I really liked the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The guy who cleaned the room was especially friendly and made me feel valued as a guest. This was my first time staying at this hotel but having stayed in about fifteen hotels in Tel Aviv over the years, I’m sure I will return to Jacob Samuel in the future. One small thing: hair conditioner and body lotion would have been appreciated.

Electrical outlets were unreliable and did not work with an adapter. Management could not fix it, and did not have other adapters. Unacceptable if you need to work on a laptop.
