My husband and I stayed 1/1/23 and it was nice. Everything was clean and the guy working the front desk at 5 when we arrived was amazing. The breakfast was good and food kept coming out every 30 mins. Hot tub was lovely the jets need to be repaired but it was still nice to relax in. Next time we stay we'll stay on the 4th floor so we don't have to hear people above us.

The evening staff were more pleasant and helpful than the morning staff. There was a good breakfast. The bed was comfortable.The hot tub was not hot. It was outside and was not relaxing with all the freeway noise. The a/c worked but poured out strong stale cigarette smell the longer we used it. When I told the am staff, she said that happens when someone smokes in the room. Our last night there, the smoke alarm went off 5 times starting at 2:15am. We were given a $15 Dunkin Donut gift card for our inconvenience. Not a pleasant was to end our trip.

I selected the property based on the convenience to my family. I was greeted by a very nice young man that was professional and had a great smile. That's the only good thing about the stay. The room was good, however, the bathroom had strands of hair on the floor and all over the shower. I went out and brought cleaning supplies to clean it. When we took a shower, the water leaking out. I advised the person at the front desk (whom was on a personal call and ignored me for 5 minutes) she stated the maintenance guy was backlogged on repairs, but she would document it for him. The elevator had trash on the floor and the hallways ALWAYS smelled of marijuana. Needless to say, I won't be back and the reviews you see are ABSOLUTELY correct.

The room had a horrible odor. I called the front desk to let them know it smelled really bad in the room. The front desk clerk came up to our room and soon as I opened the door he said o my.. yea I smell it. He came back up with a plug in that didn’t help at all. He said he would be back in a hour but me and my daughter fell asleep. The owner was suppose to contact me but never did. The room smelled like mold.

The gym and spa areas were nice. The breakfast looked good but failed to provide a Kosher/Halal protein option for my religion, but there were still fruits, bagels and yogurt so I didn’t go completely without. The rooms were on the small side, but were aesthetically pleasing and provided luxurious TVs and a wonderful shower, however the fridge was very small and not cold at all. If I stayed longer than a night, any food stored would’ve likely spoiled. Most unfortunately I was double charged for my room, which took several days for the charge to come off. I fear had I not noticed it and brought it to the front desk that I wouldn’t have received my money back. Speaking of the front desk, the worker was amazing! Her name was Gloria, and she was absolutely a delight! I had trouble sleeping, so I sat and talked with her for a while, which she had told me prior to come and do if I wanted. She was friendly, funny, and helpful. She deserves a raise. She was probably one of the most memorable parts of my stay, when it comes to the pros.

Nice place, very modern overall .But my biggest concern was the walls were very shallow and that was in convenient. I could hear people walk the halls and above me . Also every time somebody opened the door in another room it would sound like someone was trying to come in the room I stayed in which made it very uneasy to sleep. This hotel is right off the highway so you will hear cars passing all night due to the shallow walls.

Second time staying. Good for solo traveling. Quiet. Clean and comfortable. Beds soft. Bed could use a good rotation, one side worn worse the other due to constant use. Front desk staff friendly and nice. Wasn’t told about breakfast, had to ask. Did not take advantage of breakfast, wish it went until 10 am like most hotels. I understand that may cause a lag for check out. I did like how extra plates and plastics were left out. I had to go to the lobby to use the microwave (none in rooms) and was pleased to see I had plastic utensils that I didn’t have. Would stay again. Not many complaints. Good property to stay at.

I have never been so disappointed in a stay in my life. My spouse developed allergies after we got here and we went to get a steam machine. The next day we got a call saying we had a smoking alert. Both of us are nonsmokers. They said someone would come check our room and we asked them to please do so. Two Hispanic people came to our room and stood in our doorway speaking Spanish and walked out. They never even came all the way into the room. We heard NOTHING else about it. I asked the front desk attendant the following morning if everything was ok or if we needed to move rooms because of the faulty detector and they said that everything was okay. Then, we received a $100.00 charge out of the blue. We went to the front desk every day for three days asking what this was about. We kept being told “someone will call you and sort this out.” No one ever did. One girl tried to help and said “If they thought you were actually smoking you would be kicked out, so I’m sure it will be returned to you.” This was the first time anyone mentioned it being a smoking fee. Finally, I tracked down the front desk manager, Terry, and she sent a front desk attendant up to our room, Sai, and he went down and told her our room was fine and didn’t smell like smoke and neither did we. She told us to recreate the alarm to get our money back. I’m so offended after spending $1000 on this stay. We’ve already packed up and will never return even though we are here often. Its not about the money.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, front office staff was unwelcoming with a very low voice making it hard to hear. He rapidly gave us a room with no care. No hospitality. We entered our room to find a roach. We took care of it took a pic and left the dead critter in the room. We went to the front office to ask for a new room, again front office staff with no care or surprise, gave us another room. Once we entered one of the two elevators, someone had relived themselves on the floor. I promptly told front desk staff and used the second elevator. I was upset but it was late and me and my family had an early start. We hesitantly went to bed and left before dawn. We can understand most of the things that happened but the lack of hospitality was depressing and added to the dread of having to spend the night here. Would not come back

I love this hotel! By far the best in the area. The staff is super friendly and courteous and the hotel overall is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is very nice as well.. The only issue I had was logging into the apps on the tv which I love to do, like Netflix and Disney. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Great overnight stay! I wish the pool was bigger. It was quite and plenty to eat near the property. The rooms were clean and loved the bathrooms/showers. The breakfast was decent as well. That day we had sausage, 2 types of eggs, potatos, waffles, tortillas, breads, bagels, muffins, fruits, oatmeal, granola, coffee and juices. So it wasn't the standard Continental breakfast, far from it. There were areas in the foyer to play games, foosball table and gym.
