This was a nice place for a 5 day stay. It's convenient to the freeway, lots of parking, nice lobby and elevators. The room was spacious, the beds were comfy. The TV has some smart channels available if you like to stream, and our Roku worked fine there. Solid Internet. The staff was so very nice and professional as well. If I'm back in the area I would stay there again.

The room was nice and clean. The entire property was clean. There was a parking lot available which was so convenient. The front desk was helpful and sweet. The breakfast was delicious. I would 100% stay here again. It was close to the highway, a Walmart, and a gas station.

The air conditioning in the gym did not work. Making it difficult to workout. The beds in the room were uncomfortable to say the least. Everything else was fine. The pool was small but that’s not a huge issue.

The staff was very friendly. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only problem that we had was that the pool wasn’t open. Our purpose for staying there was mainly so that our child could swim. We weren’t notified that the pool wouldn’t be operational prior to our stay or at check in. My daughter was headed to the pool and was very disappointed to find that it had been drained. Despite the issue with the pool, it was still a pleasant stay.

The room was well maintained, quiet and very clean. All amenities I look for were present (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, adequate free parking.) Breakfast was varied and bountiful. The room and hotel were classier than that found in other hotels in the same price range (and I stayed in 20 other hotels for comparison). I would definitely stay here again. It's a bargain!

Our recent stay at the Fairfield Marriott in Lexington, Kentucky, was quite average compared to our previous experiences with the Fairfield Marriott brand. While the host was courteous, our room had a persistent, unpleasant odor that detracted from our comfort. Additionally, we discovered a dead insect in the bathroom and an unusual orange stain beside the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness. During our stay, we observed the housekeeping staff frequently engaging in inappropriate conversations with each other. While it is reasonable for staff to converse, the content and frequency of their discussions seemed to correlate with the subpar cleanliness of the hotel. Despite these issues, I would like to commend a particular young lady on the cleaning staff who was exceptionally kind and attentive. Overall, our stay was average, and we will likely consider alternative accommodations for future visits to the Lexington area.

We have stayed here a lot, but this time was different. The smell of wet dog welcomed us as soon as we entered our room, then the bedding had the same smell, plus the dust on the bathroom light was unbelievable. Our allergies were in full force once we left. As of now, we will not be back.

The hotel was advertised as new. It was not new. We stayed in a variety of hotels (different chains- Holiday Inn express, Cambria, and Marriot) on this trip and were pleased with all except this hotel. The room had an odor when we first walked in, the shower had mold in the tub grout, the beds were small, uncomfortable, and hot. For the price, which was similar to all of the others, it felt cheap and blah. There was not an extra sitting chair, like most hotels offer. It just felt like a low budget hotel, when it was advertised as new etc….The other hotels had luxury vinyl, very comfortable beds, no mold, and actually felt very clean and new. In this hotel there were limited usb ports and receptacles where needed near the bed compared to others. Those hotels felt like it was worth the money. This hotel we felt ripped off, and will not choose Fairfield inn next time. I’m surprised Marriot has put their name on the Fairfield brand. Overall disappointed.

Newer, clean hotel adjacent to the highway, which can be heard at all times from within the hotel. We were on the 4th floor, on the side nearer to the highway. Maybe the opposite side is quieter. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had great pressure. Unfortunately there was only one chair in the room, and there were two of us. The breakfast was odd in that milk, soy milk, and oat milk were available for coffee or tea, but no creamer or half and half. Another guest noticed that the only pancake syrup available was lo-cal with aspertame. So, if you travel by yourself, don't mind highway noise, and like the offered breakfast items this is a great place to stay.

We chose this hotel randomly based on proximity to I-75 as we were traveling. There are few hotels that accommodate a family of 5 in one suite room, so that was available and refreshing. What a pleasant surprise to find such a clean, quiet, and safe hotel and a room that was very spacious. We had a very comfortable rest.

Front desk staff was very nice and friendly even at our 12:30a arrival. Room was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of outlets around the room. A fridge,coffee maker, and microwave was a nice touch! Would stay here again

Very disappointing experience. We had two rooms booked through Expedia which were reserved and paid for in advance. As members of the Marriott hotel loyalty group, we texted ahead to let the hotel know we would be arriving a bit later since we were driving from out of town. At 8:30 PM we received a message indicating that the hotel was oversold and would not have rooms for us, even though they had been paid for. I called the hotel directly and spoke with an individual at the front desk who initially said her "manager had stepped away" when I asked to speak with him/her. Then when I asked when the manager would be back the individual said "well, really there is not manager working tonight." When I asked her why she told me previously that the manager had stepped away, she responded by saying "my bad." Thankfully, Expedia was able to help us get rooms at another place in Lexington since we were there for our daughter's college graduation and most everything in town was already booked up. If you book at this hotel and have paid in advance just be sure you know you may still not have a play to stay. Apparently they can't figure out how to do the most basic and important part of the hospitality business - be hospitable.

Overall good stay. Grab-bar in shower was very loose. All of the food items were NOT made available up to the end of the breakfast time. When I asked the lady working the breakfast area about missing items, she was not polite and just said there were not going to be any more available.

The manager was on check-in duty when we arrived. She was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The other desk attendants and hotel workers we encountered during our stay were also friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice, and the breakfast was good. It included two types of eggs, bacon, fresh-made waffles, cereal, yogurt, and more. The whole visit was smooth and pleasant. Indoor heated pool and gym were available.

Nicest, cleanest hotel we've stayed at in years. Updates and modernized with quality finishes. Excellent bed. Check-in was easy. Paula at the front desk was AWESOME while training a new agent. I had questions which she answered quickly, and she also got me signed up (again) for the Marriot BonVoy program. Would recommend to anyone and will happily stay there again!

This chain hotel was very nice for the price. It was so cheap and very nicely updated. Really clean. Free breakfast was superior to the usual free hotel breakfasts. Typical off the expressway hotel. Surrounded by more chain hotels. You can walk to Walmart or gas stations if you want. We didn’t explore the area too much it was just a pop of the expressway one night road-trip stay.

Overall, my stay was Great. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and had no unpleasant smells or issues. Breakfast was great—scrambled eggs, sausage, DIY waffles, oatmeal, coffee, and juice. The only thing I’d suggest changing is the breakfast hours, as it ends a bit too early.

Check in as easy, the desk clerk very cheerful and able to add my Rewards # to my stay that hadn't been recorded during reservation. Room was quiet, comfortabe. Breakfast was up to Marriott standards: good, robust coffee, real butter, and orange juice that didn't taste of a tin can. Scrambled eggs were perfect. Good value.

Breakfast offerings were slim. It was average as far as food options. It was not well stocked. Nobody was around to ask for restock at all. No fresh fruit or fresh cream/half and half for coffee to be found. I would not pay the high room rate to stay here again. This was a return stay, but not again.
