Vi bodde vår sista natt på hotellet. Det ligger ca 30 minuters promenad från centrum. Det är enkelt att ta buss 41 direkt till centrum för 2.40€. Mycket fräscht hotell med fri parkering under hotellet. Mycket trevlig receptionspersomal vid in- och utcheckning. Rummet var mycket fräscht, hitech - det fanns en guidemobil som man kunde låna. Rummet var stort men en liten balkong. Dusch och wc var fräscht. Toalettartiklar fanns - ovanligt idag. Safe och minibar finns. Sängen var stor med stora kuddar men lite för hård för vår svenska smak. På översta våningen fanns en takbar och vid den år vi frukost ute på terrassen. Frukosten var helt fantastisk. Allt lagades på beställning och omelett, äggröra med lax, belgiska våfflor och grekisk youghurt med tillbehör var så gott och fräscht 😀

New hotel in very pleasant style. Very helpful staff, giving good advise on where to go. Breakfast was a 'la carte, good choices and very good food. We were on the top-floor with a balcony so very good view of Nicosia and into the occupied zone. A little out of town, however we would definitely stay there again

The hotel was clean, the staff super polite and helpful, room was spacious and comfortable, delicious complimentary breakfast, and a very cosy roof top restaurant with panorama view. Had an excellent stay and would love to come back.

Very friendly and efficient staff and a tastefully decorated hotel. Room was immaculately clean and well-stocked with toiletries and minibar/snacks, and the breakfast/drinks in the rooftop bar were tasty and well-priced. High recommendation.

I really enjoyed staying in this little boutique hotel - it was clean, modern, and nicely designed. The room was well laid out. Really liked the little soap, shampoo, and conditioner brands that were provided. The staff were so helpful and lovely, especially the lady who served us at the rooftop restaurant! The food was also delicious. We had a car, so the location was good as well as the parking facilities. The location felt safe and was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was exactly as published. Clean and welcoming, only 25 rooms, friendly team, nice rooftop bar. Plenty of parking options around. It is a residential area though and was not cheap compared to the product, but i was happy with the stay. Highly recommended

The room was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. Parking was easy and convenient. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. If we needed something, they were on it immediately. We left the lights on in the car and the battery was run down the next morning. The front desk guy and maintenance guy took care of charging it up while we had breakfast in the restaurant upstairs. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The good: The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. Breakfast area and the breakfast itself are also quite nice. The hotel and the rooms are new and well - designed. The bad: Even though I booked the room with the option to 'pay at the property', hotel charger (not pre-authorized) my credit card. This led to additional costs on my side, as I was to be charged extra by my bank for both currency exchange, as well as for doing it on the weekend. To add insult to injury, hotel charged the money instead of pre-authorizing the card which in my opinion is incompetent for a hotel. The ugly: there was a cacaroach at the reception once, but this can be expected in this climate given that often the doors to the parking area are left wide open (while the AC is running btw, not very eco-friendly). I tried uploading the photo, but the hotels.com app does not work properly on my phone for some reason.

We recently had a 1 night stay at the Hypnos Boutique Hotel with my wife and we were both wonderfully surprised at just how modern and clean the hotel room was. It was spacious with lots of light. The selection of breakfast is amazing. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend.

But the main assets of this property were the individual staff members, who were very friendly and helpful. In particular, Aidan, the night desk clerk, was great fun to talk to, and gave us at least three great restaurant recommendations.

My husband and I stayed at the Hypnos Boutique Hotel for three nights during our first visit to Nicosia. We couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room comfortable and attractive. We were especially impressed with the breakfast, which was served in the roof-top restaurant. We were invited to order from an extensive menu--everything was delicious. The location is a bit of a walk from downtown, but we found it easy to get from there to the Cyprus Museum (which we loved) and the old town section of Nicosia. We recommend the Hynos most highly!

Hotel is nice, conveniently located, breakfast is nice, a la carte, not a buffet. Breakfast staff was very nice. Check in wasn’t smooth as there was nobody at the front desk when I was checking in around 8pm. I had to call the hotel to get somebody to come to the front to check me in. Everything else was great.

The room was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. Parking was easy and convenient. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. If we needed something, they were on it immediately. We left the lights on in the car and the battery was run down the next morning. The front desk guy and maintenance guy took care of charging it up while we had breakfast in the restaurant upstairs. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Rummet var stort men en liten balkong. Dusch och wc var fräscht. Toalettartiklar fanns - ovanligt idag. Safe och minibar finns. Sängen var stor med stora kuddar men lite för hård för vår svenska smak. På översta våningen fanns en takbar och vid den år vi frukost ute på terrassen. Frukosten var helt fantastisk. Allt lagades på beställning och omelett, äggröra med lax, belgiska våfflor och grekisk youghurt med tillbehör var så gott och fräscht 😀

My husband and I stayed at the Hypnos Boutique Hotel for three nights during our first visit to Nicosia. We couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room comfortable and attractive. We were especially impressed with the breakfast, which was served in the roof-top restaurant. We were invited to order from an extensive menu--everything was delicious. The location is a bit of a walk from downtown, but we found it easy to get from there to the Cyprus Museum (which we loved) and the old town section of Nicosia. We recommend the Hynos most highly!

I really enjoyed staying in this little boutique hotel - it was clean, modern, and nicely designed. The room was well laid out. Really liked the little soap, shampoo, and conditioner brands that were provided. The staff were so helpful and lovely, especially the lady who served us at the rooftop restaurant! The food was also delicious. We had a car, so the location was good as well as the parking facilities. The location felt safe and was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Freundliches Personal, sehr gute Ausstattung, gutes Fruehstueck. Einziger Nachteil ist die etwas entfernte Lage. Um ins Stadtzentrum zu kommen, muss man ein Taxi nehmen.

The hotel was exactly as published. Clean and welcoming, only 25 rooms, friendly team, nice rooftop bar. Plenty of parking options around. It is a residential area though and was not cheap compared to the product, but i was happy with the stay. Highly recommended

We recently had a 1 night stay at the Hypnos Boutique Hotel with my wife and we were both wonderfully surprised at just how modern and clean the hotel room was. It was spacious with lots of light. The selection of breakfast is amazing. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend.

New hotel in very pleasant style. Very helpful staff, giving good advise on where to go. Breakfast was a 'la carte, good choices and very good food. We were on the top-floor with a balcony so very good view of Nicosia and into the occupied zone. A little out of town, however we would definitely stay there again

The room we had was a good size and very comfortable. The bed, bathroom and shower were excellent. Breakfast was à la carte and delicious. But the main assets of this property were the individual staff members, who were very friendly and helpful. Outside it looks just a simple place but when u get in, the real place revealed. It is immaculate! From reception to the room..super clean! Staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast is quality! Upon arrival in my room the smell that greeted me was unbearable. It was coming from the drains and the whole room smelt awful. When shown the only other available room which was adjacent to my room, that room smelt also badly of drains. Thankfully Aiden was very helpful and allowed me to move to a flat in the hypnos residences which was wonderful and much preferable to the hotel. When going back to the hotel for breakfast, I had to wait 25 minutes for an omelette and a cup of coffee and the omelette was not edible. It was worse than a child could make. I left the omelette and left the hotel. There is also no parking at the hotel and a loud ball court across the road. Not to mention the balcony from the smelly room looked directly at a wall! I will not spend my money at Hypnos boutique hotel again. The Hypnos residences are far better.
