The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was great. Only negative comment was that the property had closed the pool and hot tub for maintenance. I was choosing this hotel over others in area because of the hot tub. The website should have noted that the hotel was closing the pool/hot tub area for whatever time period that it will be closed. Not fair to its customers if they dont tell them there is a problem until after they check in. Dissapointed!!

. Breakfast was great! But I wish they had bacon every day, not just on certain days. Bacon should be a staple! . The waffle machine is a hit. . Love the fresh fruit offerings. . Coffee in the lobby full time is terrific. . Cookies in the lobby in the afternoon a great idea! . We liked the gym, pool and jacuzzi, a very nice, clean area. . Nice, easy parking, but and EV charger(s) is needed.

I always enjoy staying at a Hampton Inn, especially when traveling with my family. Everything at this Hampton was up to standard, except for the pool area. I would not normally mind, but when you choose a hotel like a Hampton, and pay extra so your kids can enjoy a swim after a week of camping in the parks, and they are psyched up for that, it is hard to see their disappointment. The pool was so green with algie that could not bring ourselves to get in. The whirlpool was down for maintenance. We complained to the GM but the next morning it was all the same. If you have kids that want to swim, I would look for anther place!

The rooms were in need of serious maintenance. The linen’s were threadbare and falling apart. But the biggest disappointment was the lack of storage space in the rooms to unpack anything. There were no dressers, very limited closet space and not even a space to set the suitcase on. Living out of the suitcase open on the floor was unacceptable. On the bright side the pool was nice and breakfast was hot, even if mostly premade somewhere else. Good waffle counter. Plenty of parking.

We booked this property so the kids could relax in the pool. The hot tub was broken and the pool heater not working. Frustrating as if we had know that ahead of time we would have cancelled our reservation.

I have stayed here a few times. It's a good hotel and reasonably priced. There were two issues this time: 1) The water in my first room was just tepid, so I had a couple of rather uncomfortable showers. Initially I turned down the offer to change rooms because I was settled in, and they made an attempt to fix the problem, but it didn't result in much hotter water. So I accepted their offer to change rooms and troom hat was done well. 2) My bathroom smelled of mold. I have a pretty sensitive nose for it. Room 226. I could see that there was some water damage to the wallpaper near the floor and that's probably where the source of the smell was from. But the bathroom needs to be stripped, cleaned and sealed around the shower enclosure. Other than that my stay was good.

While the hotel staff was and accommodating. We were surprised to wake up after our first night there and found a bedbug on the bed. We immediately went downstairs and alerted management of it. They did move us rooms and only refunded one night of the two night stay. The condition of the hotel room is not what I would expect for the price.

Amazing staff, very tasty breakfast, and safe entrance and parking. The only downside is the cleanliness, I found hairs that were not mine in between the bed sheets and there were snacks in the pantry that were left from the people before us. But overall I would recommend.

The rooms are very dark due to cheap lamps and bulbs. We could not see!! Put a lamp in the ceiling so when it's needed by the paying customers, they can see. No thoughts were given to the bathroom as a 4" faucet sink that gets more water on the counters than down the sink that makes a constant watery mess. Toilet so close to the wall it was a faceplant on the wall to wipe our butts. Mind you, area for toilet was wide enough if it were centered. The beds were hard, old, too high for some folks. Memory foam is the way to go

One of our rooms was obviously a room they don’t normally use. There was no phone or hair dryer. They did bring one when I asked. The room was next to the kitchen so there was a lot of noise at 5:00am and the air conditioner was squeaking all the time!! The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

We arrived late on may 26, after getting stranded at the airport. The night clerk was a very nice young fella and very helpful and understanding. He even provided us some toohpaste and brushes. Since we didnt have or baggage from the airport. He helpped make our situation less stressful.

This hotel has the best staff anywhere. Employees were friendly, helpful, and always available to help. They were happy to assist with any need you had and were cheerful. I can’t say enough about the staff. Facilities were immaculate and very comfortable. Highly recommend this property. Best stay we had during a two week long trip.

Stayed here Christmas Eve while in town visiting family. Front desk gave us a key early afternoon, even though we weren’t going to get into our room until 10 pm. Was so nice just to walk right in and go to bed.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. The only negative was that a crazy, homeless person was screaming outside our window for 1 1/2 hrs. The first time the police came and told him not to trespass but he returned and continued screaming. The second time the police came they took him away. Apparently this happens about 3x/week especially in the winter because the hospital across the street discharges them and they come over to the hotel. Otherwise the staff and accommodations are excellent.

This property is clean and very quiet regarding outside noise. It could use some internal sound dampening, but really, it was pleasantly quiet. The breakfast left something to be desired..oatmeal was more water than oats type stuff. I would recommend anyway and hope they put more into their breakfasts as do the other Hampton Inn in which I e stayed. Thanks Hilton!

Huge room. Mini fridge, microwave. Very clean. Had a problem with the tv and someone was there to fix it within 5 mins. Staff was amazing. The breakfast was great. We will stay there again!
