호텔 방은 청결 했으나 어두운편이었고 창이 없어 좀 답답했다. 객실 밖에 정원은 아름다운 편이어서 아침식사 할 때 야외에서 경치를 즐겼다. 아침식사는 매우 간단한 편이었으나 커피가 맛있었다. 위치는 담양에 메타세콰이어 펜션 구역에서 아주 편리한 위치에 있었다.

색다른 숙소라는 느낌이 들었던 첫인상과 친절한 응대가 좋았음. 그런데 시설에 대한 점검과 보수가 필요. 안쪽 침실 에어컨은 소음이 너무 심해 사용할 수 없었고 거실 에어컨 만으로는 전체를 시원하게 하기 어려웠음. 헤어드라이어는 앞부분이 파손된 채 방치되어 있었음. 직원이 휴가 중이라면서 2박을 하는데 객실 정리를 할수 없다고… 커다란 비닐에 타올과 생수를 넣어 방문 앞에 두고 감. (쓰레기 비우기와 바닥 청소를 부.탁.하여 해주기는 했지만 호텔 숙박하면서 이런 경우는…ㅜㅜ ) 아침식사는... 바게트 종류의 빵에 커피 또는 오렌지주스 가 다임. 식사보다는 간식이라고 보는게 맞다는 생각. 재방문의사 없음.
