The staff has been the most friendly of any hotel in Tel Aviv hands down! They go out of their way to ensure a pleasant and seamless experience. The location is incredible and puts you right in the popular area of town but on a side street so you don’t have noise and traffic to deal with. The breakfast was also good and the aesthetics were top notch. They also give you a gym pass to a local gym nearby which was a fantastic gym and vibe. When in doubt, book here.

The hotel is great but they charged me for over night parking, supposedy validated my ticket but when i pulled out my car i had to pay again at the parking facility. They said I'm paid through 7pm and got my car at 4pm. I was double charged.

Fabulous customer service, the staff could not be nicer. I was greeted by name as I walked in as a repeat customer and accommodated immediately. Every request was handled efficiently and with a smile. Wonderful breakfast. Nice soap products. And a perfect arrangement with a full blown gym nearby.

Staff is so nice and accommodating. Really fantastic people. The rooms are so tiny with basic amenities and noisy. Felt like a basement. Gym is NOT on property. They give you a pass to go to the local gym (5minutws walk). Was not happy about that.

We especially loved the wine dispenser :) such a fun and unique touch that added to the overall experience. Our room was beautifully designed, with a cozy feel and a lovely selection of organic bath products. The rooftop was a hidden gem, a peaceful, nature-inspired oasis right in the heart of the city. Another great perk was the complimentary bicycles, which made exploring Tel Aviv incredibly easy and enjoyable. Combined with the hotel’s perfect central location, everything felt seamless. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time at The Vera, room was clean and designed beautifully- However - I was a disappointed from the room size and amenities (no coffe or tea at the room) for the price we paid I expected more compared to other hotels I've been to in TLV, The room as basically a small bedroom with a shower & toilet next to it (we took the Superior room), so we didnt even have a chair to sit in.. only on the bed. Windows were also not noise isolated so you could hear the street pretty much all night.

The complimentry wine was excellent, which added to the stay, allowing us to use the lobby more and the hotel locale is perfect for walking around with markets and restaurants minutes away. Loved it! Stayed in many hotels worldwide and this is a great hotel. Friendly staff with local knowledge, good selection at breakfast, central and safe area. Only drawback is current construction work in adjoining buildings which obviously is out of control of hotel. Free local wine available throughout stay is a rare and welcome touch. Highly recommended
