My husband, 2 girls and I stayed for one night. We had an overall great experience! The only real con was that there was a strong chlorine smell that burned our eyes in the ppol area. The girl who checked us in when we arrived was great and very friendly! Breakfast the next morning was one of the best we've had at a hotel. I wish I had gotten her name but the woman who did the breakfast was so kind and accommodating to us. Especially my children! We would definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

We were there from Sunday til Thursday and never got clean towels, even after requesting them on Tuesday. There was information in the room stating housekeeping every other day, but no one came the entire time. We had to go to the front desk and ask for toilet paper.

Property was convenient. Room was large. Staff was friendly and efficient, Breakfast was okay. My complaints was chemically smell of room, and carpet in room was filthy to the point of stickiness. I was barefoot as I set up the 1st night and my feet turned black. So after showering and the rest of the stay I had to keep my shoes on. Also, I had a handicap bathtub and the seat was dirty. Thankfully, I didn’t need to use it.

The Hotel was in great shape except the carpet in the 2nd floor hallway could use a good cleaning. The other guests were horrible. My last night stay the people above us were rolling the chair across the floor all night and running around like unruly children. Why do people not realize what their brats are doing to other guests?

It was a very nice Hotel. This particular one had noisy floors. Whoever was in the room upstairs was running around and it was pretty loud on the ceiling in my room. The room was nice, modern, clean. Everything was pretty well, then the next morning i went to shower and there was no hot water. It was there the prior evening when i washed my hands. In the morning i let it run for like 5 minutes and couldnt get any hot water. I told the clerk when i left. all i was told was they were sorry.

The room we were given was across the hall from the elevator, and after we had unpacked, I raised the black-out blinds to get some sunshine in the room, but we overlooked the hotel entrance with a disgusting dirty rooftop and because of the way the entrance was built, we got almost no natural light in the room. Next time, I'll look at the room first.

When checking in, I had to wait for a period despite being the only person there. It was also the first hotel that I stayed in that did not have a crib or pack in play to place my infant daughter in. Additionally, the elevator wouldn’t go to the first floor at certain points. I told the front desk which seemed to be aware. Surprised they didn’t shut off the one not working for a period. It caused us to take the stairs. In the end, not major problems but for the price point, I expect everything to be in working order. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend the hotel.

I love Hampton's because they are so comfortable and clean. This one is not very walkable to convenient to a lot of restaurants. You must drive because there is no sidewalk. Also, they advertise that they have EV charging but they only have EV charging for Tesla which was a huge disappointment since we were counting on it.

Would stay again and recommend to others. Clean, bright rooms. Hot and cold free breakfast was better than most similar offering at other hotels. Staff pleasant and helpful. Small but clean nice pool area and workout room. Perfect for a couple of nights stay. Close to Hartford Convention Center, 8-10 min. drive. DD next door.

Loved our stay. Arrived exhausted after a long flight from London, followed by a drive from JFK. Greeted warmly, offered welcome packs of water. There was system problems and they couldn’t get our room key set so offered to let us into our room with the master key, and slide room keys under the door once they fixed the system. Which they did. We had the best sleep. Comfiest hotel bed hands down. Breakfast was excellent, literally no complaints about anything it was all delicious, fresh. Every member of staff was so polite, so friendly. Thank you!

Since covid I really do no like staying in hotels. I walk with my gloves and I clean all surfaces and inspect the beds thoroughly. This hotel was spotless. By my rigid standards it passed 💯. The breakfast was pretty good as well.

The floors in the lobby and inside the elevators were dirty. The wall inside my room were dirty. The glass panels inside the elevators were stained. The breakfast was cold.

Newer property. It is in great condition and very clean. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the worst I've experienced at a Hampton. Inedible. Besides that, it was aces!

We stayed for the travelers championship tournament from Friday to Monday. Per sticky in the bathroom mirror, room service was supposed to come every other day. We were gone all day Sunday and room service never came. We had trash from Friday-Sunday and all towels used. For what we paid for that weekend I would have hoped for better service. Breakfast was okay, certainly not worth spreading the news about.

The hotel was clean, but upon check-in the staff member working the front desk was extremely rude and unfriendly. The front desk area was not busy at the time, so there was no reason for the staff member to be so unpleasant to deal with. My family and I were traveling from out of state and not familiar with the area. When we asked about local restaurants for dinner the staff member told us that she was not able to help us and that we would need to look online for restaurant information. Then when we got to our room, it was the wrong type of room. Not what we had reserved! When we had hauled all of our luggage back downstairs and explained the mistake, the staff member continued to be rude and had an attitude because she had to reassign us a room. It was very obvious that this employee did not enjoy her job. I do not recommend this hotel simply because of how we were treated by the staff.

It’s a nice place. Nothing special. Good breakfast good rooms decent location. Nothing wrong with the hotel or room just nothing special either. Was quiet and bed was comfortable and the tv/shower worked, that’s about all I cared about. So fit my needs fine. Not talking bad about the place absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel, slept well and had no issues when I checked in the guy was nice and took care of me quickly. It’s just nothing fancy that says it’s worth couple hundred bucks a night.
