Terribly HARD bed. I try not to ever write terrible things and I travel a lot. BUT this time it is needed. The bed in this unit is like a plywood with 1inch foam on it. I tried to adjust to it for couple nights, then I tried sleeping on the couch 1 night. The owner’s manager wasnt helpful at all. Then I gathered some pillows and tried that 1 night. Manager said they will be in touch, I waited more. Offered more money for another unit with no help. So then I booked another place and left 2-3 days early. By that time, my back, shoulders, legs were hurting. Brasil is awesome, but book a different place. (Location is great)

We had a terrible experience since they did not recognize our reservation late at night. Fortunately we were not left on the street without place a stay. And due to my friend we managed to get a substitute hotel. We had to pay another 440.00 to stay at an alternate place. We are now out 528.00 we paid and need a refund. We left abandoned in a strange country with people that had all the lights off the front and our taxi driver came to the rescue. The innkeeper had no sympathy for our desperate situation and did not recognize or Expedia as the intermediary.

Excelente localização, vaga sempre disponível, equipe bastante cortez. O sofá cama não tem espuma suficiente para deitar, então peça um colchão extra ao reservar.
