The hotel was close to our final destination - Lucas Oil Speedway. We slept ate breakfast and left the next morning. My grandkids were disappointed with the pool. The chlorine was strong and the water was cool. I will stay at this location again if we are up this way.

My daughter is going to Southwest Baptist University and it is conveniently located near the college. The breakfast was great and the staff was accommodating and friendly. I also liked that there was an Aldi across the street and also close to Walmart. The fitness center was nice and they had a pool. I will stay here again!

I looked forward to using gym advertised. The elliptical machine had an out of service sign. I went to use treadmill. This treadmill wouldn’t work also. Asked the staff and they said that was broken also. Only recumbent bike worked, but that is hard on my hip so not able to exercise. Also, the room cards kept deactivating. Two times we had to go to front desk, to have both cards reactivated. Staff was on break with sign up so had to wait 15 minutes to have them working again.

It is nice clean hotel quiet. It was a great location for us. The breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. They have a mini pancake maker and waffle maker. There is a great outdoor space and workout room. We tried the pool and it was a cooler temp than was comfortable toy some of us. No hot tub.

This is a nice, clean, new property but we were not able to get a good night's sleep either of the 2 nights of our stay because of teens and preteens running through the halls screaming much of the night. When we booked our room, little did we know that the hotel was primarily booked with hundreds of kids on some sort of youth trip. Overall, they were well behaved, but many of them chose to stay up throughout the night, running through the halls screaming. Neither the hotel staff nor the leaders of the group made them stop. When I complained to the hotel desk clerk in the morning, she mumbled something and said a quiet "sorry", but nothing else. If we stay again, I will check with the hotel to see if it will be filled with another teen retreat!

I hurt.myaelf on Property. I was in shower and the buiilt in plaster shelf that you put Toiletries on can out of wall and broke completly in half and fell on my wrist and ankle. Tried making 3 back to back emergency calls to front desk for help and No one picked up. I believe im going too hire an attorney and sue Best westetn plus in Bolivar Missouri.

The hotel was wonderful very helpful in the wake of Hotels.com incompetence not completeing my reservation properly and almost leaving me without a room. It took me 2 hours to get through and finished with my reservation This was supposed to be completed 3 weeks earlier and received confirmation from you that everything was in order, obviously it was not. Thank goodness Best Western in Bolivar brought it to my attention with a call but is was too late and we were 30 miles away from hotel on a family outing. We wasted precious time from my family that is VERY frustrating to say the least. I really think in the future I will call and make reservation directly with hotel cause then i will have correct information. They took pitty on the situation and didn't charge me an outrageous price to keep my same room. Very bad service initially from Hotels.com.
