Otoparkı sıkıntılı, tıka basa doluydu ara sokaklara park ettik. Anahtarı teslim etmek istemezsek başımızın çaresine bakmamız bekleniyor otopark konusunda. Kahvaltı dahil konaklama almadığımız için restoranla ilgili fikrim yok. Konya'da farklı bir otelde konaklamamızda kahvaltı ikram edilmişti, burada da benzer bir uygulama bekledik ama maalesef olmadı. Odaların temizliği, genişliği iyi, otelin konumu gayet merkezi. Isparta'yı gezme fırsatımız olmadı ama olsaydı konum açısından rahat ederdik diye düşünüyorum.

Nice central location. Buffet breakfast and it was ok. Somehow all Turkey restaurants have same breakfast with few changes. The location is awesome and parking was easy. Helpful staff. Walking distance and surroundings have plenty of Restaurants and eatery. But we went to family owned small restaurant and they made us feel like home.

Gece otele geldiğimde sıfır karşılama somurtmuş bay bayan hane nerden geldin dercesine vale desen aracımı almadı kendim park ettim. Birde üstelik beni elektrikli araç yerine koydurdu. Sabah 6:30’da da kaldırıp aracınızı çekin dediler ama sabahki resepsiyon çok Nazik ve Güleryüz’ü bir beyfendiydi. He bu arada gece geldiğimde valizlerimi alıp odama eşlik edilmedi ailem ile beraber kendi odamamıza valizlerimiz ile çıktık. Bu anlattıklarım dışında her hangi bir sorun olmadı.

Gayet güzel bir otel hem konumu hem merkeze yakınlığı tercih edilir, otopark sorunu yok, çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımsever , odalar geniş bakımlı oldukça hijyen artık ısparta seyahatlerinde tek konaklayacağım otel. Odalar geniş ve güzel ancak ne yazık ki temiz değil. House keeping çağırıp tekrar temizlettik tek gün kalacağımız yerde 1 saat oda temizliği ile ilgilenmek hiç iyi değildi. Böyle birşey için iyi oteller özür diler küçük de olsa jest yapar. Çocuklar birkaç saat TV izlesin diye açtık. TV ler internete bağlı değil. Odadaki ketıl bir çalışır bir bozuk. The hotel in general is very good. My note is that I visited the hotel in July and the weather is hot in summer and the air conditioning is automatically turned off every 3 hours. I have to call the front desk to restart it. The sheets and towels are old and worn out. 😍The staff is excellent and frindly and room service is fast.

Excellent stay in a fabulous, enormous room (corner suite). Lovely large rooftop restaurant, with (thankfully) a separate smoking area (we are non smokers). Good location for coach station and main shopping centre (approx 15 minute walk). One slightly strange thing, only 4 coathangers in wardrobe (the annoying fixed ones). Would highly recommend this hotel :)

The hotel looked and felt very new. I stayed at the king suite and it was a great one. Very large seating, dining area as well as a true separate bedroom. The hallway and foyer areas were also large. The hotel is new and clean the bed is comfortable. Only issue was the blasting live music (on a weekday) from somewhere around. The music went beyond midnight and had to use earplugs to sleep.

The hotel in general is very good. My note is that I visited the hotel in July and the weather is hot in summer and the air conditioning is automatically turned off every 3 hours. I have to call the front desk to restart it. The sheets and towels are old and worn out. 😍The staff is excellent and frindly and room service is fast.

Sabah 6:30’da da kaldırıp aracınızı çekin dediler ama sabahki resepsiyon çok Nazik ve Güleryüz’ü bir beyfendiydi. He bu arada gece geldiğimde valizlerimi alıp odama eşlik edilmedi ailem ile beraber kendi odamamıza valizlerimiz ile çıktık. Bu anlattıklarım dışında her hangi bir sorun olmadı.

Very excelent hotel to stay for 1 night in Isparta. Great locationand very clean hotel. One of old reception lady had not interest to us nor was helpfull..to extent I asked her what is in Isparta to see..her answer was there is nothing. That was shocking to me as you are working on hotel/tourism sectore..you should be positive about where you work. Luckily there wa younger lady ..i think still under training..who just pulled a paper and started writing us some name of places and even suggested a resturant for dinner..she was all smilling and talkative although the limited english she had..i found out she is from konya..and when I told her I am heading there..she recommend to stay in Ramada their..which I did booked for 2 nights. She also gave us things to do in konya and where to stop along the way..thanks alot young lady..although I cant remeber your name

Otel ve çalışanları gayet iyi. Güler yüzlü ve işini iyi yapıyorlar. Tek eksik restorandaki tabaklar iyi yıkanmamıştı, aralarından temiz olanı bulmamız gerekti. Geri kalan her şey iyi olduğu için çok üzerinde durmadık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Nice central location. Buffet breakfast and it was ok. Somehow all Turkey restaurants have same breakfast with few changes. The location is awesome and parking was easy. Helpful staff. Walking distance and surroundings have plenty of Restaurants and eatery. But we went to family owned small restaurant and they made us feel like home.

Excellent stay in a fabulous, enormous room (corner suite). Lovely large rooftop restaurant, with (thankfully) a separate smoking area (we are non smokers). Good location for coach station and main shopping centre (approx 15 minute walk). One slightly strange thing, only 4 coathangers in wardrobe (the annoying fixed ones). Would highly recommend this hotel :)

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Her yere yakın ve merkezi bir konumda. Otoparkı olması büyük bir avantajdı. Çalışanları çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Lækkert hotel, men restauranten på toppen var en skuffelse. De gør mere ud af rygere end ikke-rygere. Man kan dårligt nok få en plads uden røg. Det er ikke tidssvarende. Men menuen var over-digitaliseret, ingen trykt menu, men kun på telefonen. Det gider man ikke, når man skal slappe af og sidde på restaurant.

2nd time staying here and had a beautiful spacious room, thank you! Staff really welcoming and we went to the NYE event which was fab! The 1st time we stayed in November, they charged us for wine glasses which I think is a little unfair. I think a deposit should be sufficient. But we came again and our 2nd visit really made up for it. Lovely decor and so clean. Car parking is a little difficult though but location fantastic and breakfast was lovely! We will come again
