Everything was fantastic, food, cleanliness, staff, the hotel. The lift broke on the first day of our stay. The second lift broke the next day. I have mobility issues and service dogs so i required help to get up and down the stairs. The Hampton by Hilton staff were all fantastic, however their were staff assisting disabled guests staying in the hotel. My son and i had 3 bad encounters with them. They were very rude and unpleasant. I believe they worked for Limitless as thats what their tops said.

Great room with a nice sea view. Quiet despite being on the main road. Large restaurant made Breakfast nice and easy. Big car park at the back of the hotel but was lucky and got free parking out front.

For a Hilton brand this is well below of that standard. Only one lift out two was working, TVs had no signal, breakfast was very average and got too busy. Rooms was smaller than expected. Parking for £17 a day is way above surrounding area. Close to Pleasure Beach but need a tram to get to city centre.

Our 2nd visit to this hotel and sadly our last. The first time we stayed we had a couple of issues however overall it was ok, however unfortunately this time we felt let down. The room had a bad odour and was dirty with stains on the carpet and curtains. The tiled floor grout in the bathroom was dirty and in desperate need of a clean or re-grouting. There was a big dent in the wall behind our bed as if something had been thrown at it. The bed was uncomfortable and definitely not the queen size bed we was expecting. We noticed on the floor that we were staying that someone had trod in something that looked like dog mess and had wiped there shoe on the carpet by the lift entrance. This was there from 11 am on the Saturday and still there Sunday morning when we went for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful but the lounge area by the bar was again dirty. The corner sofas were completely covered in food and drinks stains. The ceiling above the bar area had obviously has a leak or something that had stained the ceiling and was in need of a lick of paint. So I’m sorry but at £130 a night there’s plenty of other options in Blackpool and I for one will be taking them up. Overall it’s a definite no for me for the Hampton by Hilton 4/10

Checked in early which was great. Had to ring reception as soon as we got in the room as it was a Family room to sleep three with sofa bed which wasn’t made up neither was there enough shower towels for us. The room was clearly prepped for two people despite me being told they’d not got to do the bed yet. Surely if the room was ready for us to check into the bed should be ready. I had to ring reception again, this time for extra towels, we left the room to go out and on return had to ring again at 6pm for towels again. The room wasn’t big enough for three people and not enough storage for all our bags and shoes etc. The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. Breakfast was a good selection but the plates and mugs didn’t seem very clean. I picked up a dish that felt like it had remnants of the dishwasher stuck to it and a mug the same. I picked up a second mug which had dried green stuff around the top and dried coffee stains down the side of it. This put me off a coffee so didn’t have one. Overall I don’t think the room was worth the amount paid unfortunately and I wouldn’t stay again.

The reception staff are very friendly and efficient, but that where it ends. the whole hotel or at least the parts we saw is very grubby, corridor and room carpets are stained, window sill are dusty. The car park is chaos and appears to be permanently full. The breakfast is an absolute free for all with limited or no heathy options, very little fruit and just mounds of fried food. I appreciate this is a personal preference but people are just piling their plates up and leaving loads of it, its just waste !.

A good hotel for Blackpool. The carpets in the corridors need cleaned but other than that the hotel is pretty clean. It is very busy in the breakfast area and can be a bit noisy in the room at times, we had screaming kids next door quite early, but that’s not the hotels fault. Check-in was quick and easy. Welcoming and friendly staff. Were always happy to help with any requests. Nice, spacious and clean rooms. Hardly any outdoor (outside or corridor) noise. Matresses were on the medium to hard side but still comfy. In room AC was appreciated. Plenty of towels, toiletries, and refreshments on the tray. Kettle, hair dryer iron and ironing board available in room as well as the option for dry cleaning/laundry. Tv available but not all channels were working. We always carry a tv adapter cable with us though so were able to connect our phone and watch netflix. Breakfast was busy but well run. Vast selection of food and drinks available and frequently refilled. Also nice food selection available on an evening. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and will return on our next trip to Blackpool.

Clean and spacious room with comfy bed and ample storage for clothes. Iron and hair dryer worked perfectly. Spacious shower cubicle with plenty of hot, high pressure water, and complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast is buffet style with a great choice of full English and continental ingredients, including a waffle maker for the kids. Stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t fault the place. Value for what we paid and would definitely re-book.

Poor experience. Paid £17 for car park overnight. Paid for a premium family room which was opposite the gym. Didn’t have a wink of sleep. Banging all night. Walls like paper. No window could be opened at all and air con was faulty so humidity was awful. Had to walk through the restaurant to get to the room and there were dirty plates on the tables for over 2 hours. Not cleared and the place wasn’t busy. Wouldn’t return.

The room was modern and comfortable with a lovely shower and bathroom, the chrome was all polished. Bed very comfortable and large TV on the wall. The hotel was very quiet at night. The bar area was clean and spacious with a good selection of drinks and food. We ordered toasties which were made with cheap white bread and were soggy on one side due to the salad being next to it but otherwise ok. Breakfast was plentyful and nicely cooked with a good selection of cereal, fruit yoghurt etc. The hotel windows were very dirty which spoiled the view outside so not worth the upgrade to sea view this is due to being so close to the beach with sand blowing against the building. Car park is £17 per 24 hours but if you can find a space in front of the hotel it's free

Lovely hotel. Exceptional clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and well presented. Air conditioning did not work as it was showing a fault code on the wall display, so we could not heat or cool room to our liking. Bed mattress was very firm and a bit uncomfortable at times. Room TV remote control batteries were flat on arrival, and were changed by staff upon request. Staff at hotel were really lovely, always kind, polite and helpful. Bar was very good with a good choice of reasonably priced drinks. Breakfast was very tasty, good quality and plenty to choose from. The breakfast area layout was frustrating, as the queue for hot food run right across the serving area and out into the seated area. This was frustrating as it blocked off the 'cold items' which were on a middle island servery and made it very difficult to get items from there or use the hot drinks machines. In fairness it was a busy Sunday morning and we had no problems on the next two days. The hotel felt safe at all times, and no issues with any noise. The location was excellent, with a tram stop just a few minutes walk to take you into the centre of Blackpool. Would I stay again? Most certainly I would!
Lovely hotel. Exceptional clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and well presented. Air conditioning did not work as it was showing a fault code on the wall display, so we could not heat or cool room to our liking. Bed mattress was very firm and a bit uncomfortable at times. Room TV remote control batteries were flat on arrival, and were changed by staff upon request. Staff at hotel were really lovely, always kind, polite and helpful. Bar was very good with a good choice of reasonably priced drinks. Breakfast was very tasty, good quality and plenty to choose from. The breakfast area layout was frustrating, as the queue for hot food run right across the serving area and out into the seated area. This was frustrating as it blocked off the 'cold items' which were on a middle island servery and made it very difficult to get items from there or use the hot drinks machines. Came here in Jan 2024 and was very impressed so booked again this Jan. Not at all as good - staff were very friendly but it was very short staffed. My room would have been left uncleaned for a second day if I had not asked for it to be done. Even then, I had to ask a second time on the second day before it was completed. Reception staff clearly tried their best to communicate with the cleaning staff, so I cannot fault the reception team. Pity.

Unfortunately when we arrived we were stuck in a very long queue to check in, we ended waiting for just under an hour. When we finally got to the desk everything was being done manually due to issues with technology. We were given a room key that had two different room numbers on it which was confusing. When we tried to get in to the room a member of staff said was ours we couldn't as the room key didn't work at all so the staff member had to let us in with a master key. My partner had to go back down to reception as we had no cutlery in the room and the room key still didn't work. The room had stains on the curtains and the draw unit was missing handles so was hard to open. Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay due to all the issues and believe me I don't like to complain

My wife and I had a quick overnight stay with friends. We were allowed to check in at 11:30am which saved a lot of time later in the day. The receptionist was really good as our friends had arrived and booked a room the previous night in addition to my booking for all of us for 1 night. She managed to keep our friends in the room they had booked the previous night which saved them having to change rooms. She did very well and it was much appreciated.

Having stayed at Hilton and Hampton hotels the full length of Britain and abroad, this stay at the Blackpool Hampton by Hilton ranks up there with the worst. I've never encountered a front of service reception staff, so inept, Rude and dismissive of a recurring problem . Very poor communication skills and overall lack of customer service

Wonderful stay as always, comfy, clean and cosy. Made even better by the most friendliest staff member Kay, who always had a warm welcome every time. No management visible and there to welcome us as guests or say hello while walking around restaurant, bar or reception area was a weird concept, unlike before. We had flown in from the USA arriving early at the property (4hrs) before check in and the young man on reception organised the room to be cleaned so that we could have an early check in which really helped us out with our jet lag. Just a 5 minute walk to the pleasure beach and easy access to the tram system.

Great hotel for the price. Air conditioning worked fine, plenty of free parking just outside the hotel so no need to pay for the hotels own parking. It’s literally on the beach and a 10 minute walk from the south pier and water park. Perfect for kids.

Breakfast is buffet style with a great choice of full English and continental ingredients, including a waffle maker for the kids. Stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t fault the place. Value for what we paid and would definitely re-book.

The reception staff are very friendly and efficient, but that where it ends. the whole hotel or at least the parts we saw is very grubby, corridor and room carpets are stained, window sill are dusty. The car park is chaos and appears to be permanently full. The breakfast is an absolute free for all with limited or no heathy options, very little fruit and just mounds of fried food. I appreciate this is a personal preference but people are just piling their plates up and leaving loads of it, its just waste !.

The hotel is nice and modern. Staff very friendly. Rooms have air conditioning, clean and spacious. One of the nicer hotels in Blackpool. Only negatives about the hotel is the breakfast. Queues for a table and buffet line were a hectic between 8.30 to 9.30. Wasnt a great or big selection and food quality could have been better. Cutlery, mugs, bread, trays and even some of the buffet selection werent always available. Had to always ask staff for top ups. On a daily basis i found trays and mugs werent always clean. Breakfast was disppointing. Car parking - onsite parking is expensive if you dont get a car parking spot out the front of the hotel. Overall i would recommend this hotel. If i were to go again i would book room only if possible and walk to weatherspoons at south pier for decent breakfast each morning. Only a short walk away.

Lovely, spacious hotel rooms and excellent choice at breakfast. Although on the same road as the pleasure beach it is approx a 7 minute walk from the hotel as it is slightly further down. Everything very clean in the room except the shower tray (but this is just due to the grip like material that seems difficult to get back to white!) Would stay again!

Lovely clean room, comfortable beds, modern furnishings. Breakfast has a wide choice and gluten free options available. Only thing that I would change is the quality of toilet roll but thats me being picky! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The “complimentary” breakfast was just ok but not as nice as previous visits. Only scrambled eggs as usual which did not taste that pleasant.
