The staff at this hotel is absolutely wonderful and kindly upgraded us to a higher floor with a great view. The location is fantastic, with beaches, restaurants, and everything else in great proximity. If you are driving, the Ahuzot HaHof Arlozorov 17 parking lot is just a 2-minute walk away. It costs 24 shekels per hour or 96 shekels maximum for 24 hours, which is great value for money in Tel Aviv. Check-in is at 15:00, and arriving around that time makes it much easier to find a parking space. Everything is so close that we parked and didn't even touch the car for the rest of our stay. Inside, the housekeeping is excellent—both the room and the sheets were spotlessly clean. The room was on the smaller side (which we expected), and the shower fixtures felt a bit dated, but overall the hotel itself was great. However, future guests need to know about the heavy external construction on the purple train line right outside. There was loud jackhammering late into the night and early in the morning. While I know this is completely out of the hotel's control, the noise was highly disruptive for me. As a quick remark, this is mostly an issue for light sleepers as my wife wasn't bothered by it at all. It is a great place to stay, but you should factor the overnight street work into your decision depending on how heavily you sleep.
