It was just ok. Way too many extra fees and too expensive for what we got through Hotels.com. I’ll never do that again. The supper was good but way too expensive. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy the fire pit but it wouldn’t work and no one would help us. They wouldn’t even look at it or even try.

Pros: very good room design, roomy with lots of hooks and storage and counter space (you don't realize how much you appreciate those things until you don't have them.) Room was clean and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Well stocked pantry area where you can buy items any time. Free wifi.Very convenient to expressway. Cons: area seems a little borderline. Parking situation not great. You have to park in a garage below the hotel and it was really hard to figure out how to get to it, the property layout is really weird and not well marked. When I checked out, the one elevator to the garage was not working, which was a hassle. Final issue, the walls are really thin, I could hear my neighbor talking and TV, but fortunately they were quiet after 10-ish. (Does not seem like a place many young rowdy people would stay since it's sort of connected to a medical facility, so noise at all hours is probably rare.)

When we arrived, the beds were not made and the shower had not been cleaned. There was one bed with sheets that needed changing and one bed with no sheets what so ever. There was hair on the shiwer walls and on a dirty wash clothe. It looked as if they had stopped cleaning halfway through. The morning kitchen staff didnt seem to know what he was doing or how to do it. The omelets were over cooked and had so much cheese in it that i had to remove half of it. The pancakes were not even edible. The bacon had so much grease on it that I had to wipe my mouth off on the 1st piece. Poor guy was sweating profusely. But the staff at the front desk were awesome. The lady who checked us in comped our dinner for the inconvenience. Just wish the food had been better.

Upon checking in, I found the bathroom in my room to be unclean. When I reached out to Zack for assistance, I was met with a rather dismissive attitude. He informed me that housekeeping had already left for the day and would not be able to clean the bathroom until the next morning. Unfortunately, he did not offer any alternatives, such as sending someone to address the issue right away or moving me to another room, and he mentioned he had other priorities to attend to. This was particularly frustrating after a long day of travel. I would like to commend two staff members for their exceptional service. Jas at the front desk noticed my distress and took the initiative to clean my room herself, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, Robin from the night shift took steps to elevate the situation and ensure I received the assistance I needed.

I got there 7 mins early from check in time of 3:00pm and the lady seriously wouldn’t check us in until exactly 3:00pm. There was no line or anybody behind us. The cleanliness of the room was terrible and the shower door fell off the track as I was taking a shower and the glass fell on me and I told the lady as we checked out everything and she said she doesn’t have the authority to give a discount and would let the manager know and it’s been 2 weeks now and nothing. I give this hotel 0 stars.

Garbage on hallway floors, elevator and hallway rugs dirty/stained, staff was hot and cold some friendly others not, room was musty and poorly lit, towels were unacceptably old and scratchy. Was not an inexpensive hotel stay. Disappointed in Hilton.

My large, clean room with new furnishings was ideal to work with a large desk and sitting chair while I traveled. The spacious bathroom was well appointed. The front desk staff was especially helpful when I asked for more creamer for my personal Keurig. The hotel offers a breakfast, bar and snack items for purchase. Highly recommend!

Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and highway. Parking was easy and available. The hotel always smelled fresh and clean. I loved having a microwave and fridge. My room was cute, clean and updated. I was very pleased with my stay.

Newer large hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with big shower, although low pressure. No real drinking glasses in the room, just cardboard cups, surprising considering the cost to stay there. The room safe was inoperable, and the digital thermostat wasn't working, which actually didn't concern me as the room temperature remained consistent due to the nice weather at the time, but I mentioned it upon checking out and was told there were "power issues" and that they could control the room temp from their control room if needed - hmm.. Did not have time or chance to use other amenities of the hotel - pool, restaurant/room service, bar and snack pantry, but all looked nice. Under hotel parking garage could be convenient in inclement weather. Hotel is a bit isolated from any nearby dining, gas or convenience options if you want more variety, less expensive or later times for that - but right off 71.

We had outstanding service by Jax. The hotel seemed to be having plumbing issues and flooding which the property manager was handling well. Our room was affected prior to us getting there but Jax gave us a different room and checked on us multiple times to make sure we were good! She was amazing and went above and beyond!

It was shocking how rude the front desk lady was. If it weren’t for putting my ID on the counter right away, she wouldn’t have been able to check us in because she never once said hello, are we checking in? Nothing. We just stood there in awkward silence until she asked us how many keys. The room was just ok, but couldn’t get the blinds to go down with the panel on the wall, so there was a lot of interstate lights etc.

I arrived at the Hilton at 1:00 am to be told they were sold out even though I had a reservation. I had already $70 on a taxi to get to the hotel from the airport and I did not get to the Aloft until 3:00 am in Kentucky. I have never had this experience before. I have stayed at this airport before and did not have this problem.

The people who worked at the front desk were the worst possible people. (Elisa) in particular. For a more pricey hotel this type of person should never work in the front of the house dealing directly with customers. They oversold the hotel and told me I may not have a room when I prepaid for my room weeks before arrival. She could have cared less that we had traveled all day and we’re facing the possibility of nowhere to stay and was sure to vocalize how much she didn’t care. Then once in our room there was no shampoo and no one ever came to refill the shampoo. There were only two towels in the room and for a multiple day stay they wouldn’t bring more I had to chase down someone to get them. The beds were off balance and would lean when you moved as well as squeak so sleeping was next to impossible. It was clean and in a good location. Parking was easy but that is the extent of the good things k can say about this hotel especially for it being over 200 bucks a night.

I was very disappointed in the area. No where around to walk and explore. In the early evening i went downstairs and asked for a glass of white wine. My only choice was cavit that the bartendet said “I just put in the refrigerator” i said no thanks, mainly becauae Cavit gives me a headache. I had water. The next day when i was heading to a funeral, the small matket area had no mints or gum. She said “we are out”. I blame myself for location, i should have researched it, but the other atuff was just slack.

The hotel was very easy to get to from the airport. We were visiting family and the hotel was very convienent to downtown. Plenty of parking in a covered garage. The staff was friendly and accomidating. I would stay their again.

My daughter was attending a mixer and college visit at Xavier that required us to spend the night. This was a fantastic option for us. We were a 4 minute drive to campus. I wish there were more local places to eat around the hotel but, since there weren’t any good breakfast options between the hotel and campus, we ate at the hotel. It was $13 per person but it was a made to order breakfast and the food was good. I recommend this hotel for any visiting parent, for sure.

Modern and fresh hotel makes fantastic first impression. Wonderful welcome from Traci at the front desk on our arrival. Breakfast staff said that the chef was a “no show,” which was a disappointment—the usual made-to-order breakfast was switched out to a carb- and sugar-heavy continental breakfast. Also some hairs showed up on the shower curtain and tub walls once the water was running. Great convenience though to downtown Cincinnati, and nice to have free garage parking at a hotel while still being close to the city. Definitely would stay here again on future visits.
