The room and bathroom were extremely clean. We were disappointed because we expected there to be a pool, which we thought would kill some time for our young child. Unfortunately, the pool is closed and it is our understanding that it has been closed for several weeks. Additionally, breakfast options were limited and expensive for what they were in our opinion.

We booked this property specifically for the pool amenities. The indoor pool room was freezing, and the jacuzzi didn’t work. My kids wouldn’t even get in the water it was so cold. Our room was adequate, but even when you turned the air/heater off it still kicked on and blew cold air out of it every 15 minutes keeping us all awake, and all of us cold all night. Wouldn’t stay again!

Convenient location just off I-95; easy parking; easy check-in; clean; bar service in the evening; very good breakfast service in the morning with Starbucks coffee and sit-down breakfast order service delivered to the table. Rooms are good sized; clean; have nice TV and bathroom amenities. It is located in a newer development with some very good restaurants, shopping, and Urgent Care right across the parking lot. There are some very nice walking areas in and around walkways on adjacent apartment complexes. And the local T rail and Amtrak are right there if you are travellling or need to get to Boston. My only complaint is the breakfast area needs more attention to cleaning the tables after each sitting. I found most tables dirty as I was sitting down for breakfast Overall, it's a great place for business, families, or leisure travel to the Boston suburbs

The property is under construction, that was not anywhere on their website . The food and bar service was very understaffed and the breakfast which was paid for as an extra -was non exisistent. The cook one day was very late and the next morning no cook showed up for work. The hotel staff offered no sort of credit due to the renovations and lack of help. The location is what worked

This hotel is decent and in a good location but every time i stay there one of the 2 elevators is broken. Of the 5'times I stayed there i haven't seen both operational and one time both elevators were broken and i had to walk up and down the stairs for a long weekend to the 4th floor. They need a new elevator contractor its a 4 story building and there is no excuse for the constant issues.

Our stay was pleasant and the staff was very nice. Our only complaint was that we chose this place because it had a pool, but we were told the pool was vlused for repairs whwn we checked in. There should be a way of letting people kniw this when they are booking. This is the third time this has happened to us at a marriott ptpperty.

Great Stay, but the hot tub was broken. There were a few nice staff members. A lady with long hair and the tall gentlemen with glasses. Other two ladies didn’t know how to smile. The bartender was amazing and so was the housekeeper Maria. I’d stay again if the hot tub worked.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. Room was immaculate, staff was friendly and attentive and there was plenty of parking. Loved that you could walk to shopping, restaurants and Starbucks. We will be back!

We left the property! Huge bleach stain on bathroom wall. Masking tape holding wall paper together. Just horrible. Who knows what we could not see if that’s what I saw in 2 minutes. Gross! Do not stay here.

Staff at front desk was so nice and room is huge and has windows on two sides. But I took a bath right before I went to bed and my gosh there is a huge mess on the door frame on the back of the bathroom door. I wouldn’t have seen it if I was not sitting in the tub with The door closed but what a hideous mess it is. If they had a night crew to clean I would call them up but it’s 930 on a Saturday night so I’ll just let it go since I leave tomorrow. But really not pleasant.

Convenient location near a family function. Room was spotless. Bathroom great shower and lighting. Refrig in room helpful. Microwave in lobby but not used. Many options for food near University Ave and self parking in and out easy. Train station /Amtrak is adjacent to hotel. We are light sleepers but early risers. We stayed Sunday night departing Monday and yes we heard train at 6 am. if you were heading into Boston this location would be ideal.

The hotel room was extremely orderly, spacious, and clean. The walls are not sound proofed so be aware of noisy guests. The front desk staff were not friendly but were efficient.

The room was, overall, pretty good — clean and nicely laid out with plenty of space for 2 people. The shower was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The area was quiet, there was plenty of parking available, and traffic wasn’t bad in this part of town. A few small downsides: the pillows weren’t very comfortable, the room felt warmer than the thermostat indicated, and there was no microwave in the room. Still, it was a pleasant experience overall, and I’d consider staying here again.

It's a pretty standard Courtyard. It's in good shape and the location was ideal for us. The issues we had were small ones. Note that it is next to an Amtrak station so you'll hear trains from time to time. Both light bulbs in the bedside light on one side were out. They're nonstandard and the desk didn't have any but offered to send maintenance in the morning. We checked out before that mattered. I swapped one over from the other light. Not a big deal but points to a quality control issue. Bathroom fan stays on all the time. Lots of hotels doing this because it reduces mildew. Fine, but this one was noisy enough that we had to keep the door closed, which meant the bathroom didn't get the heat from the room. Again, not a big deal but a quality control issue. Overall was fine for us, though any hotel in New England in the fall is priced ridiculously and this was no exception. Not a good value, but on par with what else was in the region for the same days.

Nice hotel. I am a bed guy. The beds here were ok. Not the best even on this short trip though. Also there was some signs of wear in the room with rust coming through on some of the door frames.

We reserved a room in November of 2023 for August 24, 2024 for Kenny Chesney’s concert. The day of the concert we checked in around 10am knowing we would not get to our room until after the concert. We were told everything was good, we’ll call you when your room is ready. We arrived about 1:30am after the concert and we were told “we have bad news”. They had no rooms even though we reserved months ahead and checked in that morning. Oh, they got us a room at another place 20 miles away. Seriously! You gave our room away and didn't care less. Poor customer service!

On 19.June we arrived early and the person who greeted us, also checked to see if our room was ready and available. The room was ready and she promptly checked us in, explained the amenities and helped us on our way. She was absolutely fabulous. Kind, courteous and so wonderful; professional with the right mix of social engagement. Also the Young Man who was working at the Bistro that evening was just as warm and pleasant; professional yet friendly and sociable. Two outstanding members of your team!

When we checked in ,we were asked if we wanted housekeeping, we said yes. We stayed from Friday through Monday, they never cleaned the room. We called the front desk everyday for towels . The supervisor were not friendly at all. The 2 guys had an attitude and was yelling , they were very rude.

We requested a cot upon arrival because we were told our room had a couch bed. It did not. The cot never arrived. We asked 5 more times and they never brought it. At 2am we asked again as we were getting tired. They said they would bring it up. At 2:30 am i went to my pick up and took outcthe air mattress for the bed of my truck and carried it to our room. No apologies nothing and they never during our stay provided us with the cot

I have stayed here several times and hope to again. It is right off I 95 and only steps from the train. I park my car and easily get to Boston on the commuter train- a short walk across the parking lot

No room service for the 3 days we were there. Trash in hallway left the whole time. Had to wait 5-10 minutes to get service at front desk. No breakfast available. Don’t do that anymore
