No elevator but you only had to go up two flights of stairs. A/C was loud, had to keep fan on to get use to the noise, if not each time it would come on it would wake us up. It was clean and the staff were nice. Breakfast coupon was a nice touch and the restaurant was within walking distance.

Property and room was clean and quiet. The only downside is the internet is very slow and I needed to use my personal hotspot. Also, there is not elevator but for me was not a problem, but maybe for others it could be a problem if they have more luggage.

We looked for a place close to Falls Creeks Falls and it advertised it on Expedia as 18 miles away - and sd it was the closes . It is not and it was over an hour away. Totaling over 3 hours drive time getting there a then to the park. Super frustrating . Then you have to leave for the breakfast . There is no carts to assist with luggage. And no pull up to not carry so far . It was very inconvenient .

Property was surprisingly comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Room had no smells or anything. It was pretty pleasant. The breakfast setup was nice too. It’s not a Hilton or some 5 diamond resort so if that’s your bar, I’d keep moving along. But it does the essentials well and my daughter and I were comfortable. Overall I’d definitely stay there again.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The person who checked us in, I believe was the owner maybe(?), he was very kind and hospitable! Asked me if I wanted a wake up call, or breakfast in the morning! He was very sweet! The rooms were a lot bigger than I thought they’d be, and it didn’t disappoint! A lot of channels on the TV, and the rooms and bathroom were VERY CLEAN. I was very comfortable my entire stay here and I would for sure stay again!

A really nice place to stay. Rooms are more like studio apartments with a "living area" which makes them less like a motel room. Very clean and tidy. For breakfast you have to collect a voucher and present it at the diner next door in order for you get the complimentary meal. They will not serve you without the voucher. Reasonable choice of hot food.

Advertised free breakfast. Got a coupon for one egg, one slice of bacon and two biscuits at a neighboring diner. Got one coupon for the first morning and none for the next two mornings. Housekeeping kept hiding the in-room coffee. Outside access to the hotel hallway was never locked. Limited TV - heart of the SEC and no SEC Network.

The room was very clean. The given toiletries could do for an upgrade, but they were fine and did the job. I did not have their coffee. I brought my K-Cup. I always bring a K-Cup Brewer so that I can have my own coffee. Breakfast was delicious. You got a coupon for a local diner. You could choose from three different breakfasts. It's a short walk away. Was excellent. Parking was great. They do not have an elevator but it's only two stories Would definitely recommend someone to stay there. Our interaction with the staff was always pleasant. I rate it five stars definitely.
