Super dirty hallways and room, pool out of service, people sitting on the stairs and hallways, bathroom fan broken and wide open didn’t feel safe. Only 2 towels had to go to the front office to ask for more and waited an hour.

The hotel is under construction, no hot , no refrigerators , ice machine didnt work , pool is under construction.....love my 2 floor suite beside no hot water to shower in

This is an older property, and is in need of some upkeep. But overall the rooms were acceptable, the staff was extremely friendly, and it has a fun little lounge right on the lobby. For a parent visit in Tallahassee over parents weekend, it was a great place to come back to relax and enjoy having fun with other parents and karaoke

Staff was nice but the hotel was run down, pool closed down which was not disclosed. Non working fountains which is a health hazard, non working ice machines and grounds overgrown like an abandoned house. We should get a refund, not worth 250 a night!

This was a last-minute booking because Hurricane Milton was scheduled to hit home on the day we had planned to return. This hotel's only good point is its easy access to I-10. The bedside lamps had been removed, the only room light was dim, the pool was closed, the bathroom faucet could not be fully turned off, the TV had only a few channels operating. This might have been a nice hotel many years ago, but no longer. Glad we needed to stay only one night.

Property under construction. Bugs in room. Dirty towels. Advertised with kitchenette… no sink, no microwave . People fighting outside room at 1am! Pool under construction. So much mildew in room we couldn’t breathe the next day. Only Two channels on TV were able to be seen without looking grainy

The building is a great concept but the hotel said it had breakfast no it didn’t. No ice machine working. Dirt on floor hairs in bathroom. There wasn’t a garbage can, the water had a hard time getting and staying hot. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. The building needed attention. But the room was big and had bare minimum in it so that was nice. Location was great, busy but right in the middle of everything. The rooms were quiet, very quiet. We have found when you book your hotel stay call the hotel proper to see what they really offer. These sights only tell you what sounds good not always the whole truth.

Expensive! Room was very humid & dirty, with a vile smell of humid and old laundry. Towels were dirty and had to be replaced right away as they smelled bad. The bed sheets smelled like old wet laundry that was never dried properly. There was a big cockroach in the bathroom.

Yes when I got to my room there were roaches,I went to the front desk and they changed my room, when I got to that room there was poop on the wall and nats in the room. Don't stay here!

Air conditioning was fine. Room was roach infested. I have pictures to prove my claim. Room was advertised to have kitchen….Where sink was suppose to be was empty spot. Hot water barely worked. Was told at front desk to let water run for 5 minutes before temp of water would change. Ice Machine was dirty and look liked it hadn’t been sanitized and cleaned in years!!!! Very disappointed. I’ve should received some sort of discount or a free night in future.

This place is disgusting!! I can’t even describe how horrible the place is. Mold, mildew, roaches, you name it.. this place should be shut down!!

Everything was dirty I do mean everything

Horribly dirty, like don’t touch any dirty. I arrive to 2 ladies screaming at the top of their lungs into their phone at the front desk, needle wrappers outside my door, bugs in corners, dirty sheets, the smell of the room and ac made me sick to my actual stomach and I was woken up at 4:30am to someone coughing up a lung in the hallway. I’ve stayed in hotels half this price that weren’t half the filth, sketched out and unease that this place caused. If I was doing anything other than stopping for the night at 11pm on a long trip I would have turned right around and walked out. Utterly disgusting.

When we saw the room and the facility as a whole we were extremely disappointed and disgusted. The room floor was extremely dirty and darkened our feet, the bathroom had mold around the floor and wall edges. We prepaid for the room so we had no recourse. There was a group of people living in the hallways in the back of the hotel where I think they were maybe doing a remodel. We were never given new towels. We had to ask each day we stayed and aside from our last day it seemed like asking for new towels was unacceptable by the front desk receptionist. Won't be staying there again

Clean room but roach infested near entertainment center. Need update curtains. No dry towels, soap, shampoo in the room. No smoking detector. Under construction????

Besides the staff being super nice and very helpful this place is def a motel 6. I shouldn’t have expected much but the amount of bugs dead and alive was disturbing . I had to change rooms twice which they let me do with no problem. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but I will not go back. Sucks that parents weekend all the hotels can screw you and I paid way more than that place is worth . I’m sorry to the staff for a bad review because they were again very helpful and super nice

No hot water. The fridge wasn’t working. The TV didn’t work.

Nice cozy room with 3 beds perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend would definitely stay again.

A bare-bones room. Bed was comfortable. Only one light in the main room -- switch by the door. Ice bucket but no cups.

I happened to be just driving through, so I got in late and left early. Unfortunately there was no hot water for my shower.

Where do I start? Walked into my room with dirty bed sheets. Dirty shower which by the way gets brick cold mid shower. Gotta love that. It wreaks of mildew. I asked for more towels and got questioned why; never had that happen before at any place I stayed. So very weird. The girl up front could smile a bit more especially when someone is friendly to her. People are fighting and yelling all hours of the night and the property owners do nothing about it. The only good thing I can honestly say is that the renovations seems to be coming along but could definitely use a lot more TLC to make it amazing! The motel is near everything; another perk so can’t be mad at that. But over all, if you need a cheap place to stay for 1-2 days, this is the spot for that. Anything more than that, you will feel like something is constantly crawling on you

Clean updated room, but lacked essential amenities. Did not come equipped with; chair at desk, telephone, clock, towels, soap, shampoo, & TOILETPAPER…..

Unfortunately, there were no micro fridge, microwave, iron or ironing board in the room. Upon arriving to the room, the shower curtain had a very dirty stain at the bottom of it and a new shower curtain had to be provided for replacement.

The La Casa is not a bad place to stay for the price. If you just need a place to sleep and a shower. I didnt have a microwave in my room, and had to go to the front desk to heat my dinner. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly. This wasnt my first time staying there and she has been rude every time. She seemed to get angry when i asked a couple of questions.

All the AC and the amenities and everything was fine. It was their service and the fact that I had a room book through till Friday. They, for some reason entered my room on Thursday claimed that I moved a bunch of furniture around when I didn't. I left my room squared away for work. That morning and came back to all my stuff sitting by the trash.

I realize that the place was under renovation, but it was still shocking to see the condition of this property. It took a very long time to check in although they were nice. The lobby and rooms had an over The lobby and rooms had an overpowering smell from their cleaning fluids.The outside of the property was in terrible condition and the rooms poorly renovated, and without any appliances. Permanent residences live on the property that were drinking and smoking in the parking lot, which I found very weird. I thought I was staying in a Third World country hotel.

On check-in I was asked to pay extra for room upgrade. Unfriendly staff. After denying to pay more than the pre-paid price. I was given a room that urgently needs more than just simple maintenance. I haven‘t stayed in such a rocked down place for many years. I could only take a cold water shower, there was no hot water at sink or shower. Floor and sink were broken (see pics). Dirty towels and dirty and old (very loud) Air Con. No toilet paper or tissues in the room, had to get own paper tissues from my car. No plastic bag for the dirty ice bucket, so could only fill the cup I brought myself to that place. Next morning friendly and understanding staff at front desk. She wanted to clarify with the manager about reimbursement. No reaction from hotel side afterwards. Filed complain at general Motel 6 customer line. Got offered a 10% discount for next booking. This is a joke and I will not book Motel 6 for some time now. Complain to expedia as booking operator filed to at best take this hotel off the offering. Service coucher from expedia received. We all make mistakes or have bad days, but if a hotel get‘s the chance to solve the problem and just didn‘t care at all to find a solution, this is the really important message. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

Check in took forever, it was as if they were illiterate. Room was dirty and smelled terrible. The lights did not work as there were no outlets to plug them in with. Room had German roaches, I checked out immediately. The entire place needs to be shut down, fumigation and remodeled. Then, staffed with competent and efficient personnel. DO NOT STAY HERE. RUN.

I understand the weekends being busier and the place being remodeled. I just can’t appreciate the fact you can hear everything that goes on outside from people talking to yelling, loud music, slamming doors. This is not my first time at this motel 6 either but it was my first experience like this.

When looking at pictures, this property looked decent. When arriving it was clearly a carefully selected group of photos not showing some of the building in rough shape, some rooms had holes in it from where the ACs used to be, and the sketchiness of the area between random people just standing around with bottles of beer in hand. Just felt unsafe the night we were there and found a bug crawling around in the room, but that wasn’t an issue for us as it may be for someone else. Read reviews before booking at places.

This is an extremely rundown and dirty property. In addition they surprise you at check in by demanding a $50 all cash deposit. It was soooo bad I had to eat the expense and book another hotel because it was so sketchy and felt unsafe for my family.

I did not feel safe at this hotel. The room was really dirty, mainly the walls, there was also a hole in the bathroom wall that made me feel somewhat uneasy. The surround area was not a good area at all. I saved 50 bucks to be completely uncomfortable, but it was tolerable enough for just one night. It creeped me out to have a knock on the door at 2am. Next time I will spend a little extra and go to somewhere quite nicer. The property itself was pretty and has some serious potential to be a beautiful hotel. In person, however…not the case at all. You couldn’t pay me to return. The pool was green. It was just disgusting. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Your Complimentary morning COFFEE, that’s all you get with your choice of expired SUGAR that’s hard to the touch as you open the crumbly pacs. Oooh and cream if you’re fortunate enough to get a pack. Ohhh forgot to tell you’ll get a special bottom coat of coffee grind at the end of your coffee cup Guaranteed have YOU going to the restroom.

Nothing true about advertising.. dirty and staff are rude and try to overcharge with extra money for each task ordinarily offered as a perk... there is no continental breakfast.
