Pool needs to be a bit warmer if anyone wanted to swim. It was so cold that my kids, who usually don't mind ocean water, would not get in. Beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on.

I was in town to see family for the weekend and needed a quiet place to stay. This was perfect. Great location so I could grab food and go. Large room for just me and would have been perfect had my husband come as well. So clean! Shower pressure was decent (which is more than I can say about most hotels).

I was very disappointed with the room. I couldn’t sleep all night because the pillows and sheets smell like cigarettes and couldn’t use them so does the entire bathroom. Very disappointed.

Nice and new hotel, rooms are large. Breakfast was better than expected. Only downside to this hotel is it is right next to the freeway, so if you are in a room on the freeway (east side) of the building, you will hear the rumbling of the freeway. Fortunately, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were wonderful (the pillow cases are even labeled “soft” and “hard”) so I fell right asleep and didn’t wake up from the noise. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Nice and clean room, supportive and empathetic staff, good proximity to many desirable locations. If you’re driving, there’s a decent amount of parking, just don’t get caught up in the In and Out traffic. Our room’s fridge didn’t work during our stay, there is also not a freezer component to the fridge (be cognizant of what you purchase/bring in that regard). Staff were helpful in helping us problem solve our issue. Plan on choose this hotel the next time we are in town

From the time we stepped in the door late at night to when we left we were greeted with a smile and team members interested in us. The breakfast was also great for a free breakfast with eggs, meat and potatoes and warm cinnamon rolls among other items. The place also looked like new with varied seating in the lobby. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Definitely recommend.

The bed/ mattress needed replacing as sink holes and beyond too soft! Everything was clean and staff friendly. I would suggest that the guest laundry be updated to taking credit cards or something along those lines as having to get a roll of quarters at the desk in order to do a load which wash/ dry is $6.50 leaves quarters to have to pocket and seems like a credit card for payment would be a lot easier for everyone.

The TV remote barely worked, we'd get stuck on WWE and be unable to change the channel. Our room faced I-5 - SUPER noisy at night, made it very hard to sleep. Low water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was decent, hotel seemed clean. It is located in an area with restaurant and shopping options.

The check in process was really frustrating. I had called to have an adjoining room added to my reservation, but when I got there they clerk said nothing was available. Also the clerk didn’t use deodorant and smelled terrible.

I ended up not even checking in to the hotel because the front desk agent was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional upon our arrival. I have never experienced anything of this sort from a front desk agent ever, I’m still in disbelief. Never would I recommend or stay at this hotel to anyone!

Excellent check in, Candice at the front desk was easily the friendliest and most helpful check-in I’ve had anywhere. Very clean and accommodating hotel, Will definitely be back next time we’re in Salem.

I will not be staying here, ever again. Horrible customer service. I had called prior to my stay to insure that I could check in at 8am a soon as I arrived to Salem do to me having a picture session for my graduation. They made a mistake and ended up not receiving my room I had to wait to check in till 3pm. Just horrible communication.

There was no dedicated driveway into hotel. In n out line blocked one entry. Had to drive around to other side through Panera parking lot to enter. Small inconvenience but seems weird.

Convenient location to I5. Newer building (2018) with updated lighting and room layout. Very nice. Comfortable and clean as always. Friendly staff. If you are a light sleeper you might want to request a room not on the highway side. Blackout blinds were very nice.

I have stayed here several times and all times have been great. The front desk and breakfast staff were always friendly and greeted you with a smile. The continental breakfast was always hot, fresh and delicious. I enjoyed my stay and in the future, when I do go back to Salem, I will most definitely will be staying there again. Thank you.

Easy and convenient location for our trip, but lobby was loud, breakfast was extremely limited (we had to get a second breakfast elsewhere for our teens) and hotel as a whole was minimally comfortable. The gym was great though.

Didn't care for the 'limited' breakfast items. How about some hot oatmeal and cheese omelets? After 11 consecutive days of stale muffins and runny yogurt, I felt it necessary to voice my displeasure with the lack of choices. Our accommodations were fresh and clean, the property was clean and the staff is fantastic. Will return again!
