Room is on the small side and bathroom is tiny - but very well equipped and excellent water pressure. I actually bought the bathrobe, liked it so much... Parking is an issue. When hotel is full, valet parking is not available. Driving in and out of the area is a nightmare. Can't compliment the staff enough. Really exceptional.

This was a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect: The staff, the room, the breakfast, the hospitality and service and the location. We recieved a peesonal attention from every ataff member including the hitel manager. Do not miss the tour and the story about the area and the hotel history, delivered by the hotel manager.

Great quaint boutique hotel. Rooms are smaller and simple but tastefully done. Bath was luxurious and we had a balcony which was a nice touch to sit out overlooking a small garden and fountain. The staff was attentive and very helpful. Free bikes were a nice perk. We did not eat in the restaurant so can’t comment about the food much. There are plentiful dining options around.

Beautiful historic building. Staff was friendly and helpful. We took a tour around the neighborhood which was lovely and very informative. We really enjoyed the restaurant too. All in all, excellent hotel! Would highly recommend

The general location is very central, and a short walk to many desirable areas nearby. It is obvious that the Hotel manager Jesse is committed to providing the best service and maintains very high standards. We enjoyed relaxing on covered balcony, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary roof top happy hour… a great place to relax and meet other guests.

It’s more expensive, but worth it as it comes to having a piece of mind. The employees were very attentive to all of my requests. The room was very clean and has been cleaned several times a day. The restaurant is quite pricey but has some good dishes so everything depends on what you order. I came to rest so didn’t explore much of the neighborhood but it’s close to Neve Tsedek, a very historic neighborhood and of course it’s located at the heart of the American-German colony neighborhood which is full of interesting history. It’s very quiet hotel and close to the beach. I really enjoy it and want to say again thank you for making it easier for me!

I reserved a room with a bathtub and did not get one. The staff worked to get me a room with a tub immediately . I was very impressed with the service of the staff. Really wonderful hotel !
