This is not a hotel. There was no one on site and no one responded to our inquiries. It’s a large B&B type of building with no one present. All but one hallway light was off when we entered. It smelled pretty musty. We had to turn on all the upstairs lights to find our “suite,” which was an oddly configured set of partially connected rooms. It felt like a dorm with two showers side by side and two toilets side by side. It seemed like the room was cleaned several weeks ago and hadn’t been freshened up. I couldn’t tell if the towels were stained or dirty. The place was completely desolate and shabby. We saw a light on in one other room but never saw another person. We didn’t feel comfortable staying longer than one night but whoever manages the property wouldn’t respond to my request cancel and partial refund. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. The one positive was the view from the porch in the morning. It was lovely.

The place was nice, easy access to launches, and easy check in. Just the bathroom was dirty when we got there; extra blankets (or thicker blankets)would be great for next time, since you can't control the room temperature; and there's no complementary breakfast as they advertised.

Room was clean, bedding was clean but dated. Outdoor rockers covered in webs and dusty, 1 was broken. No table or desk in room. No front desk so we had a hard time getting into room. We were supposed to have received an email with instructions but never received. No mini fridge in room, shared refrigerator in common area for all guests. In the middle of night another guest wanted to use our bathroom because his room didn't have one and he said his friend had to use it earlier when we were out. Other guests arrived late in the evening and did not know how to get to their room either. Front door of hotel was unlocked all day, so non guests could easily get into hotel. Breakfast was cereal, bagels/bread with jam, nutella, etc, yogurt and keurig coffee served in the common area kitchen. Location is great. I would go back again but only if we rented the entire hotel with family/friends.
