicer, as well as adding at least two hangers in the bathroom. Basic stuff that would make it a perfect one.

It was like being invited to a wealthy family member’s home. Nothing like walking into any other hotel. The staff, even those who we had not previously interacted with, took time to greet us and know our names and room number. The The building is exquisite, the room appointed with art, glasswork, books to make it feel like home. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant beautiful. A lovely way to start busy days in Venice which gives ample opportunity for walking off the hearty meal. When we booked the hotel it was more expensive than what we typically do but worth every bit.

Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful. When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though! The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again.
