トンローから両隣や沿線駅を始め電車と車の移動アクセスがスムースで、地元カジュアル～ハイレベル店の酒メシ・マッサージ・お店見て歩き等してはお部屋（東京の地デジ見れてある意味おいしい）でくつろぎの繰り返しでした。ホテルスタッフ皆さんのフォローのレベル・安心感が素晴らしく、チャオプラヤ川沿いのホテルへ行くタクシー呼んでもらい乗る際にも同名ホテルとの相違なき様や、帰りの空港行き迄、自分でグラブ操作しないで・でした。誰もいないプールやサウナもおいしいけど部屋でごろごろ時間もよくて・。

滞在期間は2週間少しです。全体の印象は暗い雰囲気のホテルです。朝食を付けていましたが、一度利用後いい印象がなかったので2度利用しました。野菜の新鮮さはなく萎れていました。また朝食のスタッフは笑顔もなくぼーっと立っているだけの印象で、teaなど注文しようとするにも声をかけないと気づいてくれませんでした。料理全般古い状態です。飛翔では料理が出てくるまで非常に遅く驚くほどでした。ランチ夕食ともに利用しましたがどちらも遅かったです。清掃はあまり行き届いていない印象でした。部屋はぱっと見は綺麗ですが、隅々まで行き届いていません。毎日の清掃に関してはシーツが変えられていない日やポットを洗うようメモ書きをしないと洗ってくれない、新しいスリッパが置かれていない、お風呂に髪の毛が落ちたままなどチップを置いていてもこのような状況でした。口コミが大変良かったので長期の滞在に利用しましたが、とても残念でした。良かった点はエグゼクティブフロアに宿泊していたため、エグゼクティブラウンジが使用でき日本人のスタッフ、現地の女性スタッフは大変良くしていただきました。ありがとうございます。

ゴールデンウィークの旅行で3連泊させてもらいました。帰国便が22時近い為、急遽追加料金払いますがレイトチェックアウトしました。部屋は広く綺麗で快適です。浴室でテレビを見ながら湯船に疲れます、浴室に音も入るようになっていました。また、バンコクに旅行に来る時は利用したいホテルです！

So Bangkok is really hot right and when you book a nice hotel you expect the hotel lobby to be a cool safehouse but strangely it isn't. The lobby is warm, which makes it uncomfortable while waiting for the Grab car. It's next to Thong Lo BTS but you'd start perspiring before you reach it 😅 The room is very clean and there's a pillow menu. But we had a bad sleep as very bright sunlight shone on us from 6 plus am onwards. The room slippers are papery thin. Housekeeping team is fast and generous with the water. Towels are clean and the bathtub is comfortable.

I stay in the twin rooms with 2 single beds, everything is nice. Only the bed is 3 feet width, it is the best to have 3.5 feet. It is a little bit disappointing that no green tea tea bag serving in the bar.

We checked in around 1400 me and my daughter. The check in was quick the room was ready and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our corner room was strangely layed out with nice dressing but toilet was separated from bathroom which isnt so convenient. Having Bath robes would be appreciated too. Room was clean and comfortable The soundproofing shall be improved as well. although we are in the 20th floor the noise of sport cars in the street was noisy late at night. Beds were the most comfortable we had very good sleep Breakfast was nice and checkout was a breeze.

BTSに近く出かけやすいです。お風呂が綺麗だが、シャワーの場所が狭く使いにくかった。早朝の飛行機便でホテルに8時くらいに到着したが、前もってメールで早めのチェックインをお願いしていたにも関わらず、クラブルーム予約でも、10時までチェックインを待たされ、少し期待はずれだった。

청결하고 잘 정돈된 호텔이라 자주 애용하는 호텔이지만 직원들 특히 리셉션 직원들은 숙련도가 많이 떨어지는 편이며 게다가 영어소통에도 문제가 있어보입니다. 보통 일본계열 호텔은 이렇지 않은데 이상하게 태국현지 리셉션 직원들과 영어로 소통하기엔 많이 힘들었네요 이점은 반드시 개선되어야 할 사항이라고 여겨지네요

12th time staying at the Nikko. Says it all. Beautiful hotel with lovely staff, especially Aor and Mr Flash who are so welcoming in the breakfast area. Room servicing is excellent every day, and the front staff cannot be more helpful. Just stay here in Bangkok. Easy access to the BTS is a bonus.

BTSに近く出かけやすいです。お風呂が綺麗だが、シャワーの場所が狭く使いにくかった。早朝の飛行機便でホテルに8時くらいに到着したが、前もってメールで早めのチェックインをお願いしていたにも関わらず、クラブルーム予約でも、10時までチェックインを待たされ、少し期待はずれだった。

日系のホテルでしたので、安心して宿泊できました。久しぶりの海外だったので、駅から近く、便利でした。ただし、不慣れなせいで、景観から方向がわからなくなり、ホテルの場所を見失うことがありました。ホテルに関しては居心地もよく、また次回も泊まろうと思いました。満足です。

タイらしさを感じられる当エリアで安全・交通・居心地のコスパが優れていると思います。なんと駅・ホテル間の専用路がありました（BTSトンロー駅のホテル近と逆改札前のエレベーター下前から屋根付専用路で近）。スタッフはフロント・ボーイさん・警備員さん皆それぞれフォローいい感じ（日本語も通じる方多い）。エカマイとのアクセスのグラブ初挑戦も出来て楽しめました。BTSはカード作ってチャージして。などなどいいですねえ。

スタッフさんが親切で部屋も清潔。朝食も美味しかった。 Thing Loの駅からも近くて、近所においしいお店もありロケーションも良かった。でもThong Loとスワンナプーム国際空港間のアクセスは乗り換えが必要なので、重たいスーツケースがあると少し辛い。帰国時はタクシーで空港まで早朝で35分くらいだった。

Good location and the staffs are very friendly. But the breakfast buffet need some improvement. I remembered there had provided fresh juices in 2019.You can choose which combination. But now, it’s not so attractive.

Excellent hotel, spacious modern clean rooms, great service, pleasing city views, convenient location, very quiet, good value. Couple of improvements would not hurt though: Pool chairs could use a revamp and an ability to call for service would raise the pool experience. Breakfast buffet was disappointing for Thailand. Plenty of food but not tasty. The lobby cafe had better although limited offerings.

Not a pleasant stay. 1. There is annoying music constantly played in the room. We called the reception, some engineer came but he only lowered the music volume. We had to call again, the same engineer came again and finally off the music. 2. There is no curtain box. When the morning sun shines on the curtains, sunlight came in from the top. I’m sensitive to light - I was woken up early at 6am. 3. Unable to connect to wifi. 4. After we feedback the above to the concierge during check out, the staff seem stunned - she merely stared at us and NO apology made at all. 5. Breakfast and cleanliness are just so-so.

Not 5 star hotel. We paid for the night prior to be guaranteed room upon checking in at 3:30 am, and for higher category room corner king and was severely disappointed. No bell boy to help with luggage. The 50 sqm announced does not feel right. Room size feel cramped, especially the closet area. The 50€ supplement for the rollaway bed turned out to be of low quality and bed was not even made. Upon inspecting the cheaper category room, bigger closet and bath area feels bigger. The corner view is really not worth it. Our bathroom had moldy looking tub. Pool seems murky and uninviting.

Rooms are comfortable and not too small. Room service is a nice plus but should be available for later hours considering it’s a five star hotel. Should also be possible to make online orders. Breakfast didn’t really have any healthy options, there’s room for improvement. But overall this hotel is worth staying at. Luxurious, superb location and great service.
