This is literally the worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure to stay in. It smells of mould and urine, not unlike an old persons care home. Dreadful decor and furnishings. Curtain pole fell down every time I tried to close the curtains Black hair over the bathroom floor on arrival ( we're blond ) Stains on the two chairs. Paper thin walls that you could hear next door coughing. Zero amenities, even the vending machine was out of order. Tiny thin bath towels. The only toiletries was a single round of soap that was unwrapped on arrival. One portion of coffee for a family room. 4 pillows for 4 people. And it's not like it was super cheap. I really wish I'd asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else. The only two positive things I can say is that the bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. Do not book this hotel. I can only assume that the good reviews are false.

This property has really become run down since we stayed there last. The whole room was run down, I found hairs in my bed sheets, and (not at the fault of the hotel) we had very noisy neighbours smoking pot directly outside our window at 5am. Also, NO security. The door was just an automatic lock when it was shut, and there was no other way to secure the door. (deadbolt, ect). Felt very insecure.

This is an older motel that is located very close to the hwy which was convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It was lacking in amenities but I would definitely stay here again.

When I booked this place, I wondered if 8.0 star rating was because people’s expectations were already so low since it’s just a cheap motel or if it really would be a great place. After staying here, I definitely think people’s expectations were just super low. Initially, it seemed pretty good when we arrived. But as I kept looking around, I noticed more and more little hairs that hadn’t been cleaned up (particularly in the bathroom) and then I noticed pee on the floor by the toilet. That was disgusting. The bed was cleaner than I expected (which is my biggest concern when staying somewhere) and it was comfortable. I cancelled my booking at this place for when we drive through again next week because I’d prefer somewhere cleaner. I stayed here with my husband and 6 month old daughter so cleanliness is pretty important. But I guess that’s what you get when you pay for a cheap motel!

It’s an older motel that could have been made to be very quaint …there were old fashioned window boxes but no flowers. It just looked tired. The room itself was a nice size, the beds were comfortable with nice clean linens…but there was very little soundproofing. We knew our neighbour had a good sleep because we listened to him snore throughout the night and then sing in the shower! lol

Super easy check in, and staff was helpful guiding us to our room and maming sure it was ready. Older property, but well maintained. Great value, for two queen bedsvin manin room, plus queen bed in additional room. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker were helpful. No AC in spare room. No screens on windows, so mind the wasps in late summer (AC worked great i main room). TV was not great. Wifi was ok. Very excellent Korean restaurant across the street, and literally just off the highway, near Tim's, Subway, gas station.

We greatly appreciate the cleanliness and affordability of this place. It is well-located as a stop for our over-all holiday travels and conveniently near the highway, two gas stations, fast-food and restaurant options. (If you are especially sensitive to noise, you can hear when other guests park or start their cars, and the occasional big truck in the road out front. Consider bringing ear plugs if you wish. However, it is not too busy when we’ve come through around winter holidays.)

Was a wonderful stay. Had no isues. It is an older property but has been renovated and is comfortable and clean. Despite being a small community we found a wood fire pizzeria with delicious pizza and a beer brewery with excellent beer within walking distance. We also found a local coffee roaster with freshly made pasties and savory items for the morning.

Gentleman at front desk was very friendly & accommodating with some needs of ours, room was very clean. Had a new bed & furniture, hair dryer, ironing board, fridge, coffeemaker.. but room was basic. Could use upgrading in room & outside appearance, also air conditioner needs to be replaced. Reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area. Walkable to dining options. If you want a clean basic hotel room for a one night stay this is a good option.
