Having a washing machine and dryer in my room was really great after 8 days in the high country. I also liked the small kitchenette. It made a nice change to be able to have a knife and plate for my cheese and crackers instead of having to use a saucer and a teaspoon as you do in many hotels.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected. The layout was not as functional. No tables, just night stands so we didn’t have any space to leave things on unless on the floor. The washroom layout was strange. The door opened inwards and you’ll need to strategically move inside, close the door then use the toilet. Overall it’s an alright hotel for 1 night.

There was no desk attendant from 9pm - 8am. There was no soap in the shower liquid soap dispenser. There was very little soap in the liquid soap dispenser at the sink. There was no one on duty to refill our soap. We had an early departure before 8am. We showered with no soap. The carpet was stained and dirty. There was dental floss on the bathroom floor.

Nice views. Customer service by the desk staff could use some adjustments.The room didn't have a chair and because of an injury I requested one . I was told by the front desk that she would look into it. No chair appeared despite four of them being stacked beside the elevator for the duration of my stay. Room was clean,bed comfortable , and area was as advertised.
