Advertised as having a restaurant and a pool. It had neither. The restaurant was torn down and the pool was filled in with cinders. Dirty room, thin walls and ceiling. So noisy with drunken neighbors and profanity laced domestic fights, I didn't sleep barely at all.

We checked in, and left DID NOT STAY. There was a truck on blocks in the parking lot, that appeared as it had been there a while. The walls were filthy, the ceiling had water damage & looked like it could fall in, the security lock was missing. This was more of an “apartment complex” than a motel. No card required at check-in, but there was a sign requiring a cash deposit. We were not asked to leave a deposit. The positive I can say, is that the front desk was friendly/nice when we checked in.

After checking in found out that a lot of crack heads do business here. The ac in the room wasnt working, we had a chair with a missing arm, stairs to go up to the second floor were in disarray. Pillows were garbage, the bathroom was not in good shape,

It got a star for the new flooring, but everything else needed upgrades. Needs paint, recaulking, better furniture for, better maid service, washing linens and bedding, plumbing finishes, replacing bent window screens etc. parking lot and concrete areas around property need attention, stairs and landings appear to be plywood, huh. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly.

This property is in area with homeless routinely wandering through. A dumpster on property was being dug through off and on all night by the homeless. Property is quite old. They are trying to update but not doing a good job at it. Workers are onsite and constantly all around. No amenities at all. Way overpriced for what you get. Did not feel safe and worried about our vehicle all night. Would never stay here again.

There was construction happening at the property so what I was expecting wasnt the same as the photos. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I am from out of town and was warned to be careful in Marysville. Luckily I felt pretty safe and it was convenient to have a 24hr gas station across the street for snacks.

The hotel overall was dirty and had a very strong smell of bad air freshener like they didn't clean the bed sheets but rather sprayed air freshener on it. The hotel room walls were very dirty, and everything in the room was outdated and over used. There was also blood on the floor of the bathroom and when pointed out to management he said it was ketchup,

The place is low priced and ok. Needs work and repairs. The air conditioner sets off fire alarm and has a burning smell when using heat. As it is cold this part of the year, it was pretty cold in the room. The bathtub needs repair, the tub is peeling like paint and kind of dirty. Took a shower but it was kind of freezing in the room without heat.

Good- easy check in, gentleman was pleasant, food and gas station across the street, close to freeway, close to the hard rock which is why I was staying here. Bad- noisy, small tv, horrible water pressure, bathroom was kinda gross, no toilet seat thought that was odd, beds were squeaky, some stains on the bedding. Bottom line you get what you pay for.

Front desk kid was super nice and check in was easy. The issues were upstairs in the room. Bugs on the floor and walls, nice sized cockroach and hairs on the bed, and the ceiling was falling in in the shower…I walked down to the office and the first thing the clerk said was “want a refund?” Haha um yes please!!!

The environment of this place doesn't seem to be the safest and if traveling alone I would rather paid more for other places but if you are on a budget and need a place to stay then this inn would work. The AC is on the far side of the room too so in summer it can get really hot.

The location is not easy to find, we used google maps navigation but it just keep circling around and missed the property until we see the sign of peach city inn while we passing through on the street. We had request downstairs room but the manager told us Expedia never told them what customers requested! Luckily they got one room and ground level for us but with high platform bed which is very inconvenient and unsafe for my 94 years old mom and us. We have to help her up for pee several times during the night just to get off the bed! Also killed a tiny roach on my bed and a spider on the sink counter! One good thing is the price is inexpensive and close to the hardrock casino that we want to visit and stay for one night.

This place is on the real--you're not going to get any bells and whistles but the front desk guy that checked me in was wonderful and the place hosts quite a cast of characters. My peeps and I fit right in and we hit the Taco Bell right next door before heading to WEEN!
