Studio 6 Fort Worth, TX - Stockyards East

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this motel and the first time we’ve stayed more than one night. It is a fantastic location for stockyards - an uber cost $7. It is so clean and great you can park right by your room. Everything you need for a short stay for very low cost. Clean towels each day, bins emptied and bed made. Huge bed, large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker. There is nothing around the area but we felt safe. I cannot fault this place considering the low cost. If you want better - pay for it! Thank you studio 6, once again you’ve given us exactly what we needed without the huge cost.

Everything you would expect for the price but had a good stay all the same. Clean, air conditioner worked great, parking lot was spacious. Appliances in the room worked as they should. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights. This hotel was great for the money, roadworks around the hotel were a mare, you could park easily and it's free, we got ubers them into stockyards and downtown

This property had no swimming pool. But in Expedia pictures and description it did. I think this motel was overpriced for the non-accommodations.

The room had roaches no pool Like they said they did they said it was near things it was around a lake would never stay there again but the roaches was nasty

Ac Very Cold Like Ice parking was simple rooms was very clean and lots of lights. Coffee Maker with coffee and sugar cups microwave and fridge full size with just the regular standard room

The room was clean, well appointed and in beautiful decor. Beds were comfortable and shower had surprising high water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very nice room. Will return again.

It was recently renovated and clean. Only thing was coffee maker didn't work. Affordable and clean. Would stay there again.

Killed 3 roaches in my bathroom over a 1 night stay. Bathroom had previous renters hair and dirt in the corners that hadn’t been cleaned up. Flooring looks nice in the bedroom but when walking it felt off. People ride up on bikes through the night to get ice from the ice machine. No toiletries provided other than 3 bars of soap.

The room was not clean. There were bunches of hair on the clean towels. The bedframe is metal and makes a loud noise any time you roll over. The bathroom had mildew all over the walls. There was no shampoo, and the office charged us to bring us some. I genuinely would rather sleep in my car than have to sleep in one of these rooms again.

Clean, updated, shower pressure was great!

It was very dirty and not finished in the painting on walls, i had to clean the night stands because they had a sticky ring on them, something like coke on them.

They had people hanging out in front of rooms drinking and load til 3:30 am for both nights I was there

Bed is very firm,but overall it was alright. We prefer a firm mattress, but this was a little firmer than we are used to

The room was spacious but outdated. Did have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The air con worked fine but noisy. The outside area looked rundown and dirty. The bed was lumpy and sunked in.

Uncomfortable hard noisy bed, two lumpy sad pillows, no furniture, broken vending machines, but at least we had a good laugh about it. Most definitely not worth the price. Worst sleep I've had in a long time, and I frequently take naps in a Kia.

I wish they changed the mattress because I couldn’t sleep . It made so much noise that I could not sleep at all .

Great location to down town. Clean and spacious has everything you need. Beds smaller than most hotels. Bathroom toilet made a running noise off and on throughout the night. Ran out of toilet paper and had to go to office to get more. Overall a good stay. Would stay there again just change rooms if toilet made noise.

Not so easy to get to, lots of road noise, clear signs to lock the door whenever in the room. It was OK for staying for one night in transit, but I would not want more than that.

It was pretty clean and the rooms were a good size! But during the night the people above us would not stop stomping and yelling, when we called the front office they were slightly rude saying that we should cover our ears or confront them ourselves which was not sonething you say to a PAYING guest.

The beds were horrible. I was black and blue the next morning. It wasn’t even comfortable enough to sit up in bed to read or anything. The two chairs in the room were hard plastic butt buckets. No place to set in comfort or be comfortable. I felt trapped! The air conditioner was so loud it made conversation difficult. I made other arrangements for our second night. Also the location. Had to take an uber to do anything. Nothing to do within walking distance.

Walking distance from the stockyards although the route is a bit dodgy. Very loud AC and the bed was not super comfortable. But it’s cheap and you get what you pay for. All in all a good stay, just bring earplugs.

Room was clean. It was great having a frigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster with a small sink. When you have kids this was great to have. Front desk was professional. Downfall no walking distance food.

The property was great. I was here for a rave so it was exactly what was needed. The only complaint is the night time desk clerk was very rude

We always enjoy ourselves when we stay here. Rooms are clean and staff is so nice.

Checked in late at night, using the night window. The attendant didn't say a single word to me. Gestured for what I worked out was ID, before as good as throwing my room key at me. No info provided either at check-in or in the room on checkout time. Room was clean though, and the bed was comfy and the shower good. Lots of noise from the neighbouring and above rooms from about 8am - thankfully I was tired and could sleep through most of it.

Besides the front desk guy, who was an older gentlemen, everything was fine. The front desk guy was just unpleasant, unwelcoming, and simply off-putting. Change the dent desk guy and it would have been a great stay.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly and helpful. They were very busy working cleaning, making sure everything was nice and went above and beyond when assisting us with our stay and our needs

Staff was very nice! I had made a mistake by holding two smoking rooms instead of non-smoking rooms! They were awesome and made the change! Very nice

Cleaners randomly walking into the room with no knock at all after they knocked an hour before and you said you didn’t want your room cleaned. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere nicer

The motel was close to downtown and the stockyards. It was cheap considering the location. With that being said. It wasn’t the cleanest but for one night. It was fine.

Always easy in and out. 5 minutes to the stockyards . best bang for the buck.. a room is only used to clean up and sleep in NO BRAINER

Overall I enjoyed my stay there. It was a clean, easy parking location. However it's not near any shopping, restaurants, or conveniently walking distance to anywhere.

I enjoyed my stay here. I got this hotel because I came down to see a concert at the dickies Arena and staying here was really close to there and I really like that and it was affordable.

We were very pleased with our stay at Studio 6. It is conveniently located, not far from the stockyards and clean and comfortable. We were also able to check in early.

I am rating this for price point. We got exactly as expected for the price point we paid. The room was a little run down/old but was very clean and the appliances and linens very clean almost new. This is a motel so expect motel vibes outside. We had room 208 and it honestly was better than expected - but again that’s in relation to the price point and expectations. When we arrived the AC in the room was turned off so it was quite stifling but cooled off quickly. Our room was cleans and linens replaced each day. The biggest downside is location we picked this in proximity to the stock yard thinking we would be able to easily walk. Can you? Yes it’s not walking friendly as half the walk doesn’t have sidewalks unless you walk down a hill to the trinity trails- this trail is really the only way to walk anywhere. We even walked this down to downtown after trying to walk back from downtown on main streets with virtually no sidewalks and paths ending in the middle of bridges. So don’t have high expectations if you’re trying to walk anywhere. This property was good for the price point though.

Room is very big, bed is fine, everything is very clean! Everyday cleaning, fresh towels wich was very nice. However, the location is not that good. You can not walk anywhere so you have to go by Uber of taxi all the time. But the drive to the Stockyards is just 10 minutes wich is perfect. Fresh coffee in the lobby every morning!!

It was good location to the Ft Worth convention center only 2 miles away. we will stay again. No breakfast. There is microwave, refrig. You might bring Kleenexs

The great thing was the refrigerator and sink. You should bring coffee filters if you want to brew your own coffee

This Motel 6 was just fine for a couple night stay for myself. I was in town for a game and to enjoy the Stockyards (which are real close to this location). It seemed like the property was recently renovated, well at least the room. It was clean and comfortable. The check in and out was straight forward. No fancy breakfast offered, just coffee, but that was fine. No issues overall with my stay. The area is just warehouses and fields. Nothing fancy, but I didn't feel unsafe.

This hotel advertised as a 13 minute walk to the stockyards but when we arrived and googled, it said 29 minute walk. Also I got so excited when I saw a coffee pot in the room however there was no coffee. Also they only had a bar of soap for you; there was no shampoo or conditioner.

Bit of a no frills dive, but cheap and clean. Mexican food in adjacent building was great.

Close to The stockyards tourist area so that’s handy. The room was just fine. Clean. Could have used a little more in the “kitchen”- like some paper plates and plastic cutlery.

Room was clean but no bath soap, nor shampoo nor hair conditioner. No hair blowers nor facial tissues to blow our nose. Their toilet paper was like onion skin… super super thin and rough. Toilet must have been leaking because every few minutes the tank would refill. That kept us up at night. Their phone was not working in the room either. The bath towel was also very small. They don’t have drawers or closets for our belongings much less an iron. Will recommend to anyone!
