Ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel direkt im Zentrum. Leider sind zu wenig Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage vorhanden…und können auch nicht reserviert werden.

Habe eine Fahrradtour gemacht und war in insgesamt 3 Hotels in Koblenz. Dieses Hotel hat mir am Besten gefallen. Zentrale Lage, es gab einen Platz Fahrräder, gutes Barangebot, angenehmes Zimmer und freundliche Rezeption.

The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance from shops and the 'old town'. Staff were great, particularly Tengo in the bar who had some great recommendations. They don't allow motorcycles in their garage for some reason, but allow you to park around the back of the hotel for free. It seemed safe and secure enough, but the garage would have been more convenient. Only other thing is finding the place for the first time. Local building work has the road closed at one end, access is through what appears to be a pedestrian zone. This could have been made clear at booking.

Super Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Das Parkhaus mit direktem Hotelzugang ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Frühstück ebenfalls von hoher Qualität. Wir kommen wieder.

Fint beliggende hotell i Koblenz. Ca 800 m til Deutscher Eck. Litt vrien tilkjøring pga sykkel og gangveier. Parkering i garasje under hotellet for 20 Euro for en dag. Grei frokost. Dusj uten klatrehindringer

Just stayed 2 nights with my boyfriend. Check-in was quick. We were early and were able to check-in earlier for a €15 fee. Location is great. Beautiful hotel. Bed was so comfortable. Only "negative" things are the tv (only german/dubbed channels. And the parking garage under the hotel has a fee which it doesn'tsay on hotels.com or on the sign when entering the garage. . On the sign it says "hotel guests only" and to report at the reception. Nothing about a fee, so we were under the impression that it was included. We got charged almost €40 for parking.. That was a bit disappointing since it was unexpected. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Die Zimmer sind eher klein und haben eine offene Dusche, was vielleicht Geschmacksache ist, mir allerdings nicht gefällt. In unserem Zimmer gab es deutliche Verschmutzungen des Teppichs. The location of the hotel and staff were friendly. We noticed our room(221) had several fruit flies/gnats on the sunny window, so the room could have been freshened up before pur stay. The rest of the room was clean, and the bed comfortable overall. The breakfast service was excellent both days. We would stay again, especially with the friendly and helpful staff.

We had originally booked one night at the hotel, but wanted to stay for a second. The hotel was fully booked but the team very kindly phoned when a room became available for us. We were so grateful. The hotel is lovely - extremely comfortable and a good location. Nice bar area and good breakfast which is reasonably priced. It would be good to have a kettle and fridge in the rooms.

Die Parkgebühr ist etwas höher als im Buchungsportal angegeben. Die Zimmer sind eher basic : Keine Kofferablage, nur offene Fächer für Gepäck und Garderobe. Die Kopfkissen sind zwar reichlich, aber knubbelig und das Innenleben quillt heraus. Die Decken sind ziemlich klein. Der Blick vom Bett auf die nackte Anthrazit-farbene Wand ist ungemütlich. Das Bad ist prima; vor allem wegen der Trennung von Dusche und Toilette.

The only reason we would not give it a 5 is that the air conditioning was not on yet and it was extremely warm in the room. They did provide a small fan which did help. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Everything was very clean and staff are exceptionally friendly. Good breakfast room options, but website does not tell you how much breakfast costs when booking. Only concern was air conditioning not working in the room. The room stayed about 85F all night which made sleeping very uncomfortable. We arrived so late at night that by the time we were in bed and noticed the room was not cooling, we were to tired to pack up and ask for another room. We were on ground floor, so did not feel safe opening patio door all night to fool room dowm. No windows other than the patio door.

Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre Nähe zur Koblenzer Altstadt und dem Bus-Umsteige-Bahnhof Zentralplatz. Unser Zimmer war ruhig und komfortabel, das Bett vielleicht etwas zu weich, ich habe aber jede Nacht (anfangs etwas unerwartet) sehr gut in ihm geschlafen. Toll war auch die große Dusche und deren räumliche Trennung von der Toilette.

Zimmer etwas minimalistisch und Aussicht zum Hof nicht wirklich schön. Aber insgesamt ein gutes Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt.

Finding the hotel was a breeze. Checking in was quick and easy. The person who checked us is in was friendly and provided us with a map and directions to the main haupstrasse district and attractions. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was great with many options. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay again here. Highly recommended.

It was a good stay at sander Hotel in Koblenz. The hotel room cleaning folks were a little overzealous at arriving at 7:55 a.m. to clean rooms. The hotel was nicely located to restaurants, shops and attractions, and the room was fine.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen, auch wenn für uns die Matratzen etwas zu weich waren. Aber das ist ja individuell. Das Frühstück ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig und die Cocktails am Abend waren auch sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist noch das super freundliche Personal!

Das Einchecken hat viel zu lange gedauert. Es kann sich immer nur ein Gast mit Hilfe eines Tablets anmelden. Das dauert sehr lange. Wir hatten bei Buchung ein Kingsize Bett bei expedia angegeben, haben aber ein Zimmer mit einem Bett der Breite 1,60m bekommen. Auf Rückfrage hieß es, das bei der Buchung bei Ihnen keine Wahl der Bettengröße möglich sei. Uns wurde dann ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Das Bett war sehr gut. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war ohne Funktion. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Dame beim Einchecken war unfreundlich und frech.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war ohne Funktion. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Dame beim Einchecken war unfreundlich und frech.

The property was incredible clean and tidy. The bed was large and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast and bar, so overall a nice hotel. Only complaint was the check-in and especially check-out process took a long time. Having two people at the reception would have helped a lot.

The property was wonderful. Clean and in a great location. One girl on reception was rude, nasty and actually rolled her eyes at us. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my travels. I would not stay there again.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Zentrale Lage - kurze Wege. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Empfang, Einchecken und Zimmer waren TOP. Das Frühstück sensationell. Es wurde so schnell alles nach- und aufgefüllt, dass man es gar nicht bemerkte. Reichhaltig, nachhaltig und superfrisch !!! Ganz toll fand ich persönlich den Waffelautomaten :-) Kommen sehr gerne wieder und nur zu empfehlen.

The location of this Hotel was perfect for the first time visitor, we could walk easily to attractions shopping etc. Parking and breakfast at the hotel were both very good but were an additional fee. The rooms were on the small side but provided all the amenities that we needed. I would stay there again!
