It’s a beautiful hotel in a stunning location, brand new and very clean. The spa is amazing and the views are wonderful. It’s very remote, so if you want to “do anything” or eat outside of the hotel you will need a car. The staff were lovely, even if in some cases they spoke limited English (which is understandable).

The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing. Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms.
