The property itself was nice. However, I was put in a room where the door wouldn’t lock and was told I’d have to deal with it by the GM because a locksmith wasn’t coming. When I called Expedia to get a discount and they called the hotel she told them I was lying and everything was fine. The GM was the one who had to change my rooms and told me they knew it was broke. They never gave us new towels. Before leaving for a hot day of baseball we asked for towels and was told they would be ready when we got back. At 1:30 in the morning they towels were just getting washed. So after a long hot day, no one had towels to shower. Was told sorry nothing they could do. Was told they was washing for the upcoming guest! Hello? Who are we! At one time we were checked out of our hotel and locked out. Had to prove to them we paid for the time! Breakfast was good when it was there. Couldn’t swim in the pool because the door to the pool was broke and no one had bothered to called the locksmith on that either.

first room TV did not work. Next room the HVAC's fan was loose and had a weird noise. Had to stay anyway as tired. Hot water in shower was not good and LVT floor had not been mopped in quite sometime. So not sure about carpet...one elevator was out. Ovewrall, not fun

Very clean and staff was very friendly. Lots of thumping from upstairs so we didn’t sleep well. I thought most hotels have concrete floors but you could hear every sound. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Huge selection. Elevator needs some work. Made weird noises.

The manager who greeted us and checked us in was super friendly! She went over all of the amenities, such as breakfast, pool, workout room, etc. The lobby was very clean. Our room was much larger than expected and we had a beautiful view from our window. Coffee and breakfast was. Dry good! I had oatmeal but I tried a bite of my daughter’s cinnamon roll and it was amazing!!! Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!

No safety strips in tub and e slipped but did not fall. No bathtub mat to step out on, used hand towel. Noisy kids? above running around for hours. I contacted front desk and she checking into it front other complaints and finally stopped. Building was pretty clean and maintained. Cart to move luggage was a bust as one wheel was locked up. Decent breakfast. Good overall stay.

I have stayed twice, a little noisy with Ubers coming in and out sometimes for the same people, a little sketchy. Pool also closed for several weeks before I came, was notified. Staff excellent 👍

The brief exchange that I had with staff, checking in and out was very pleasant. The young ladies were very friendly and thoughtful. There was a stain or something on the floor, a stain on one of the dust ruffles on the bed, and a part of the curtain looks like it was possible torn? Other than that, the condition of the bathroom was very clean as well as the rest of the floor and there was no dust around in the room.

4 days of no room service. 1 day sheets not changed but duvets thrown over sheets. Next 3 days nothing done to the bed. At least give it a try. Every night when we arrived back at our room we had to go down and ask for towels. We had stayed here before and the service was much better. Floors were also dirty. Sugggestion: Wear socks or slippers to keep your feet clean.

Terrible noise at subfloor sistem upstairs. Can ear cranking floor. New building but looks like never pass inspection. 2 times in a year first time shower panel keeping water drain, towels screws falling. To be a new hotel looks like a 40 years old building

Plenty of towels, convenient places to put our suitcases, plenty of convenient outlets for charging, plenty of coffee and tea, a microwave and fridge in the room, great hot breakfast with a pancake-making machine :-) Friendly staff at the front desk and at breakfast. It was a very pleasant surprise for the price.

Check in went smoothly, the room looked clean. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom door didn't shut properly nor did it lock, the lights didnt turn off or on properly. Overall the rool was about neutral. Definitely not the nicest of the hotels i stayed in over my vacation. Will definitely be looking elsewhere next time.

We have stayed at this location before and the last to visits we had issues with our reservation. We need sleeping arrangements for 6 people but our last two visits we were given a room that sleeps 4. When asked why, they tell me they are overbooked, the online booking system didn't show the room correctly and my room was given to someone else. It was late in the evening as we had been traveling all day so we ended up asking for extra bedding and having people sleep on the floor. Very disappointed. I won't be staying here again and I won't book through expedia again.

I was traveling with my five kiddos (aged 1-8) from Kentucky to Alabama when I became ill. I needed to stop for the night. From a gas station parking, I tried booking a hotel for us so we could stop for the night, but I accidentally selected the wrong city. I chose this hotel, instead of the holiday inn in the city we were located. I realized the mistake as soon as the confirmation came through and called to correct it within 5 minutes. They refused to help me, even to transfer my booking to the Holiday Inn where I was at. They told me to talk to hotels.com. When I called hotels.com they said they would intervene and call to request a refund, and not to worry because these are almost always granted. However, the hotel refused to grant it that night, and days later I received an official notice that they had denied the refund. Not even a partial refund. I was out $174, which was a big chunk of our spending cash for our little vacation. It's not like I took this room off the market for a long time to where they lost the chance to rent it. I literally called within 5 minutes. Just seemed a little heartless. Very unimpressed with management.

It was nice until 2nd day of which shower/tub clogged and they didnt fix. Also did not clean room. They took towels and didnt return. Once i returned to room, called front desk request towels was informed i had to go downstairs to get them; mind you its late im tired i just want to shower and sleep. The lady was very rude. She said if you want towels you have to come down and then hung up.Next day no one came to fix shower and still no towels. Husband went to eat breakfast brought towel up. Showered in clogged water.

It was nice. The beds were comfy and other than the carpet needing cleaned in the room everything else was good. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The staff and service was great and the daily breakfast was amazing! The location has easy access to shopping, dining, and grocery stores.

The beds were comfortable and the room was well kept. After traveling for more than a week and staying in other big name hotel chains, the complimentary breakfast was by far the BEST that we’d had. The staff were courteous and cheery as well. If travels take you near Nashville, TN this is a great place to stay!

Overall it was an excellent experience! The only complaint I have is the quality of the food offered at breakfast. The scrambled eggs and sausage gravy were not eatable. The eggs were flavorless (even when salt and pepper were added) and the gravy tasted like metal (so it obviously was poured out of a can). Besides that I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area
