Rooms were clean and well organized. Staff was friendly. Great soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotions and in cool dispensers. Breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed the lobby lounge games for relaxation outside the room. Location very convenient to get to Syracuse and other local towns.

It was great, but when I called to see if they had coin laundry or a pool, I was told yes all properties have them. When I asked they said they had neither. The pool wasn’t necessary but the coin operated washer was.

Great place to stay if you have kids. They have a game area and lots of space to relax in the lobby. The rooms are spacious for a hotel room with storage the your things. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and check-in was smooth and painless. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room itself was not clean though the general facilities seemed in decent standing. Bedsheets looked like someone slept in them as they were wrinkled (and I found crumbs and pieces of dirt) and fridge had a residue and terrible smell. I had to shower before an event and it still had a hair in drain. I was uncomfortable staying there as a result and did not sleep the night.

The front desk employee was very nice checking us in. The facility is very clean neat the breakfast was above most and a nice variety. The pillows and bed were extremely comfortable and the shower was new and sparkling clean! I loved everything about it and would definitely stay sgsin

Overall, this hotel was fine. The property is quite new, and is conveniently located next to a large shopping, dining, and entertainment center (including a Costco and movie theatre). The breakfast itself was very decent and breakfast staff were super helpful. My biggest concern was over the cleanliness of the room itself. There were a lot of crumbs from previous guests visible in the bed frame/along the mattress (gross to think of previous guests eating in bed). The duvet cover (which was white) had obvious filth on it, and when I lifted the mattress up to check for bugs (given all the crumbs) there were unsightly stains all over it, which I found disturbing). I also found that the bedside tables had not been cleaned (and I don’t mean dust), so I cleaned the furniture myself using Lysol wipes that I was lucky enough to have in the car. For these reasons, I did not bother to request housekeeping services during my stay (2 nights).

The room was extremely dirty with hair and visible stains on the furniture and bed and also a large brown smear on the head of the bed. The shower also as visibly dirty so much that I did not feel safe to use it. The building was extremely loud and I had to bring it up to the desk person several different times. I took pictures of the horrible conditions if needed.

We stayed here 1 night because it was close to my class reunion. I stay at Hiltons often, but this is not what I expected for the ridiculous price. (The price was not normal. Obviously Increased because of the car show this weekend). Two Queen beds, but Very small room. No place for suitcase. No closet. Just a hanging bar with a couple hangers, with mini frig underneath. Mini ironing board, which was Hanging on the wall above mini frig. 1 nightstand between the beds. Not a typical Hilton. On a good note. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Hailey was super friendly. I told Her I had to checkout at 4:30 am and would not be able to have breakfast. She put a bagel and some fruit in a bag for me and I got it when I checked out. It was so nice. It set the tone for the whole day. She’s a keeper!

With the exception of the lack of follow-through from Hotels.com, it was a five-star property. The staff was exceptional and first-rate when Hotels.com messed up our reservation. They made sure my family was comfortable and offered to book us a room at our price promised. They worked hard for us until we were comfortably in our room and made all of the corrections that should have been done by Hotels.com. It is not that I am unhappy with them completely, they usually do a good job. I just don't like being asked to switched hotels and then do not follow through with making the changes THEY asked us to make. Fortunately, the Hilton Corporation did a fantastic job to make up for it.

Love all of the Tru hotels--clean, modern, nice amenities and lounge/game area. And the most creative marketing. Rooms are bright & clean with cool features. Especially love the lemon body wash. Great breakfast with fresh yogurt and lots of options. One of the best free breakfasts at a hotel chain

Excellent all arount other than glitch on the Saturday breakfast where eggs, sausage, plates, cups , donuts became in short supply by 9:20am for breakfast that was to end at 10AM. Seems they under planned for the day. BUT I would certainly go back.

Overall it was a good stay. I thought the sound proofing was better than most. The breakfast was very basic and barely edible as far as quality. The pancake machine was out of order, they ran out of orange juice before 9, and there was no coffee for nearly a half an hour, leading to an upset guest having a temper tantrum. We decided to go out for food instead because the breakfast was so poor. Everything else was very satisfactory.

My room had a view of the Costco side of building- blank. The room was lacking in comfort (poor lighting, no desk chair, bed was like sleeping on the ground, blanket and sheets were thin), the “free breakfast” was a disaster (recycled eggs, sausages and oatmeal 3 days in a row, no yogurts or fruit) and the trash was only sporadically emptied but usually overflowing. Dump. However, the understaffed desk crew did try to be pleasant and assist with the many shortcomings of this bare bones (literally!) hotel. Find somewhere else to stay.

Our stay at this hotel was ok at best. The cleanliness of room and bathroom were good. The hotel seemed to be in good repair. The staff member at check in did not explain anything about the hotel amenities. The heat in the room seemed to shut off in the middle of the night. The bathroom only had scalding hot water in the sink and shower one morning. When we reported it to the front desk, it was a known issue. The breakfast was disappointing. The coffee consistently ran out in the morning. The coffee syrups provided were CoffeeMate and not Monin as shown in all of the advertising. No fruit or yogurt was provided at breakfast. The food provided at breakfast did not vary for our entire four night stay.
